I've had my rear shocks replaced and also oil change. Never had any issues and the waiting room is nice. Worked with Renji each time and he is always very attentive and helpful. It's a very professional and honest service. I left my truck here before I left out of the country, it had quite a few days of general repairs you would do. Once I came back home picked up my truck and it was all repaired. Steve Verhagen was the man taking care of me, he has excellent customer service skills. I will leave my truck here everytime. Thank you!

Poor service. Over charges to have vehicle coding done, didn't even diagnose the problem. Basically plugged the machine in and gave me the code for $250 without actually saying what the issue was, AutoZone will do the same thing for free. If you buy a Lincoln, don't service it here unless you like giving away your money.
