Been going to them for a couple years now for mostly routine things. I have had some issues with their work on my 4wd components and one other thing related to oil pressure. I couldn t be happier with how they rectified the situations, replacing their own work at no extra cost to make sure my truck was tip top. Definitely a stand-up business, Carl has a great team and a fantastic reputation in my book.

If you're looking to get any work done or modifications, this is the place to go. Dan is extremely knowledgeable on helping you find the right parts, and also making make sure the components are compatible and will fit properly. Aric and his service team do the work right and do not take advantage of the customer like some other shops. Carl has a great team and it is well worth the drive to get the work done right the first time.

Highly recommend. These folks sorted out a number of suspension and steering issues for us, saved us from buying unnecessary parts, and customer service was outstanding. They took our lifted JK with 150k miles and made it ride as good as a fresh from the factory JK. (Shared for my hubby) The ride and steering in this jeep is so much improved!! I used to really dread riding in it & refused to drive it. Now it rides sooo so much smoother! I might even drive it again!!

The staff, technicians , the people at the front counter and the owner are all fantastic to deal with. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and answer all your questions. I was there today getting tires, bearings checked and brakes checked on my 5th wheel camper and an airlift system on my truck. I was there about 7 hours because I lived about a hour and 10 minutes away so decided to wait. They continued to ask if I needed anything and even let me use the shop truck to go grab a bite to eat. My total cost was actually cheaper then the estimate. Once again Great people and great service. Would highly recommend as I know I will always continue to get my work done there.Also check out the Stand Up Museum dedicated to honor all veterans of all wars. Very well done. Beautiful tribute to the Armed Forces.Kevin Kronk

Its rare to find a good performance shop that dosent take advantage. W/ new ownership this business is thriving. All the shops out by me st. Charlez are taking advantage of there customers. Best mechanics, best equipment, best customer service. Also dont forget Kapps Trailers. Its really to bad that they dont put a Carls out here in st. Charles. P.S. My truck looks very slick. Runs an drivez like new. Thx Austin & Joey

Highly recommend. Rarely do I ever leave 5 star reviews because customer service has become nonexistent over the past few years. They honor their work & have worked on trucks in the past for me with 0 issue. They will be getting all of my business' work.

Bought larger tires and had a Lift kit installed on our jeep wrangler. These guys really know what they are doing and the turn around was fast. The jeep looks fantastic! Thank Carl's you guys really know 4x4's

We blew a tire on I-64 close to Scott Air Force Base and Carl s went above and beyond and way out of their way to replace our 35x12.40R22 tires and get us back on the road within a few hours! Amazing company and People. We re extremely grateful!

Carls did not let me down in figuring out my alignment problem caused by another shop installing a lift kit on my pickup. I know now who to take my truck to with anything related.

Josh, Stacey, Cindy and Eric have been amazing on the phone with customer service!! I have my truck there for work a 2000 f250 and they have found out what issues the dealership missed and failed to repair. Highly recommend Carl's 4x4 for repairs and work to be done!! Greatly appreciative for there patience and help!

If I could give this shop 100 star rating I would! My truck was stuck at a truck stop and would not start. It happened later in a day so I knew it was going to be tough to find a shop at that hour. Thank God I came across this shop!!! Very professional and knowledgeable and on top of that they called a tow truck for me and stayed late to at least look at it! After they got the truck they were able to quickly determine the problem and fix it! Huge thank you to Brandon, he definitely stayed on top of everything and did an outstanding job at communication. Again huge thanks to everybody who helped me get the truck back on the road! I wish there were more shops like this one in USA!

These guys are Fantastic! Picture this. We were 4 hours from home on a family road trip, set to drive halfway across the country. The steering was acting funny. I called 45min ahead. They had the parts in stock. They got me in immediately, had the truck fixed and aligned in an hour and had me back on the road. Take it from a former mechanic and Offroad enthusiast, their techs and service writers know their stuff. I'd drive four hours again just for this service. Can't thank them enough.

Got stuck in the mud near their shop working on one of the cell phone towers in town. They came with a big tractor and pulled me out free of charge. Not something you see much this day in age. Great to see there's still good honest people/ companies out there. Very much appreciated

A1 experience these guys know their stuff from the firat phone call I made they treated me like we had been friends forever. Very quick turn around prices were good and my truck all I can say is wow if you are looking for somewhere that can jack your truck up and make her sexy go see the experts at Carl's

I will only take my truck here to get worked on. Great staff willing to help you and listen to your wants and needs for your truck or car. Wont try to sell you anything you do not need.

I learned a lot getting my truck getting lifted. Brennon was patient with me and after multiple attempts got me exactly what I wanted. I was not an easy case. Brennon was patient with me and finally got it right! Thanx.
