My car was burning oil. I brought my car to FTD Auto and they quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Great job and excellent communication. I'll definitely use them again.

Whole crew very helpful. The manager Scott explains things thoroughly and he even listened to my jokes lolGreat communication and speedy service.I highly recommend this location. very knowledgeable and thorough. Then being able to text me the outcome of my inspection with pictures & videos.Love it. Good job guys thank you.

All of my interactions have been great. Online booking is very easy to use. The team is easy to talk to and knows their stuff. These guys are honest and fair! I will definitely be using them for all of our automobiles needs!

They were very helpful. The service was quick. I had a trip from Illinois to Miami and they made sure that my car made it all the way. Nothing but good things to say about these mechanics. They went out of their way to make sure that my tires were not leaking air. Made sure that my car wasn t working function when I thought the alternator was dead. They did all the tests and they made sure that everything was good.

I have been there twice. First time they pointed out our vehicle was under warranty and saved us a ton of money. Second time I was told by another company I needed new brakes. Took it in to FTD and they said I did not need new brakes saving me money again. These guys are honest and fair! I will definitely be using them for my automobiles needs!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes, Oil change

I was having problems with one of my tires that kept being low on air. I took it to Suburban Goodyear Tires and they were able to find the problem and fix it. They were helpful and very friendly. I've been going there for years.

I haven't had them do any work on my car, but their diagnosis my car back in December was on point they saved me big time from major damage. thanks Scott, Nick, and the whole team for proper diagnosis.

attention all truck drivers and delivery drivers. the manager here does not like our kind. i park my delivery truck in the service alley between the shop and the dunkin donuts (out of traffics way ). manager comes out yelling at me that thats his parking n i cant park there and slashed my driver side front tire i was there before business hours and park there as dd lot is busy and too small he was calling me out calling me names tryna get me to fight. i walked away its not easy parking these trucks we use just any where. i was out of traffics way n wasnt blocking his business at all. he was jus being an angry privileged manager. wonder how he treats his technicians

FTD does a great job taking care of my car. Staff is knowledgeable and professional.They did a great job replacing my shocks and struts. They do great job of getting you in and out. Making an appointment is easy and they are very responsive. FTD Auto is my go to place for any car issues that I experience. I am a long time and always satisfied customer! Nick and the guys always are so quick to lend a helping hand when I have an emergency, are always honest when explaining the issue my vehicle is experiencing especially since I am a female that doesn t know much about cars! They are fair, reliable and affordable.You guys are the best!

I would be proud to own or work for this business. All around, the staff, honesty, pricing and going beyond the typical to make the customer feel great about their decision, is amazing. Scott (wonderful) and his staff saved my wife and I from being stranded for longer than we did out of town. We were returning back to Iowa and I hit an unavoidable pothole that blew out the side of my almost new Bridgestone runflat. It was violent. I pulled over in the hwy 59 7-11 store. On my phone, the best reviews for a tire business was Bunge's. It was late on a Friday and we still needed a rental, time was fleeting. Fast forward (this is a long story). I drove to Bunge's in Bartlett. Scott was extremely helpful and after securing and retrieving a last minute rental vehicle, we left the vehicle at Bunge's and searched for a hotel. Scott stepped up to the plate, even though he was told Saturday morning that the distributor driver could not make it by 12:00pm that day, he made it happen. Wow. In addition, Steve (I'm assuming manager?) followed up with a virtually unprecedented inquiry as to how it all turned out. The Bartlett area and beyond has an incredible auto tire and I'm sure more resource. P.S. I hope that Scott's son had a great Birthday last Sunday.

Ripoff alert. I advise you to find a different shop!!!Last fall, I stopped by to have my headlight blub replaced. Not only did it take 45 minutes to an hour to replace, I was charged about $75. Supposedly, it was difficult to access the light bulb on my model car. The bulk of the cost was labor.Fast forward several months, spring time, the same light blewout, so I visited an auto repair shop in Glendale Heights. It cost $35, and 5 minutes to replace the light bulb.It's ridiculous that they have cheap replacement parts, but shady to overcharge women for labor costs.

They said they can look at my car, then they call me and said they made a mistake, also told them to leave the keys in the car because I get out late from work, when I got to my car, they never left the keys, they had me running around and just waisting my time, they never apologized for the inconvenience, never again will I bring my cars to them!

The people here are so nice. I took car there and I brought it back I thought they did something wrong. The gentleman drove my car and explained to me what he thought the problem was. He was right. I brought my car back to the dealership and yep he was right. The transmission had issues. They did not have to go that extra mile but, they did. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs..

I have a hard time trusting shops with my car. It seems they do just enough but not completely doing the job, so you have to come back, but I don t feel this way about this shop. They seem very honest and open and fixes it with ease. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Went in for an oil changed asked the front desk to check the tires if there were any nails. They performed a tire patch without consent and end up charging 40 dollars. When I asked why they did the work without the consent he was like we just do it without asking. I told them they should have asked before doing it. They removed the charge. Once I paid and left the front desk guy gave me the middle finger and said I am no longer welcome we get a lot of business without you. Would not recommend. Rude and not trustworthy. Be careful .

Got an oil change. They only use synthetic oil which was great. They also offered to take my wife home since we live across the street and she was going to cross the Road in the cold with our child. Thx.

Very. Polite and honest fellas! I had a nail in my tire, and couldn t find my wheel lock, they gave me good service and asked that it s better to take to a dealer, if they would have tried they would have damage the wheel.. front desk individual is really professional and friendly..

Brought my car in to get checked out and to get the oil changed. Was given a very honest assessment of the problems in my car and which ones were more important. Work was done relatively quickly and at a fair cost. Nice waiting area too if you end up stuck having to wait there for the repairs. First time coming but will definitely come back again.
