Ron and J.P. and the crew at Royal Coach Bartlett did a wonderful job. Customer service here is top notch...it's clear that their goal is 100% customer satisfaction. My every interaction with them, from initial call to final inspection was refreshingly pleasant. They explained everything in detail, was made aware of every facet of the repair work, and they made sure I was satisfied with the results. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended!

The crew at Royal Coach Bartlett are the best. I try to take very good care of my new Golf GTI, but after driving it all winter I had a couple cosmetic issues that I wanted to trust to professionals. Royal Coach were first and foremost kind, and they gave great advice on the care of my car and the work they d recommend. On top of all that, they got the job done quickly and at a great price.

Our Toyota Camry was damaged and needed to be repaired (bodywork and some mechanical). Royal Coach explained the process, what needed to be done, kept me informed of progress of repairs. When I picked up the car after repairs, I was amazed on the quality of work and also how they detailed the car inside and out. The shop is spotless, customer service oriented and there were no problems of costs with our insurance carrier. Highly recommend Royal Coach of Bartlett, IL.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Amazing staff and the team that worked on my car is phenomenal! My car is old so I knew anything they did would make it look great but i never could ve imagined they would be able to make it look brand new

Our vehicle was left with some body damage after a freak accident (someone was throwing rocks at cars on the highway) which damaged the passenger side front door. We've seen enough vehicles with questionable paint matching that we wanted to ensure repairs were done in the right way. After passing Royal Coach for years on the way home from work, we decided to take it there.Royal Coach was exceptionally thorough in assessing the damage and very specific in the steps which would need to be completed to bring the vehicle back to its former condition. They also explained the process of working with our insurance carrier in a very detailed way, and ensured we were kept informed throughout the process. They were also understanding that the vehicle had PPF on the front and worked to not disturb that application.Not only were we surprised how quickly the work was completed, but the results exceeded our expectations. The area with damage is totally imperceptible, the paint match is exact, and they even replaced the door edge film that Lexus installed when new. We can't more highly recommend this shop for both their customer experience and the superiority of their work.As an unexpected bonus, they detailed the outside AND inside of the car! Wow. Above and beyond. Thank you Royal Coach for taking care of our ride. We'll hopefully never need this type of work again, but if we do, we know where we're headed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was my first experience with Royal Coach, and I am extremely thankful that we sent our beloved Jeep to them! When we hit a deer on our way back from a road trip, my husband immediately arranged to tow her to Royal Coach despite being at the other end of the state. His family has been taking cars to Royal Coach in Bartlett for generations.Suspecting ahead of time that our insurance would total the vehicle, and knowing that we were keeping it and restoring it either way (we really LOVE our Jeep), we knew we needed to send her to a shop that cares about cars as much as we care about ours. I was thoroughly impressed with the incredible work done on our vehicle - they went above and beyond while demonstrating sincere care and pride in their field.In addition, their kind and understanding customer service team kept us abreast of the situation as the claim went back and forth. We were always assured that Royal Coach was on top of the situation and they would keep our Jeep not only safe but return her back in excellent shape.A stressful situation worked itself out, and we are deeply thankful that we had Royal Coach helping us along through the process. Their expertise and compassion made a world of difference - and just in time for Christmas!

This is the most dishonest shop I've ever come across. The fees they charge are inflated and unreasonable. It's like going to McDonald's and paying a fee for them to take your order and then being told later that you need to pay more for the paper french fry container. Rob was completely unreasonable and disrespectful.

I always feel well taken care of at Royal Coach. They consider your best interests over their profit- so I don t feel that they would take advantage of their customers. I would recommend giving this shop a try. They explain things to you, and you don t feel like they pressure you.

It's a pretty horrible feeling to see your first new car in 15 years with a dent in it from a hit and run, but the crew at Royal Coach made my Camry look good as new again. They worked super well with my insurance and didnt take any shortcuts. They are honest and do great work. I'm so happy that my car came out looking great, and Royal Coach gave my sad story a very happy ending.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service and unlike the corporate mechanic shops, Royal Coach has a more personal touch. They were honest about what needs to be done and when and I couldn t be happier that I took my car to them. New lifelong customer

I recently had the pleasure of working with Royal Coach Ltd., and I must say, their services exceeded my expectations. My Lexus GX460 was hit with a brick while driving on the highway, and the damage was extensive. However, the team at Royal Coach Ltd. did an incredible job fixing my car, and I couldn't be happier with the results.From start to finish, the process was seamless. The staff was very professional and courteous, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating with my schedule and made the entire process very easy for me.What impressed me the most was the quality of their work. My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They paid great attention to detail, and I couldn't find any imperfections even upon close inspection. Their expertise and skill were apparent in the finished product, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results.In addition, their prices were very reasonable, especially considering the extent of the damage. They even worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered, which was a huge relief.Overall, I highly recommend Royal Coach Ltd. for any auto body repair needs. They are experts in their field, and their professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. Kudos to Josh at Royal Coach. He was very helpful, honest and candid with me about the beyond-saving condition of my very old car. He helped me at every turn in getting it ready to be traded in on a newer model. (The dealer will tow it and junk it.) Some shops would perform work knowing it would be wasted if the car was destined for the salvage yard, just to pad the bill. Not Josh and not Royal Coach. I would recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical service or body work.

Been coming here for years. Service is A++ everytime I come. They are always honest and never try and rip you off. They make you aware of issues but never try and push the fixes on you. Would always recommend coming here.

My Volkswagen GTI was rear ended on Dec 1. I took it to Royal Coach on a recommendation. When I dropped my car off around Dec 8th or so, I was told there would be a 3 week turn around.These guys were very professional, knowledgeable, truthful and friendly to interact with. They also stuck to their original estimated timeline of 3 weeks. Throughout the entire process, the shop was very open about everything, updating me on what was going on. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely recommend friends & family to this location in the future.Thanks for helping me out guys. Keep up the good work!! Can t believe how good the car looks.

I think I ve been to Royal Coach more than I d like to admit and I can truly say that I love this place. They not only do a really great job on our cars, but they also have the best customer service. With my most recent experience, they patiently worked with my insurance company and advocated on my behalf so that my claim was handled fairly, and my car repairs were done with care. They also keep you closely looped in on the progress along the way so you re never kept in the dark.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance

I live in Chicago and still refuse to take my car anywhere besides Royal Coach in Bartlett, and not just because my entire family is 100% loyal to them as well. The customer service, honesty, communication and the work they do, I am convinced full heartedly that they are the BEST in the business. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of even though they are super busy (I'm obviously not the only one that feels this way). Even when I'm in the waiting room, the way I hear them interact with every customer, they truly care about every single one of us. I probably have at least 100 auto repair shops between where I live and Royal Coach. It's worth the commute. I never really write reviews, but I just picked up my car from them, and I am so HAPPY!!!

I believe Royal Coach has been the best body shop I have ever used, with a very professional staff running the show. I had to get my front left side repaired on my 2021 Chevy Blazer due to a trailer hitch from another SUV, which accidently backed up into my parked SUV. Once I got there J.P. examined my truck and when he was done, he explained everything in detail of what was going to be repaired and if there were other internal damages, they would take care of that also. They did not cut corners (all OEM GM parts) and my Blazer looked perfect, like brand new.Service: Body & Trim

My daughter came home from college and needed a car repair ASAP. They were so amazing and got me in and fixed her car all within a day and half. My daughter was able to make a quick turn around back to school in time!! So thankful and happy with their service!!!

I've been coming to Royal Coach since I moved to the suburbs in 2015. Since the first time I visited they have always made me feel like family. They go out of their way to explain in detail any issues they find. They never pressure me into doing more work than needed and will be honest with feedback on if certain things "can wait" or should be done asap as they are potential safety risks.Pricing is fair and work is impeccable. Have also unfortunately had to use their detail services for when I was hit. Insurance worked great with them and it was easy peasey. To get my work done quickly, they even had me go to their other site so I wouldn't have to wait longer due to a backlog at the Bartlett location at the time.I can't speak highly enough about Joshua, JP and the whole team. Everyone I've ever spoken with and worked with from front office to repairman have been knowledgeable and great. Do yourself a favor, and your car a favor, and bring it to Royal Coach when needed!!

My truck was less than a year old when I struck a deer. My insurance provider was trying to steer me towards one of the national paint & body repair chains that are less than reputable. I insisted on Royal Coach and was not disappointed.Excellent communication, timely responses to my questions, they handled all the paperwork, and service that went above and beyond my (considerable) expectations. The cleanliness, polish, and attention to detail on the repairs demonstrate a clear pride in their craft.Could not be happier with the final product!

I came here after I stripped a screw off my license plate cover. I called ahead of time and they were able to squeeze me in right away. They got my service taken care of completely and professionally, within like 15 minutes. I spent probably over an hour working on the screw myself before coming here, but I'm extremely glad i did because it was way easier. It was professional, efficient, and extremely well priced. JP was my associate today and he was extremely helpful and friendly, and I appreciated how he was understanding of my situation. The team at Royal Coach is top notch. This company has withstood the test of time. Old school values and customer service while performing modern day, sophisticated, high tech repairs and body work. These guys are meticulous! They go above and to do the job properly and treat their customers like family. I really cannot say enough good things about John, Rob, JP and the whole crew at Royal Coach they are seriously the best in the business and I come from hours away to have my cars serviced here. If you are on the fence about where to take your car for body work or general service, seriously look no further. Thanks Royal Coach for all that you do.
