Batavia Mobil has taken care of my 2008 Avalon for 267,000 miles. The mechanics are excellent, reflecting both skills and honesty. We've used BAM for only the past year or 2, and we've found them to be courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, informative, and reasonably priced. This time we had reason to ask them to check our brakes (they suggested checking tires as well) and were assured a couple of hours later all was fine. They didn't even charge us, maybe because we're continuing customers, or maybe because they just don't charge to check brakes. Either way, I consider it just another good reason to bring our cars there. (They also recommended nearby Village Auto Body to us, and we were equally pleased with that team as well, for much the same reasons.)Service: Brakes

Incredible service and fast!I went in because my Prius was running rough during a road trip across country. Everyone here was super helpful, and when I needed to replace my starter battery they got it done that day.Then one of the mechanics, Alan(sp?) followed up the next day, just to make sure everything was running smoothly and I hadn t experienced any more problems.If I lived closer, this would be my new place!Thank you everyone!

Outstanding service! I had my tires replaced last weekend and they did a great job. The owner Stan is very friendly. It's good to see an active owner at a business. I'm sure that's one of the reasons this shop is so successful. They completed the work on my car very quickly. Dan was very professional on the phone when he called me to let me know my car was finished. Great service and I would highly recommend this shop!!

I have taken my car here for brakes and rotors and the work was done quickly and at an affordable price. I've also had my car here for estimates and they are always looking out for the customer, informing you about your options and keeping cost/efficiency in mind. I will continue to recommend them as well as give them my business. It's nice to have a local company that you can count on and trust!

I have been a friend and loyal customer at Batavia Mobil for probably 20 years. Stan, Steve, Mark, Alan, Raquel, Josh, Ed, Dan and I wish I could remember the rest of the team names. All work together to get the job done - fast, and done the right way at considerably less than dealer prices. They can do anything: engine rebuilds, engine replacements, transmission and suspension rebuilds... electrical repair , heating/cooling systems fixes. You name it. And sure - quick tire repairs and lube/oil changes as well. One more point, these people "fix" things whenever possible, which is not like dealerships that live in a world of "diagnose/replace", which fixes the problem but hits you hard in the wallet... when many times with a little attention and ingenuity the situation can be actually "fixed" at far less cost than complete replacement. If you haven't as yet, give this place a try. You'll find it refreshing to deal with nice, skilled and caring people. (Sounds like a commercial, I know. but stop in and check it out for yourself.)

I have been having the maintenance performed on both my cars at Batavia Mobil for just over three years. The service is fast, work is done correctly and at reasonable prices. I was even advised to wait to change the transmission fluid because it was too soon. I like to be more aggressive than the manufacturer service recommendations, but in my experience dealer service departments are overly aggressive in recommendations. Batavia Mobil does what is the right work at the appropriate intervals.

I had my Jeep 2015 droped off for its regular oilchange tire rotation and break inspection. Once it was completed they also notified me of my vehicles tires are close to having them replaced. I drove away and the next day noticed a loud thumping sound coming from the drivers front tire. I drove into Batavia Mobil and Steve handled my request and inspection. Once I was called for pickiuo he explained that alot of rust was causing the issue and cleaned it all out. He test drove it to make sure all was well and imspected all othwe 3 tires. I was pleased also that there was no chargeand how they always go the extra steps to ensure our safety.Thank You!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Today was the first time in 15 years that I was slightly under-satisfied with something from Avenue Mobil. Due to a miscommunication between myself and the service tech, the wrong tires were ordered for my truck. Without hesitation, Mark and Dan sprung into action and did everything they could to get the right tires ordered as fast as possible, leaving me with only the difference in the tires to pay for. Stan and Steve only hire the best mechanics and employees in general, whose work will keep me coming back for another 15 years.

Have had work done at Batavia Mobil for years now and they always do a great job. Just had new tires, battery, differential seal and cover replaced. Also had repair to my cruise control and a complete brake job. Rides great and I know if somthing is off they will look into it for me. Always satisfied
