After driving the same car for 12 years I was nervous about getting something new. Jared Nelson had helped my husband with a Jeep Wrangler a few years ago and we were happy with that experience so decided to use his services again. Very happy with Jared s knowledge about the vehicles and his patience with me! I was able to test drive multiple vehicles to get a feel for what I wanted and then Jared used that info to find me the perfect Jeep of my own. Can t recommend Jared and the whole staff at Wickstrom enough! Low pressure, excellent service, and treat their customers with care.

I had another great experience at Wickstrom. The salesperson Jared Nelson was fantastic to work with, very polite and straight forward. The deal was way better than any of other places I've been to. The finance specialist Denise Serrano was also great to work with and the buying process was super smooth. This will be my go-to dealer for years to come. Highly recommend!

As long time, customers of Wickstrom, Ford Lincoln and Jeep dealership we were very pleased with the service we got when we decided to purchase a new Chrysler Pacifica with Eric Jensen as our salesman. I'm extremely disappointed with the sales service I received when inquiring about trading in my car. The salesperson offered a low price for my vehicle, despite it being the same model they're currently selling. They even tried to justify it by comparing it to a different model, which is absurd. To make matters worse, the salesperson displayed a rude attitude when I expressed my dissatisfaction. As a loyal customer for years, I expected better treatment and appreciation for my business.

This is by far the best dealership group I ve ever experienced. Wickstrom group in general is great I ve dealt with them with my Lincoln, but more recently for my Grand Wagoneer. In all cases they ve been outstanding. They go above and beyond REALLY. Not sure how they do this across so many dealerships, but that s impressive. Special shout out to Brian at Jeep great rep.

The experience at this dealership is a mixed bag. To begin, I find it amusing when others describe dealerships as "stealerships." Well I'm no longer amused. Recently we brought our vehicle to this particular dealer for repairs that 2 other Jeep/Chrysler dealers could not fix.In addition, we have an auto protection/extended warranty. Turns out the dealer charged 40%--well above the market average.So we paid a big difference for repairs that should have been covered in full less the deductible AND repaired by Chrysler/Jeep the first time.I called to inquire and discuss details and asked for the person handling the repair, only to be told "he's busy." I left 2 messages and still no follow up. So far the vehicle is running fine. That is the good part. The less than stellar parts are what appears to be inflating the cost and the lack of customer service.

Roughly a year ago, I turned to Wickstrom Cars Dealership for my car purchase, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Jared. His assistance didn't stop at the sale, though. Since my purchase, Jared has consistently been available to address any questions I've had, offering his valuable advice and opinions, irrespective of whether it leads to another sale. I ve owned my brand new Jeep Willys Wrangler for over a month now, and I ve been slacking on writing a review because I couldn t think of the right words to say when it comes to my experience.Andrew and David somehow turned an experience that is known to be stressful and filled with high anxiety, one of the most smooth and enjoyable of transactions.While there are a lot of emotions that go into car buying, Andrew and David were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and real and that in itself is hard to come by today.Thank you Wickstrom for an unforgettable experience. I recently purchased a Volvo from here and let me tell you this dealer is great and so are the people who work there. My salesperson was Eric. He is so kind friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He helped me find the car I was looking for. I m so happy I came here and I will return here when I purchase my next car. I highly recommend Wickstrom! I worked with Jarad, Andy, and Nick. They were on point the whole time. They answered all my questions, gave me a very fair trade in value, and an excellent deal on my new purchase.Please note, I have purchased many cars and worked with many dealerships,. This was not my first experience and have many experiences to compare it to. Top notch. My next purchase will be with Jared, Andy, and Nick at Wickstrom and yours should be too!

Our sales consultant Jared was very attentive to our needs. After looking at a pre-owed wrangler this summer that didn t fit our criteria, he continued to keep us in the loop on Jeep Wranglers that he thought we should consider. Ultimately the perfect wrangler came into stock that checked every box. We were able to strike a deal via the Wickstrom Way portal within on hour. No back & forth etc. The pick-up process was equally as smooth with their financing team. It s great to know the Wickstrom dealership is available for services going forward to maintain the Jeep & Ram promaster we have.

I bought a used vehicle from Keith from across the country. I live in FL and the entire team there including but not limited to Chris the sales manager, David the finance manager, and their whole team seamlessly arranged the transaction and was very accommodating. Worked with Don DiPaulo buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee - what a great experience. Don was super patient and gave us many purchase options. When asking about technical specs, there was literally no question he didn't have an intelligent answer for. In addition, the whole Wickstrom staff and experience was 5-star.

I was nervous about purchasing a new car after mine unexpectedly died on me. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted but Don took the time to hear me out, make me comfortable I m my decisions and weigh my options. He suggested the PERFECT car for me (2023 Jeep Compass) and I fell in love. He even went as far as directing me to other options just to make sure I walked out satisfied and happy. He walked me through everything new in my car and how to set up my apps so I know how to navigate everything. I walked out with absolutely no regrets or questions and I just can t thank Don enough for all that he s helped me with. I will be recommending him to any of my friends or family meme bets who are looking to purchase a car! Thank you SO much Don!

Don DiPaulo was a huge help in my car shopping experience. I am very please with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I highly recommend Don to help. I honestly do not like the car buying process but Wickstrom and Don DiPaulo were never pushy and treated me with honesty and respect. Highly recommend!! This is my 2nd experience with Wickstrom and Don and I am just as happy with my experience as the first time.

Don DiPaulo my salesman has a terrible temper, first car sale went great. Second was going fine until I asked about incentives and then it was straight downhill. He didn't want to give my deposit back so I've had to open a dispute with my credit card. Was originally going to buy another couple vehicles from him, and refer a friend, but I will not be buying anything else there.

Working with Wickstrom Auto Group was a great experience and Eric Jensen really made it wonderful all around. We told Eric the car we were looking for and our price range and in a pretty short period of time he was calling to let us know he had what we were looking for!! Then when we mentioned that our schedules were packed that particular week, he drove the car to us to see and test drive, total VIP experience! We were able to make a decision right away and within a couple of days we were driving home in our new car which wouldn t have been possible without Eric s help. I would highly recommend Eric Jensen and Wickstrom Auto Group to anyone who s looking for a painless and VIP experience when buying their next car.

We are from the Milwaukee, WI area and had little luck with our Jeep dealers with inventory. I understand this is a universal problem. I have a range rover that was hit by a deer and so we needed to replace the vehicle. I do my research on all the vehicles that I have interest in. We also own a Jeep Rubicon '22 and love it. I new I wanted a new jeep to replace my rover. I test drove locally a 4xe to see if I cared for the ride and if the hybrid was noticeable when shifting. I was pleasantly surprised to fine that wasn't so. I like the idea of extending my gas mileage and so decided to pursue the hybrid model. I was also looking specifically for a soft top and an unusual color beside grey and black. We were on our way to Missouri to visit our daughter in college there and I googled dealerships that had 4xe soft tops in stock and Wickstrom came up first with a color I would like. (Gobi) We planned on stopping on our way on a Friday afternoon. Knowing the dealership closed at 7 we made sure to get there by 5ish to test drive and talk with our rep (Jamie Weinberg) He was excellent! Understood that it was my decision, not my husband's and gave me the attention, eye contact and respect that I often don't receive when car shopping. He also matched my personality to chat and joke which also helped. We were ready to buy and found out we couldn't write an out of state check. We had to wire transfer $$ from our Bank to the dealership's. Their team made the whole process very smooth, except for we choose a bank holiday (at least for some) that following Monday. Wickstrom did what they could to get us in our jeep as we drove back through on Monday. Excellent service, communication and support! I will be recommending them to all that are looking! Thanks Jamie! I love her! I named her "Sundance" and she has already ducked many other jeeps and I am hopeful to get ducked myself! #jeeps4life!

Excellent service and sales department's, friendly staff, they go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied. 5 stars across the board here. I'm a retired Auto shop owner and look at these places not only as a customer but from an insiders view point understanding everything that goes on in an automotive business. A positive review from someone in the field is an exceptional compliment, and that's the situation here. The people at Wickstrom are all exceptional professionals. Whether its service or sales the staff is friendly and makes sure to take care of all of our needs. The service writer I deal with on all our vehicles knows us by name and treats us as if we are old friends. He is very detailed and makes sure the Repair order is clear for the technician so nothing gets lost between what I'm asking for and the tech working on the car. The techs I've dealt with know their stuff and have done a great job with everything. Even the nice young lady who drove me home was a 5 star employee. The Sales department is a refreshing change from your typical sales room. They will let you look around and take your time without tackling you like most Dealers. When and if you want to talk to a sales rep they are extremely helpful and polite. If your looking for a new car or a place to service your vehicles make sure to try out Wickstrom. We have bought 3 cars there and have all our service work done at Wickstrom. We really enjoy our Dodge vehicles and the people at Wickstrom. Top notch Dealership all the way.
