Extremely professional front of store service, the techs couldn t remove my lug nuts because I didn t have the key. I ran Ofer to Subaru and bought a set of new ones and came back and they STILL got me in. The tires I ordered didn t arrive in time, but they had the next best model set and gave me the upgrade for FREE.Clean, comfortable waiting area with outlets and a workspace bar with a window view while you wait.I was extremely impressed with my first purchase, and they have won a new lifetime customer.

What an amazing experience! Car stuff is rarely fun, but working with Julie at Belle Tire was simply outstanding! I recently visited Belle Tire seeking a second opinion on repairs recommended by another local shop, and I couldn't be happier with the result! Jake was the best! Unlike the other shop, where I was presented with an overwhelming list of seemingly urgent fixes, Jake took the time to explain the priority of each repair, outlining what needed immediate attention and what could wait. His approach was refreshingly honest and genuinely focused on what was best for my vehicle and my wallet. Furthermore, Belle Tire's expertise was evident in the efficiency and precision with which they took care of the repairs. I only make recommendations to others if I would also recommend it to a family member. Customer service, quality, and fairness in price are all things that are important to me when deciding where to go for auto care. I made my appointment on Thursday for new tires to be installed Saturday. After install, I paid for an alignment due to the specks after putting the new tires on. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean. I came in with a wheel sensor warning light that came on after being at the dealer. The techs ran the test and everything was okay which is opposite of what the dealer was telling me. Michael, the manager, ran a second diagnostics just to verify what the techs found for both of our peace of mind. Everything came back good and they were able to reset the warning light. Michael has been in the industry a long time and was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location if you re in need of services on your car.

Came in all prepared to pay for Belle Tire to remove my 20 wheels and install my 21 wheels for my Tesla. Didn t buy a single thing today and Mike, who was extremely professional and friendly, told me there d be NO CHARGE for the wheel swap. Excellent new, clean facility, too! A++

Belle Tire is a burst of fresh air! I really do hate going to get work done on my vehicle but these guys made it easy and all the workers seemed to know what they were talking about! Will definitely come back! The man that helped me was Michael and he made me feel right at home! 10/10

From the time I scheduled the appointment to the time I paid the bill the service was fantastic!! Prices were VERY reasonable and technicians and service team were honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tires or even repairs for their vehicle!

Prompt and friendly service. Fair prices. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond by repairing a lighting sensor while replacing tires at no additional charge! Honest assessment about alignment. Not pushy. My second set of tires from Belle. I will buy again.

I m so grateful for Rob at Belle Tire helping me discover that someone stabbed my tires and helped me figure out how to take action. My partner s tires were also stabbed, and Rob printed out a list of options for his new tire purchase & best ways to save money. They were so fast & took us both same day & fixed them on the spot. I had a nail in my tire and they took me without an appointment with an hour left in the day, were extremely kind, understanding and walked me through everything that was going on with my tires throughout the process as they evaluated the situation. They are great! Will be back again!

I have gone to this location twice now, for tires, and then for exhaust work. Both times were a great experience! They were the best price for the tires and service was outstanding. Everything went smooth from start to finish. It was extremally easy to communicate with the service staff via chat, text and email. Same things applied to most recent experience with exhaust system repair. They are upfront and honest about what you need and should do. The staff is professional, courteous and kind. Went above and beyond with service. I trust this Belle Tire and will continue to go there for any automotive repair needs.

Service was extremely helpful and friendly. Luckily, they were able to get started on my car without an appointment and got me back on the road as soon as possible. Replaced my non-standardized size alkaline battery for my hybrid, (getting it from "down the street") - so not just tires but full service.

I've been to the Batavia Belle Tire twice, once for an alignment and another time for trailer tires. Both experiences were great, nice staff, clean shop, work done on time. I plan on going back when I need anything tire related.

Great service and really good prices. Now is the time to go to this location to have the most savings. They have a grand opening instant coupon, you also get another instant coupon for using the good year credit card, you can apply for the card at the store if you do not own one, and some of the tire manufacturers have a mail in rebate. The service was quick. I was there for maybe an hour and 20 minutes. That time included replacing 4 tires and an alignment check. Dan explained everything to me clearly, he was able to answer my questions, he also recommended a tire shine product that will not degrade the tires over time. The bathroom is clean.The waiting area Is nice and clean. It has plenty of seating.They have two tv screens side by side. One screen display the waiting que for service and the predicted time that your service will be done. The other screen is for TV shows. This is my first time using Belle Tire but it will not be my last. This is my new go to place for tire purchases.

I needed tires and general maintenance done on a 2016 car. I worked with Jacob at Belle Tire in Batavia and was super impressed! I ended up needing a few things done on car and he kept me informed, discussed my options, updated me throughout the day and delivered the car back to me earlier than planned! He clearly explained the work needed and done and even found me additional discount to save me $. They will be my go to for basic car service and tires. Give them a call! You will be glad you did!!! Thanks for the great work!

My son took his 2014 Lincoln MKZ in to repair the horn going off with each turn made. Paid $599 for the repair and was told it was test driven to ensure all was ok with the repair. My son pays, drives off and the car horn issue is still there. My son called and was told a refund in the form of a check would be given next business day! No effort to say, let us check the issue with the horn, etc. . NOTHING! Why say you repaired it and did figure eights in the parking lot but my son pulls out of the lot and the horn goes crazy and I am out almost $600 with the same issue! If you can t fix an issue then state that! Once my Cadillac is fixed. I will not return here or recommend this place. And now I have to get a check refund?! Why not check the issue again or refund my money back to my debit card ?! BEWARE!
