I took my Mercedes ML400 in to get an estimate for repairing a large scuff on the passenger side front. The estimator came out, tried to buff it out himself, then moved the car into the shop and had one of his technicians use a power buffer on it. It looks good as new (as new as a 9 year-old car can look), and I am very grateful. They would not take any money for their time and service. I highly recommend them.

Boyce did an amazing job with my repair! I wasn t sure with the special paint my car came with if the end result would be as it was. I called my dealership and they recommended me to take my car to Boyce Body Werks. They are Acura certified. I was glad to see that my car looks like it came straight off of the lot. Pam was amazing and so was Marc. Their customer service was excellent and they repaired it in record time before I needed to bring my rental back. They offered a service where a rep from your car rental company would pick you up when you drop off your damaged car and shuttle you to your rental vehicle. Take it. A family member also utilized them for their car insurance repair and was blown away as well. The best simply put everyone!

Today we brought in our Rav-4 that was damaged(called first and they said they had time to look at it if we could arrive there within an hour). The front fender on the passenger side of the vehicle was damaged while backing out of our garage(mainly paint off frame of garage, with some scratches).We had been to 2 other bodyshops prior to that, stressing out the whole time.The other shops basically took a quick look at the damage to our vehicle, gave us a quote and sent us on our way. Another said to call for an appointment. We decided to check out Boyce in Batavia. Marc checked out our vehicle, removed some excess paint that came from contact with our garage to get a detailed look at the deeper damage and advised us of two reasonable options for repair. Nobody else we spoke to before we came to Boyce investigated the issue like Marc did. He explained everything in detail. He was patient, went the extra mile and sent us the quote right away.It was a huge relief to know we had options.Thank you Boyce and Marc in Batavia.

I now understand why Boyce was strongly recommended by my Lexus dealer. Boyce was outstanding.They exhibited extreme professionalism, timely and friendly service, and excellent work.I would never consider going anywhere else. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of their service experience.

Boyce came highly recommended to us from a friend who is extremely particular about his automobiles. We have now taken two cars to Boyce and have been very pleased with their attention to detail and the quality of the repair work. Though body shops are busy, their customer service and communication about realistic timelines was exceptional. I would highly recommend Boyce for their high quality work and amazing customer service.

Came here with my mazda3 after getting in a minor accident where my car got swiped across the quarter panel and the rear bumper had been damaged. The owner and staff here is welcoming, however when I came to pick up my car I was not satisfied. The body work was done well but the rear bumper didnt sit flush with the quarter panel. You can tell it isn't mounted with all the bolts as it fits loosely on the side it got hit and the other side is completely solid. Also when they replaced my rear bumper they mounted the blind spot sensors facing the wrong way so the blind spot warning lights would flicker on and off for no reason. I had to go to mazda and had them diagnose to find out the sensors are pointing inside the car. The state farm claim had to be reopened for mazda to mount the sensors correctly. Wasted more time getting this repair done than I would ve liked. Still the job did get done but I would probably go elsewhere next time. Im sure they re capable of quality work but maybe they just got too much on their plate.

Joe looked at my front fender damage and was very upfront and honest about what he could do. He offered to buff it out and touch it up for FREE, if I wasn't satisfied I could, of course, do a more in depth repair. I am very satisfied with the work, AND the fact I called and got in same day, as well as within maybe 30 min I was done! Who says nothing is free anymore?! Thank you Boyce Body Werks!

Tremendous, POSITIVE experience throughout . . . starting out of the gate with the 1st phone call to Pam; working with Marc on the estimate, and then the GM (Jim) EXCEEDING my expectation of what the car would look like when it was all done and delivered ON TIME (actually a wk early). They worked behind the scenes with my insurance co and I never had to intervene. I'm so thankful for these people and the passion they have to deliver a great product. And our car looks like new! Highly recommend Boyce Body Werks of Batavia. TU! dk

I'm a repeat customer at the Batavia location. These people work hard for the customer, maintain high standards and are just great. Perfect service and communication. I can see that management have and follow excellent procedures. Nothing is left to chance. Not only is the car looking better than before my "incident", they washed it, polished it and even cleaned the interior. All-weather mats were pretty bad when I brought it in (still winter). The car was done 2 days earlier than I expected. The waiting room is pleasant and the people in the office are total pros. I talked directly to the tech in charge of my car and estimate. All employees I met were great. Hope I never have reason to go back, but I won't go anywhere else if something goes sideways again.Service: Body & Trim

Fivestars all the way! I used Boyce body works for the first time this past year and I was very pleased and happy with their work and their professionalism. I was a bit skeptical initially because I had been going to a different body shop for many years.I have a 2021 Ford F-150 with an aluminum body and Boyce knocked it out of the park. We were very happy with the results and will definitely use them again in the future with any of our repairs.Thanks again Boyce.

Accidents are no fun, but especially when it's your first and having to go through the process of dealing with insurance and figure out where to go to get your car fixed. After doing quite a bit of research on several shops nearby, a lot of these insurance recommended shops felt like high turnover and didn't seem specialized for Lexus vehicles. I even made a point to call the nearest Lexus dealership and they recommended what felt like a random "mom n pop" shop. As a last resort, I ended up going through the Lexus website where I found Boyce was one of just a handful of Lexus certified shop in the Chicagoland area. After some initial conversations with Kyle and Josue, I could tell they were considering many different aspects of different safety features that could have been damaged from the rear impact collision. This attention to detail sold me, and although I had to wait a couple weeks to bring the car in for repairs I was convinced they wouldn't miss anything during repair.From the minute I decided to go with Boyce, it was pretty much smooth sailing. Boyce took care of any necessary correspondence needed with my insurance company, scheduled Enterprise Car rental to pick me up from the shop, and were very responsive to any calls or emails checking on status. On completion of repairs, I came in to pick up my car which looked pretty close to brand new, however I had noticed some new damage to the driver's side door which wasn't there before. Luckily, Boyce takes hi res photos of the vehicle before taking in and were able to confirm they were at fault. While it was inconvenient to have to bring my car in a second time, I'm just glad Jim was able to confirm and take care of the damages and 2nd rental vehicle. That was very professional, honest, and detail oriented. Knock on wood I don't need to ever come back for repairs, but if I do I know who to call.'Til next time, cheers!

Had a dent on my car door from another car that was over an inch in size. Boyce had hail specialists on site so they fit me in while I waited and fixed the dent, buffed off the paint transfer- and door looked brand new. Very friendly and organized staff. Went to this body shop from a recommendation after someone backed into my car in a parking lot. To me, the damage seemed minor but I didn t get the car back until around a month later. I guess that would fine if I was told this up front but the communication from them was not great. At two weeks, I called for an update and was told that it would be ready the next day. When they didn t call, they said it would be ready the next day and this would repeat for two more weeks.When I got the car back, the work was mostly fine. All damage could not be seen anymore but the accident caused the hood to be out of alignment which they didn t fix. I also had some concerns about the interior after getting the car back. Sent them an email about this and got no response but your mileage may vary.Update: Very prompt service after getting in touch on the phone. Was able to quickly reschedule to get the hood right in a day and am far more satisfied with the quality.

Unfortunately for me, I've had to take my vehicle here twice in one year, once from backing into my own garage door and another time for a lady backing into my car. Both times I've been one hundred percent satisfied with the work done and professionalism of everyone here. I Irecommend this place if you're looking for a professional job at a reasonable price.

Just took my car in for a self pay job for a small amount of rust repair. Jim was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I will be returning there to have the work done. This vehicle is a 2011 with no prior body work needed. I have used Boyce Body works for all needed body work on vehicles in the past (needed due to accidents or 'dings.' They work great with insurance companies. I count on their knowledge, skill, and honesty.

Great body shop.This is one of those places you never want to have to go to, but if you own a car you will inevitably need a body shop. I e had word done at Boyce multiple times from cleaning up a few scratches and dings from every day life to major repairs from accidents. The team is always professional, and the work is top notch. You might need to wait to get in, but it s totally worth it!

This is the second time using Boyce for accident repairs and I am very pleased. I got my car back looking like new inside and out! Very friendly and informative, they also took care of everything so I didn t have to deal with my insurance too much. It s frustrating when you re involved in a non fault accident. My car was damaged in 3 areas, my front passenger door, the rear passenger door and my tire. Boyce made it less frustrating. Due to all the damage, it took a few weeks to fix my car. During the time Boyce had it, they kept me updated and worked directly with the insurance company. They also arranged a rental to be available the day I dropped of my car. They are Lexus certified and my car looks brand new again inside and out. Boyce repaired my vehicle after a fender bender. They replaced a fender panel and painted. They did an excellent job. Gaps are even and the paint looks great. I ve used them several times. They always do a nice job. In one instance, they cleaned up my foggy headlights at no charge. On this most recent job, they touched up some scratches that were not part of the job. I would recommend Boyce and I would use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Flawless, top-tier work! A week after buying a new (used) car, I badly scraped the bottom of my front bumper while backing out of a steep driveway: not my finest moment. The crew at Boyce were able to restore my car to like-new perfection! Although they ran into complications with bodywork from another shop (someone had glued the skid plate to the bumper), they were easily able to work around it to complete the job. The staff at Boyce maintained excellent communication throughout the process, giving me detailed updates along the way. They even installed an aftermarket front lip (that I purchased separately) to protect from similar damage in the future. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work. I ll definitely return to Boyce Body Werks for repairs, though hopefully no time soon!

Boyce does a great job. From start to finish, They handled all the details of repairing my car and took as much stress away that anyone could when dealing with a dent in your car. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There s even a resident dog to greet you and ease your anxiety,They made arrangements for car rental and communicated well during the process. Boyce is not the cheapest in town, but their work is quality.

Anytime I ve taken one of my cars to Boyce Body Werks, they always do a great job. The repairs are done timely and the communication throughout the process is great. Definitely would recommend them! I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

I had a snafu with my truck this past Easter. I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. I looked online for help, and thankfully I found Boyce Body Werks. They helped me through the whole process in a expedient and professional way. They took care of everything and made the entire ordeal painless and easy. They answered every question and concern and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Even dealing with the rental car company and insurance adjuster. Then comes the quality of work, I have a Dodge unfortunately, but after the damage I could not even tell the difference than fresh off the line.If you're looking for a good experience, good people, good quality, and less headaches please consider them first!

I recommend Boyce Body Werks to everyone I can. My FR-S was damaged and I immediately called Boyce. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My car is a pearl color and it is a very hard color to perfect. I picked it up and it was perfect! You couldn't even tell my car was in an accident. They took care of everything for me and kept me up to date with everything that needed to be done. I appreciate all their time and hard work.

We have used Boyce for all of our body work needs. They are great to work with, and ensure that the entire process is a painless one from start to finish. They worked with our insurance company, arranged our rental car and completed the job very quickly. We will not take our cars anywhere else. We highly recommend Boyce to anyone in need of bodywork!
