The lady behind the window was mean to me.Edit: Them replying the very same day, immediately wanting to find out who I am, isn't cool. You want to find me, huh? How about the lady in the office behind the glass not be mean to people....... Instead of trying to find out who I am, maybe you should be working on your people skills.

Adv Auto did a perfect job repairing the suspension on my Mercedes GLK350. The car now drives like the day I bought it. I ve been a customer of theirs for over 25 years. They worked on all my cars including my John Deere L130 riding mower. I have brought multiple types of equipment to Advanced and they have fixed it all. Generators, mowers, snow blowers, yard blowers, you name it. Very impressed with thier quality of work and their turn around time. You will not find a better mechanic within 100 miles. You guys are the best thank you!!

This review is long overdue. My initial contact with Tony occurred many years ago when calling around for lawnmower tuneup prices. Tony was the only one to immediately give me the total price without starting low and then up selling. I immediately knew that he could be trusted. Fast forward a few more years, our auto mechanic went out of business. It was a no brainer where to bring our vehicles.Advanced does everything for our vehicles, including oil changes plus minor and major repairs. Wouldn t go anywhere else. We are told when something needs to be done now, when it can wait for awhile and when all is good. It is great to be able to trust someone in this business. Tony has also performed many favors for us including taking a well used vehicle off our hands and getting us a decent price for it. This is a nice family business that appears to have very many regular customers.

I have been using Advanced Automotive for nearly all our car servicing and repair needs over the past ten years. They are hands down the best provider I have ever worked with in the industry.Not knowing much about cars, it s incredibly reassuring to have a company that I know I can trust to: 1. Do the work right. 2. Get it done on time. 3. Charge me a fair price. 4. Not take advantage of me.Tony has always been upfront and honest, even telling me when to NOT spend the money to get certain things done. Have been going here since they opened. Great customer service from all employees. Very knowledgeable. Always give me a heads up on future repairs. Always shows worn parts that were replaced. Very honest and reputable. Would not trust my vehicles or my wife/kids safety to anyone else. They have also taken care of my mowers and snowblowers over the years. They have helped me buy used cars and steered me away from cars that would have been peoblems. They do great job on lawnmower repairs at reasonable prices. Also replaced master power window switch in my wife's car. Our dog was glad the windows would again go down so she could put her head out the window. Very nice people to deal with.

Great experience! Tony checked our vehicle top to bottom and even took time to show me all the issues. He broke up his recommended repairs into sub quotes and explained which replacement parts he planned on using. Very transparent! Quality of the parts and labor were excellent. Replace actuator doors that control flow of heat on the driver side. Tony is excellent at diagnostics and completing repair efficiently. Seldom, if ever, have had to return vehicle to fix prior repair work. This is a family business run by honest and friendly owners, Charlene and Tony.
