I ve been taking my car here for the past two years and they have been great taking care of my car which as a young woman is very rare to have that type of service in this business I refuse to take my car anywhere else but here. Thank you guys for the services you do <3

This is an excellent bunch of folks, very friendly. They're honest and they do really good work at fair prices. I would highly recommend. I've never seen any high-pressure tactics trying to get costumers to commit to repairs they don't really need. (I hate that it's true, but this is very important, especially as a single woman. They don't talk down at women or talk in circles.)

I took my car in for an oil change and these men took the best care of me and my car. They noticed a tire was in horrible condition and helped me with getting a different one put on. They treated me with such kindness and generosity as I stood there crying, not realizing how bad my tire was. I was lucky to have made it to the shop for them to help! They were caring and informative and just all around great people. Highly recommend Mark s, I ll be sticking with them for good!Services: Tires, Oil change

I highly recommend Mark's automotive,they always treat you right. I had fuel issue and they figured out it was NOT the fuel pump itself. They found the problem, fixed it and made sure I would not have this problem again. If you want good old fashion expertise and service call Mark's automotive I am certainly glad I did!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Mark's Automotive has been in business for many years because they treat their customers well and people come back. I have never had a problem with the car when I drive it off of Mark's lot it is fixed and ready to go. I recommend Mark's Automotive to all my friends and you should too

I have dealt with these folks on more than one occasion. Every time I have gone I have found no issue. Its a small shop, it is apparent that they like the work they do, they were friendly, make sound suggestions, and charge fairly. I dropped off my vehicle this morning and they gave me a ride to work! They finished the work in the time they said they would... In my experiences with techs/ mechanics, they provide good service. I don't think I would change anything about their shop. Advice before you get maintenance or engine repair done there, don't judge a book by its cover and don't shop for mechanics by the first review you read... Down the road they will be rated again. 10/13/15

Marks automotive has been working on my cars for over 15 years and I have never once been dissatisfied with my service. I'm grateful for a mechanic I can trust and know it's been done right. He always fair in price and works been done in a timely manner..Thank You Mark for being my mechanic and i will never go anywhere else..Thanks for a job well done..

I took my car in for an alignment and tire rotation , I get on the road and my car is still pulling to the right and I asked them to fix the rumbling noise in my car which they couldn t find nor fix. Sad that I have to re-pay for a service at a different place I won t be back. Also had to bring my car in two separate times for them to do services because he assumed I didn t have enough money to fix it the first time. Which i did. No reason I should ve had to come back twice.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Hands down! Marks automotive is the best in central Illinois! They are really kind and professional which is always a plus and they got done with my car in no time like quicker than I expected!!!! Mark's Automotive in Bartonville, Illinois is a great place to take your vehicle for service! I recently took my car there to check a loose rattle in the front end, and Mark's staff found out that my front sub frame was broken. I took my car a number of places before that, and no one else found this defect.I also took a different vehicle there to find an A/C leak, and Mark's staff found a leak in the rear A/C line.Mark always strives to find the problem, and his prices are VERY reasonable!

Its my uncles shop he a very good mechanic when I get my car thats who I'm taking it to cause I don't trust anyone to do any mechanical stuff unless its him. There are all friendly there and treat you with respect. I will always send people there cause its a good business.. Love ya uncle mark

Beware they called me said truck was done paid $340 took truck home at closing time died 3 times on way home only 5 blocks away tail lights.brake lights and speedometer didn't work, when i picked it up but did before i dropped it off, they wanted to charge another diagnostic fee to see why those things didn't work, i fixed those myself but truck still doesn't run, left phone messages with no reply.
