Did an oil change, tire rotation, with some air filters and wipers. A very easy, professional experience. Nice friendly staff, talented mechanics, easy process, excellent waiting area, uses technology: apps, texts, waiting room cameras. Great job Mike and staff!

I was impressed with the service and communication by Dennis Brewer. Dennis made sure that I was always updated with the work that was being done on my Mustang, and the timeline in which work was being done. I would and will highly recommend Wickstrom, and have had nothing but great experiences with the team.

Brought my truck in for service and was charged for work that was never done. Just be careful this doesn't happened with you. Take time and look over the bill but also check your vehicle to make sure parts were changed that they claimed they fixed.

Some people are just not cut out to be in customer service. Nick in customer service failed to do his job from start to finish. If he checks your car in - you should ask for a different service rep ASAP. Not going to elaborate here but don t deal with him. He s extremely unprofessional and rude.

Awesome people doing an awesome job. Colin & Richard have been able to maintain a great staff of people even with all of the world's issues. Love all the people at Wickstrom Auto group. To many to list and do not want to leave anyone out.

Wickstrom quick lane is quick and thorough in their service. They get the work done and let you know recommended services but do not pressure you to complete anything you aren t willing to do.

This is not a knock on the service rep who helped me. Rather, it is a knock on Ford and Wickstrom.I have a 2020 Ford Explorer purchased new at Wickstrom. My most recent issue (there are others) stems from my driver s window not working properly and the console monitor going black. These aren t issues anyone should expect from a 3 year old vehicle with below average miles. I was told a window module had to be replaced and the monitor software required an update. $189 each. What kind of product is Ford making and Wickstrom selling? Is it acceptable for a 3 year old vehicle to have these types of issues? According to the service rep it happens all the time! That doesn t instill confidence in me as a loyal Ford consumer.After 22 years of driving Fords I think it may be time to look elsewhere for my next vehicle.
