Amazing experience at Batavia auto service! Was fast and efficient and was kept updated throughout the whole process of what was going on, Daniel is very knowledgeable and took my 2017 ram 1500 from stock to a 6 inch lift with 22 inch wheels and I couldn t be happier with the outcome I recommend everyone to use Batavia auto service(Pictures for before and after)

they installed a compustar remote start on my truck and let me tell you. If you were considering getting one... DO IT ALREADY! I love my remote start I use it everyday and use it to lock/unlock my truck. Danny at the shop gave me tons of options and price points for different things that I may have wanted and I couldn't have asked for better results. simple and easy to work with. zero hassle with all my questions I had going into it. thanks again I'll be back soon

I Stopped by early morning to Batavia Auto service. I got new tires, wheels, mounted & balanced. Was in & out in less than a hour. They look great! Thanks Daniel!

I highly recommend Daniel at Batavia Auto Service! He is the best mechanic for your vehicle's needs. He is very thorough and makes sure your vehicle is safe and running smoothly before you get it back!! I will take every vehicle of mine too him from here on out! They also do inspections on cars you want to buy totally take it there he is honest and will let you know every detail needed. Highly recommend you take your vehicle's there! If there was more stars to give him it is totally worth it!! Give him your business you will not be disappointed!!

Had my infinity towed to this shop by one of their partners tow services , I explained to the person picking up the car the latch was broken so please keep it tied down , he did so but at the time of the service Daniel took short cut and cut the wire holding it down off to work under the hood. And refused to die it back down with anything ( keep in mind I now have to drive over a hr on the highway,which I did relate to him)he claims that s not his problem. All this after I spend $300 for him to swap out a remote battery , and now that the car is doing the same issues I m told by dealership it was the bcm all along . THANKS BATAVIA SERVICE!!!

Blew our engine on our way to Wisconsin for vacation. Had car towed to Batavia Auto Service. Daniel informed us there was a recall on our particular Hyundai engine. Explained to us if we have it towed to dealership where we purchased the car they should take care of it free of charge. We ll THEY DID!!!! He could of taken the job and we would of been out thousands but he didn t. Solid dude!We need more Daniels in this world!

I ve brought my car (mazdaspeed 3) for a lot of work like a new clutch kit and transmission I ve had no issues. I ve also got a new set of shocks and springs as well as more suspension work that just got done here, and everything has been flawless Daniel is professional, quick, and a easy person to work with I recommend you get any type of work done at Batavia Auto Service !!

Batavia auto is a good place we got a 2001 Chevy blazer from a friend and it s steering wheel fluid was leaking and gas was leaking when you filled up the tank. The previous owner had done a lot of repairs on the vehicle before we got it including replacing the gas tank. Batavia auto was kind enough to let us know to take it back to the last place we got it repaired instead of simply charging us more for fixing the gas tank again. They have real care for their costumers. I recommend this place 100%

I recently had a tire blow out on the highway, swapped to my spare and later on searched for a place to get a replacement tire. I emailed this place late at night and got an email reply early next day stating they had a used tire that fit my wheel specs. The email mentioned to simply stop by no appointment needed. When I stopped in the guy working there was familiar with my needs stated through email already. He was quick to go over the work that he would be doing, explained pricing again and quickly checked in my vehicle. I ate my lunch there while I waited no more than 20 minutes. new (used) tire mounted balance and installed on my car, spare put in the trunk. Good work, would recommend and in the future if I stop by again I'll make sure to leave another review to see if service continues to be great!

The customer service was top notch. I felt like the guy who helped me was honest, and he resolved my tire issue right away. I'll be returning there for car service in the future.

Daniel is so knowledgeable and fast! I left my car overnight and he had it done the next day within two hours of calling to go over what I needed done with it! Great service and great prices! I will definitely continue to go to him! Highly recommend!

I have brought my car to them now 3 times. They helped me figured out my missing sensors, changed my oil, replaced,rotated, and balanced my tires(also made sure all 4 tires had the correct PSI). Next thing I m getting worked on my car are my break pads and i am definitely getting it done here!
