Had been quoted a repair for my vehicle mid December. Was told a month until they would be able to get the part in and fix it. Spoke to them in January and got the same response, too busy and will be about another month. It is now April, 6 months of being tugged around and we had to finally give up and go to another place for repairs. If a $3500+ job is too small for you say so, don't jack your customer around and waste their time! In my opinion this is a bad business and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One thing I think needs to be much more clear is that they only accept cash or check. No debit, credit, venmo etc! This was an insurance claim and neither the insurance company when recommending them nor the shop when calling with the estimate mentioned this until the repair was done! This needs to be upfront! However, great work. Agree with all the Clean Car comments. Great and pleasant customer service. Timely repairs. Understanding about insurance issues/delays/confusion all around.

The owner just drove over to get me back into my car after I locked myself out. He absolutely refused to accept any payment. With that kind of service for someone who isn't even a customer, I can only imagine this is a great place to go if you are!

Bob s auto body is a really great place! Everyone is super nice and friendly. The repair on my car was quick and they kept me updated through the process. Getting my car back was smooth and quick. I was shocked at how clean the car was on the inside. I feel as if they went above and beyond for me. That really counts in my book! They also leave cute mints and new car air fresheners in the cup holder! LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop.

Mark and Cindy are major accomplishment to the automotive body and fender business. Mark has fixed multiple vehicles for me. Their repair work is above and beyond the normal repair shop!

I had a dent in the truck of my car from hitting a garbage can. Bob's was able to get me in the next day for PDR service. They remove the dent without using paint and it looks like nothing was ever there. The cost was more than reasonable at a fraction of what everyone else quoted me nearby. I highly recommend Bob's, please stay away from Streamwood body werks.Service: Body & Trim

I sit here really regretful that I have to leave this sort of review for a local business, but at the same time if I had read a review like this I wouldn't have wasted the last 5 months trying to get my car repaired. This place does do very good work, I will say that up front. They have done work on one of my other cars that I was very happy with. The problem is the current job I have had sitting in their shop. It took about 6 weeks just to get the owner to give me an estimate on the repairs that are needed. I probably should have taken that as a sign that this would end up being a problem, but as I said, I was happy with the work they did on my other car and was willing to overlook this issue and support a local family-owned business. I brought it to their shop on the date they assigned me to do so, which was 3 weeks out from when I got an estimate. It is now 3 months later and no work has been done. At all.The car was stripped to make things easy for them to do the work - as in they would not have to remove things like an engine, damaged body parts, door handles, mirrors, etc. I sourced and purchased all the new parts needed, all they had to do was the repair, assembly and paint. I realize that a decent amount of work needs to be done to the car, and by no means was I expecting the work to be completed in a week, or even 3 weeks. What I did expect was communication and some decent customer service. What I received was nothing in return.It has been sitting in a lot exposed to the elements for the duration of the past 3 months. This means whenever it rains, water is getting inside the vehicle because as I mention - I removed things like door handles and mirrors to make their job easier. Every time I called I would get told that I had to leave my name and number and the owner would call me back the next day. The calls were never returned, and in the off chance I did get the owner on the phone he would tell me that they're so busy, etc. I understand that there are vehicles ahead of me, that emergencies happen, that cars get into accidents are towed in and need to be worked on, that summer vacations are taken, etc. However, 3 months have passed and they haven't touched it, they have made no attempts to call me to let me know what's going on. If I had been told in the beginning that they are too busy to do the work, I would have looked elsewhere. The car was stored in the garage to protect it. I have been very patient, and always courteous, but I find it very frustrating to be told that nothing has been done for so many months.I was tired of being ignored, so I called another body shop that was recommended to me, brought the estimate I received from Bob's Auto Body along with pictures and have been guaranteed in writing that the work will be COMPLETED in less than 90 days. I wanted to see if it was unreasonable for me to be upset that it's taken so long for them to do nothing.I called Bob's Auto Body yesterday to ask when it would be most convenient for them to have my car towed, as they have told me that Mondays and Tuesdays are terribly busy days for them. A part of me was hoping that in this last ditch effort, that they would make at least a small attempt to make things right with me. I was told it could be picked up anytime during business hours. That brings me up to today. I went over there to pick up the parts that I could fit in my car and bring them home. The owners didn't say a word. No "I'm sorry", no trying to make things right, NOTHING. I grabbed my parts and told them my car will be removed from their property tomorrow. Again, they said nothing. This has been such a complete disappointment. Obviously they did not care to have my business at all.Another negative, which I overlooked because I wanted to give my business to this family owned shop, is that they only take cash and checks, no credit cards.

Super professional and very friendly. My english isnt the greatest and they were very patient with me. My car looks amazing, its clean, and the repair looks awesome. I really reccomend them, especially if youre dealing with insurence :)

Great work! Car totally cleaned inside and out. Got car on time as promised. Paid exactly as quoted. They even fixed a scape on back bumper no charge!!

Had a minor bump with a tree on my 2013 Ram. Came here due to a co-worker having work done. Awesome job and will refer anyone. Great job guys!!!!

Bobs auto body in bartlett il is the best place to take your vehicle hands down bar none i have been dealing with them about 35 years i have brought them alot of customers over the years all of them more than satisfied with there work
