This shop is great for body work, did a fantastic job with my spoiler as well as replacing the decklid panel on my Mustang. They are also extremely kind. I did although bring them a simple strut tower brace for install, in which several areas somehow including the radiator support, strut tower, and the brace it self were scratched up or nicked up. Also, one of the studs that holds the strut tower brace was snapped and had to be replaced with a bolt, as there s no true OEM fix as they re welded to the body from the factory. I m not sure how all this happens from such a simple install. They did offer to make it right, which I highly appreciate, though not sure how they could given there s not a true OEM fix for the stud, and how the paint in these areas under the hood could likely only be touched up, without a lot of disassembly of the vehicle to be resprayed to the condition they were brought in. A shame on a car I ve only owned for 6 months and purchased new. Again, I do recommend them highly for body work, but I would go elsewhere for any sort of under the hood modifications.

We had our daughters accident repaired here. Brian was wonderful with both communication and expectations of the repairs. He made my daughter feel better by not shaming her but telling her it happens to all teens. I appreciated him doing that for her - he did not have to do that but overall I felt he truly cared that we were satisfied customers. Great customer service all around and would highly recommend to anyone to go here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent shop. From the time I swung by to get an estimate they impressed me and ultimately I decided to get my car fixed there. They explained the whole insurance claim process with great detail and made sure that they ordered parts beforehand so that my car was worked on as soon as I dropped it off. This helped limit the number or days in the rental car.The quality of work is top notch and the car looks as if nothing ever happened. They even cleaned the interior and I received a sparkling clean car to drive home.Highly recommended if you're in an unfortunate need of a body shop for your car.

I had a couple things done on different vehicles and couldn t be happier. I had rust around the windshield of my Subaru Forester and they were the only ones I found who warrant against rust without having to replace the roof unlike another shop proposed which kept the cost down. Their higher level of skill compared to their competitors not only gives a better product, but can actually save you money! The same happened to my 2nd vehicle, a Mitsu 3000GT that needed loosened bottom rocker panels put back in place. Another shop had lower rates, but more hours in their estimate. Brian knew exactly what was needed to be done and was able to do it in less time and again saved me money. I highly recommend Batavia Body Werx and will be spreading the word!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Nothing but good things to say about the service and the amazing customer service by Brian. He gave me all the knowledge I needed and made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with his garage. Brian kept me informed before and during my car repairs. My car came back perfect! I couldn t be happier with their service and work. Definitely a five star garage !! Absolutely amazing! Brian and the team have outdone themselves again. I brought in my HD Softail to get the new fairing painted to match the bike. One of the colors was exclusive to Harley and would have cost more for the small amount of paint than the entire job. Brian brought in a color match specialist and knocked it out of the park between the two of them. Not only is the color dead on, but the application and detail were flawless. HD should take lessons from Body Werx!If you are looking for perfection in bodywork or painting, do not hesitate to use these guys. My third vehicle is coming next.Service: Painting

I can t say enough good things about Brian and his team! I brought them my 1974 Porsche 914 asking for a re-paint, thinking I would be happy with the car just freshened up. Brian and his team accepted the job, and offered some suggestions that would really update the look of the car. I was blown away with the work! Their subtle touches really set the car apart form other 914 s, while still keeping the original feel of the car. These guys are true auto artists. They not only did beautiful work, they did it in the time line we agreed on, and on budget. Batavia Body Werx is by far one of if not the best body shops in the area. Brian was so friendly and easy to work with! I had my windshield replaced after it cracked and their quote was the lowest price out of the handful of places I called. They got me in soon after my initial call and took amazing care of me and my car. As a woman, it s hard to find a shop that I feel safe going to and knowing that I won t get taken advantage of and I felt safe knowing my car was in their care! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family for any work they need done and I will be using them again in the future!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Brian was outstanding in his service and work! He came out to my house to look at my car prior to towing it to the shop, he proactively followed up with me weekly and the jeep which had been hit by a deer looks brand new. It s great to see that along with quality work, he is passionate about great service. I can t say enough good things about Batavia body werx. I was in an accident and my car ended up being totaled. I was devastated but Brian was so helpful and patient with the process! Him and his team ended up fixing my Lexus and it looked brand new! I truly could not be more happy with the outcome and Brian and his team. I would recommend anyone to Batavia body werx. You won t be disappointed. Brain truly cares about his customers and his attention to detail is like no other. Don t think twice if your car needs work, go here.

My brand new Telluride recently got into a scuffle with my garage door (I may have had something to do with it, but whatever). I looked ay reviews of area body shops and went to Batavia Body Werx based on their positive reviews. Brian was fantastic to work with. After inspecting the damage, Brian (being the honest informative straight-shooter he is) agreed to squeeze me in as soon as possible and gave me realistic expectations about the repair options available. He could've easily raked me over the coals in terms of work and overall cost but he did the exact opposite. I couldn't be happier with the body work done and will be bringing all body work to Brian in the future for sure. Don't hesitate to take your car here if it needs body work! Brian and Batavia Body Werx are truly amazing. I was looking for some body work and a headlight glass replacement but didn't want to break the bank. He really went above and beyond to search out some after market parts that worked (after talking it through with me) and when the time came to get the work done, I couldn't believe how quick and well done it was. Excellent service! Not only did the quality of the paint job exceed my expectations, but the customer service I received from my initial phone call, through the process, and pick up of my car .was way above my expectations!Brian took the time and patience to answer my questions and concerns and helped educate me with matte paint finishes and the process.This is a brand new car that unfortunately had some issues with the satin matte hood and after receiving it back from Batavia Body Werx .it looks better than new!This is the place to go to if you want quality service and piece of mind.Service: Painting

I just picked up my Challenger this morning, and have had a grin on my face ever since. CJ and his team at Batavia Body Werx are automotive ninjas, and I'm an incredibly happy customer. From excellent communication throughout the process, to outstanding work, they're top notch. And not only is the quality of their work stellar, they also possess something I don't see elsewhere - a creative intuition and sensibility that brings about the most stunning results.Update: 5/9/22 - Again, I can't say enough about the incredible work that Brian and his team do at Batavia Body Werx. Recently needed body work to our GMC Acadia after being involved in an accident. Noticed the 5-Star reviews online and gave them a call. Brian provided more information on the process of filing the claim and initiating work than my own insurance agent. The level of communication provided throughout the repair was outstanding. The quality of work matched the professional level of communication. First of all, I cannot say enough good things about Batavia Body Werx! They treated me like family there. They gave me a ride home from the body shop while they worked on my car and then picked me up when it was done. I brought my 1971 Chevy Nova to them to get my hood adjusted. They pay attention to detail and really went above and beyond. If I ever need more work done or anything ever happens to any of my other vehicles this the place I will be going to. Thanks again to everyone at Batavia Body Werx you exceeded my expectations!

This year was the first time I had an accident which required me choosing where to bring my vehicle. No regrets at all choosing this place! Brian was great with handling the estimators and fought for the reality that my car was repairable! Really impressed with the great communication and heart behind his work. They are extremely professional, upfront, honest and handled everything from the insurance company, the repair and then going beyond to add small touches to ensure I was happy with the work and would be a repeat customer. Bottom line, Brian does honest, quality work. Both instances I paid for my repairs out of pocket and consider the results worth the money.First instance was to correct some extensive rock chip damage on the hood and fender. It looks brand new! Afterwards I had the fender off to upgrade the intercooler and saw no evidence of over spray on the wire looms or sensors, this guy does it right.Second instance was to correct some work the stealership attempted and refused to make right (Looking at you Hawk VW of Joliet). My rear quarter now looks like it should! Worth every penny.Do yourself a favor, if the dealership wants to repair your car's paint on the cheep, don't. . Just don't. . Get it done right the first time. Find someone you can trust. I will be taking all my auto body work to Batavia Body Werx going forward.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

CJ and his staff did an exceptional job on my Chevy Colorado. I dropped my truck off late on a Monday thinking it would be in the shop for at least 3 weeks for the amount of work I needed done and it was finished on the Friday of that SAME week!! I needed a new bumper, a new windshield, and had close to 20 dents/door dings that needed to be fixed, as well as many scratches and paint chips that needed attention. Dealing with this shop was a breeze from start to finish, from them contacting the rental car service for me, to them dealing with the insurance, it was peace of mind from the beginning to the completion of the work. Not only did they go above and beyond with their work, but the pricing couldn t be beat by anyone in the area!! I can t stop starring at my truck because it s 4 years old and looks brand new again!! I wanted to give Batavia Body Werx a BIG SHOUTOUT for the amazing work they did on a brand new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. A little background. Late December 2020, I was involved in a car accident and sustained significant damage to the rear of my truck. Obviously, the emotional roller coaster I experienced wasn t the greatest. For a few days, I searched for different body shops that I could trust (customer and BBB reviews). I read hundreds of reviews and felt safe with Batavia Body Werx.I first met Brian, who immediately impressed me. Brian was sympathetic to my experience and he was very knowledgeable on what I should submit to the insurance company. Brian took photographs and noted damage I clearly didn t see. Based on Brian s expertise, I was able to submit a proper estimate. After I submitted my estimate, I never spoke to the insurance company again. Brian became my advocate and fought for a proper repair and parts. Brian was able to get all new GM OEM parts, as well a new truck bed, bumper and miscellaneous parts needed for the repair. Brian continually updated me through the repairs calling me every other day with a status update.After a couple weeks, I picked up my truck and couldn t be more pleased with the results. I was able to see the old damage and parts removed from the vehicle. I was able to meet the crew that worked on the truck and thank them personally. Rich was outstanding and clearly displayed skill while working on the body and paint with Brian. Joey, also couldn t have done a better job on the fabrication and body work. This crew is obviously top notch. The paint was flawless on my tailgate and all badging was laid perfectly. CJ and his staff repaired flaking paint on the front bumper of my Lexus and other body parts which were discolored. In addition, he polished my headlights which had oxidized at no charge. My car looks new again. I received quotes from 2 other local shops and Batavia Body Werx was the most affordable. My first experience with BBW was 5 stars.
