Alex was great in helping us purchase our 2020 Ford Edge. The car was In impeccable shape and the purchasing process was soooo easy. Short and sweet. The facility is very comfortable too. We will be heading there for all our Ford maintenance. Thank you Alex and Wickstrom Ford.

Don and Andy at the Jeep location were great to work with during my purchase of a used car. They were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The straight forward and transparent pricing was also a much appreciated change of pace from the other dealerships I visited. Denise was good to work with during the documentation process as well. My search for a new car would have been a lot shorter and less painful had I visited Wickstrom sooner. They'll be my first stop next time.

This review is years in the making. I bought a used car from this dealership 5 years ago. They were honest and straight forward with the pricing. I purchased a warranty and they followed through on every repair throughout the warranty period. Their service department is friendly and goes above and beyond to make it convenient. I just bought a used car from Al Piemonte Chevy in Dundee and realized how crooked dealerships can be. I wish I had gone back to Wickstrom! Lesson learned!

I was there for an oil change. They did the work quickly, even though they were busy, and I felt they were honest as always. The service technician was friendly and welcoming. My only recommendation would be to make sure to greet customers after the pull in. I wasn't sure if I pulled into a good spot or who to talk to when I got out of my car. Again, they were busy so I get it, but still a quick comment from someone would have been nice.

Just bought my pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wickstrom after a nationwide search for a new car. Eric Jensen was my salesman and he was GREAT. The entire process went super smooth and Eric was a pleasure to work with. When I arrived in Chicago, at the dealership, the paperwork was handled efficiently, Eric showed me all the bells and whistles in my car and I was on my way, easily. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and pleasant. Very, very nice car buying experience, infact it was probably one of my best ever.

While searching online at multiple dealerships, I came across a SUV that really sparked my interest, and that was here at Wickstrom Ford in Barrington. I submitted an inquiry for and agent or a sales personal to reach out to me about this vehicle and I got a personalized video email from sales guy Alex Lopez standing next the SUV I inquired about. I then reached out to Alex and started the process/appointment to see the SUV and take a test drive. Alex stayed on top and kept great communication with me along the 3 days I went back and forth to Wickstrom Ford and even came in on his day off to be there for the signing of the vehicle. Alex even called me the day after signing to see how my first day of driving my new vehicle was. I highly recommend Wickstrom Ford in Barrington and Highly recommend sales guy Alex Lopez!

Let me start by saying, I never leave reviews, good or bad for anybody. I believe this is my first. I felt it necessary to recognize the great customer service provided by Alex Lopez, Joe the manager and the team at Wickstrom Auto Group. I had contacted many dealerships looking for my perfect car. Many of the sales people I spoke with left a very bad impression. They would give vague answers to specific questions (dealer fees, etc) and keep pushing for the sale. Then afterwards, relentlessly calling/texting. The experience at Wickstrom was completely the opposite. First of all, I drove 2 hours from WI to IL. Not knowing this dealership previously, it was a risk. They were very upfront. They were happy to answer all questions honestly and I did not get the pushy salesman vibe at all. When it came time to do the paperwork, there were no surprises. No special fees and it didn't take hours with offers to add 10 different warranties, paint protection and other addons. After the purchase was complete, we drove back to Wisconsin very excited to have our new vehicle. Unfortunately, after a weekend of driving it, I realized that the drivers seat was uncomfortable. I wish I would've noticed this during the test drive but some things you just cannot tell after a 15 minute ride. I spend a fair amount of time driving and this was a big issue for me. To be fair, my wife drove it and had no problems with the seat but I will be the primary driver for this vehicle. I was really stressed about this because this was the most expensive car that we have ever bought, at the very top end of our budget and I thought I had made a huge mistake. There was nothing defective about the vehicle, just an incompatibility between me and that seat. I fully expected to call Alex, tell him my issue and have him tell me that all sales are final, because when has a dealer ever accepted a return on a used vehicle that is not defective in any way? Alex discussed the matter with Joe and I was extremely surprised to hear that they would take the return and give me all of my money back, even though I put the miles on it driving back to Wisconsin and over the weekend. He said that they just wanted to make sure we walked away happy. They were very gracious. THAT is great customer service. If they had the right vehicle in the future, I would not hesitate going back again. I highly recommend Wickstrom and especially Alex Lopez.

I have purchased at many dealerships over my years,,, i purchased a Dodge and was treated first class from start to finish at Wickstrom,,,That evening i realized that the best part of buying from Wickstrom was that when it was all said and done i was totally satisfied with the entire buying experience...Vehicle,value,price,and treatment...all combined into that satisfied feeling.Thankyou to the Wickstrom family/ crew !!!

Brought a car in to replace the tail lights. Made an appointment a week in advance, explained we needed the tail lights swapped out. Went in, dropped the car off....they called us 2 hours later and said "you are going to need your tail lights replaced." SHOCKER, I told them that when I made the appointment. They quoted us $2,100. I bought the tail lights off of Mopar for under $600 and replaced them myself after taking out 2 screws. It took me maybe 20 minutes. What a rip off.

So happy with our recent experience at Wickstrom! These guys (and gals!) ROCK and know how to treat their customers right. We appreciated all the time and attention they gave us, even though we were very slow to make our decision. After multiple trips and several phone calls, we finally decided on the prefect vehicle for our family. Special shout out to our sales person, Rae, who was very patient with us, answered all our questions and put us into the perfect car. Also, thanks to Managers Ryan and Todd who were able to help Rae get us a solid deal. Friendly, professional, good value, honest and they actually had a pretty good selection, considering how deleted the new car supply is right now. Highly recommend Wickstrom!

If you want the best car purchasing experience, you come to see these guys. Jamie and Chris made us feel just like family and they made sure that we got the car that we like without any pressure. They also honor the prices that they advertise on the internet. Integrity and respect are qualities that you will enjoy at this dealership. Exceptional Customer Service. I worked with Ian, on both visits he greeted me at the door fully prepared to help me come to a purchase decision. Working with Ian was extremely pleasant, he is easy to relate to while maintaining a professional and comfortable environment. Working with Ian and Wickstrom Auto Group felt natural, there was no pressure to purchase today or from them at all. They truly care for the needs of the customer. The facility is very well kept and up to date, a one stop shop for all vehicle needs. If Im in the market for a new vehicle again, I will definitely consider Wickstrom first.

I just experienced the possibly very best customer service of all time. We purchased a new Jeep Wrangler at Wickstrom Jeep and met with Jared Nelson. He was great quick, informative and demonstrated such a positive attitude during these strange times that we are experiencing. Most of my transaction happened outside of the dealership which was super convenient. Props to Wickstrom for figuring out how to make their customers feel safe and still sell cars m. And Jared s professionalism exceeded every expectation that you want when car shopping. Highly recommend Wickstrom Jeep and ask for Jared Nelson.

He was so knowledgeable about all the products being sold at your establishment, and was very helpful in my decisions on which car I wanted, and why I would want that car. Worked with AJ in February to order a custom Bronco. Process was extremely smooth and he made it very painless. I appreciated throughout the process his honesty and constant updates throughout the waiting period. Bronco was delivered as promised with no catches or markups. Needless to say I plan to work with AJ and Wickstrom for future purchases!

Had a great experience here at Wickstrom, worked with a gentleman, Ian Kasayoka. From the start was a very respectful salesman. Answered all questions along with any concerns I had. Normally buying a car is a stressful process, Ian made it very easy for me & worked with me all the way through the process. 10/10, I ll be recommending this dealership & this gentleman to anybody looking.

Great Experience. I worked with Alex online and she helped me find the right car and made it worth it to drive there. I drove about an hour to work with Alex and she is wonderful. I must tell you that when I showed up to purchase the car, Alex had everything ready and there were no surprises. I would buy from her any day. She is the first used car sales person that I have enjoyed working with.

I love the service I get at Wickstrom Jeep in Barrington. I always feel treated fairly even on some of the expensive maintenance/repair issues (not many, fortunately, on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with about 110,000 miles. They communicate well and often answer questions thoroughly. On two occasions, without me asking, a service staff-member sensed my unease with the process and pushed the issue up the chain where I had further explanation, management heard me out and made some much appreciated, modest efforts to ease my burden.I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

First time here. Had a recall on my ford escort. This was the cleanest service dept. I've ever seen. I was promptly greeted by a young woman who directed me to the service desk. The friendly service wrighter had me checked in and signed in in about 2 minutes. He then assisted me (I walk with a cane) to the waiting room which was fantastic. 6 coffee urns if you like coffee or a multi choice soft drink machine, all free. Plenty of tv screens to watch and 6 computer stations for your use. I've never seen anything like this in a auto dealership. In about 40 minutes my car was ready and the same young man Danny assisted me back to my car. Thanks Mr. Wickstrom for a great auto dealership experience.

I got out of my car and was greeted by Ian already holding the door open. Right off the bat I was very impressed by that. Not even 5 minutes after I mentioned I was interested in a test drive, I was in the car driving it. great facility and friendly staff. Ian was extremely kind and helpful. I have gone to dozens of dealerships and test drove many cars and this location stands out to me because of his exceptional customer service.

Easy place to service my Jeep. People are friendly, everything extra needed above what you came for is optional. Free coffee, free soda, free wifi. Nice facilities to work from. Transparent camera views as your vehicle is worked on.

One of the best dealerships in the northwest suburbs hands down. Their team provides excellent customer service and pay attention to detail. Jay Morales was very helpful when my parent's brought in their jeep, he went through everything in detail which just makes you feel better as a customer in my opinion.

I have been a long time customer and always come back due to the friendly sales staff and amazing service department. My wife and I have bought our last 4 cars from Michelle Goss who is very experienced and always works hard to find us the right car for our needs as well as our budget. I have shopped at other dealerships in the past but always come back to Wickstrom because of the professionalism and respect we are shown every time we walk into the showroom or the service department.

My dad and I came into this dealership after many, many disappointing car showings at other dealerships. We came on a whim, having in our mind that we were just looking. This is my first time looking and purchasing a car, yes my first car! We were greeted by Ian, the best car dealer I have ever met. Immediately, my dad and I felt welcomed and informed on everything we needed to know. Within no time, I decided to buy my first car because of the great and spectacular help from Ian.
