This is a great shop to do business with. I had my work vehicle serviced here. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service, attention to detail, and the consistent updates on the repair process. To top this all off, during the checkout I had mentioned that I was interested in purchasing a project vehicle. To my surprise, I was given a tour of the body shop, which was clean, professional, and friendly. I used to help work on vehicles with my grandfather, and walking through the interior of the shop and brought back numerous memories. While I don t foresee myself working on vehicles anymore, I will definitely bring any vehicles I have of his body shop. Truly exemplary service from here. Five stars all the way around.

Bought a Widebody kit for my 2016 mustang gt and they did a phenomenal job!!! Beyond satisfied with the work they did! (Update) went back and they did a fantastic job once again wish I could leave another review but I will attach the photos and they speak for themselves! Had new front brakes put in BMW, seems fine. Asked shop to fix right tail light/indicator, still not working .brought car back for rear brakes and had shop look at right rear indicator, they informed me it needed to be replaced, they ordered part and installed in 10 minutes! Outstanding service and quality! Five stars!!!

I called CARSTAR Geneva Body Shop at 4pm on a Friday for a taillight to be fixed (I already had the replacement taillight) and they told me I could come in right away. I was there within 20 minutes and the owner himself changed the taillight. I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the amazing customer service! We will definitely be going back in the future!

I normally use CarStar in Yorkville Illinois, but this time around they had a waiting list to get serviced. I heard nothing as have seen nothing but good about CarStar / Geneva Auto Body so I thought I would give them a go. I have nothing but god to say about my experience with them from the second I walked through the door to drop my car off to the day I walked in to pick up my car. I will definitely be using them again and if you are reading this to make a decision where to go, trust me use CarStar Geneva Auto Body.

I have had these guys do tons of work on my 09 Ranger, they have done paintless dent removal when other shops quoted to replace entire body panels and the end result of the PDR was near factory finish(Wish I had before and after pics), they replumbed my brake lines after another shop did horrible repairs to my brakes to the point where it would have been dangerous to drive.I have also had them paint my tonneau cover and do some minor rust repair/prevention. They have always done stellar work and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work even if later on I wasn't or something failed I could always bring it back and they would fix it, they have never delivered anything less than the best.I will continue to bring my vehicles here and I highly recommend them to everyone I knowServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

These people really go above and beyond. Lori kept me informed every step of the way. They also did some extra, minor body work that was not part of the job, at no charge.

I was a little bit annoyed about a situation, but then I spoke to the owner and he took care of everything. There is a reason a person is in business as long as this guy, and that is he is good at dealing with people. Took care of everything fast.

Although I didn't end up getting my vehicle fixed here (it just made more sense to get it fixed close to home), I would like to rave on this place. I walked in one day after damaging my tail light and bumper needing advice on cost and how to go about getting it fixed. The women in the front was super helpful. She assessed the damages. She even helped me with how to go about contacting my insurance to ask questions on whether it was worth going through my insurance to get it fixed or not. This place seems like such a trust worthy, helpful, place. The body shop near my home where I ended up getting my vehicle fixed at also said they do great work and are really great people. That says a lot when the competition is also praising this place. Keep up the good customer service. I definitely won't hesitate to send people over to this business. It pays to have great customer service which seems to be lacking a lot in businesses lately. Good job, Geneva Body Shop!

Wonderful experience getting my scraped up F-150 back to looking good. Best price out of three estimates. Great communication and easy to work with. Job was completed on time, no cost overruns, and the quality of the body work looked awesome to these sharp eyes. Plus they really did a nice job completely cleaning the entire interior of the vehicle. Looks almost fully detailed. Was not expecting that since the job was only a scraped rear fender and wheel flare. Considering how dirty the interior was when I brought it in I might even feel a little guilty!! I've dealt with many many shops over the years working on several of my exotic cars. Pasquale, Joe and Team have been the best when it comes to customer service. Very responsive, go well above and beyond and have superior quality. They took phenomenal care of my Ferrari! Will definitely do business here again.

Had some rust spots on my daughters pre owned 2014 Nissan Murano that we bought last year - driver inside door and driver side passenger door. Had previously used Carstar for similar work - still looks great after 1.5 Yrs. No brainer to use the team at Carstar again. My Challenger needed some work after getting hit while parked. Laurie and the staff were quick to respond to emails and extremely friendly. Price was good, and most importantly the car looks just like new. Highly recommend.

My husband had work done here about a year ago and was so impressed that this is the place we call from now on. I just had a service done recently and I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything went. I went in to replace my radiator and I needed my windshield replaced, last minute, and the guy made it happen right then and there for an amazing price.

We use Geneva Body Shop for all of our cars. Pasquale the owner and everyone there make us feel very welcome each time we come. Most of what they help us with are smaller jobs that keep our older cars looking new (scratches, dents, trim). They also just did a great job with 12 volt wiring for our new car. The work done by Geneva Body Shop is top notch and they are very reasonable. We're glad we found them!Service: Body & Trim

It s taken quite a bit of time to get this review done, BUT Geno is the best guy around. I can not recommend him enough. We had this mechanic that did really poor quality work and it was t working out, so I told my hubby to find someone else. Anyone else could be better than who we were using. And he comes home and was like I found our guy fast forward a few months I got to meet Geno. Never once has a MECHANIC looked me in the eyes even while talking to my hubby about what was wrong with our vehicles. Geno makes sure that I understand what s going on, he lets me express my opinion about what s going on and he OPENLY communicates with us! Like I said, I can t recommend him enough! If you re on the line on whether to come to his shop, DO IT! You won t regret it!!!Services: Transmission, Brakes

I've never gotten work done to my personal vehicle. Unfortunately a child scratched my new hyundai palisade and Car Stars paint job exceeded expectations. The entire staff at Geneva Body shop are amazing. They are professional, kind, and their service is impeccable. They stand by their work and have always committed to top of the line quality service. They people do amazing work and i would never take my car anywhere else. 2015 porsche panamera. Full custom body kit put on, painted calipers, custom black out package.

My new body shop to go now!My cousin runs a body shop in River Grove. I used to go there, but every time I go there I loose so much time that I needed something closer to Geneva. My spouse had her Porsche fixed by GBS and she highly spoke of them, so I decided to try them when needed help with my Acura TL. They did not disappoint! Fast service, smooth service, you don't have to deal with insurance at all, great communication! Thank you Brian Would definitely come back if needed and I highly recommend them now too. Thank you again guys!
