Don t write reviews often but the service that I am being provided every time I stop by at Porsche Barrington for my Cayenne is exceptional!Big shoutout to service advisor Kevin Sutor! Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and always able to explain everything to me in a way that is easy to understand! After contacting all six Porsche dealerships in the Chicagoland area, I found that while they were all courteous and informative, Porsche Barrington, particularly through the efforts of Ian, stood out significantly.Ian, my sales advisor, was remarkable in his approach. His authenticity and dedication to meeting my needs made the entire experience feel personalized and reassuring. I had chosen to order a custom 2024 model, which involved meticulous decisions, right down to the dashboard stitching. Ian expertly guided me through this extensive customization process, ensuring my Porsche was exactly as I envisioned. His consistent communication and prompt responses over the seven months it took to complete my order were a testament to his professionalism and commitment.When my custom 2024 Porsche Cayenne finally arrived, Ian surprised me with a thoughtful gesture. He gifted me a special 75th-anniversary Porsche crest keyring, which I had casually mentioned. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership, especially their employee Chase Wallis. Last year I paid $1600 for an oil change, car inspection and cleaning. He called me 10 minutes before the dealership closed, handed me the car key and was in a hurry to leave. I returned it by telling him that the car was dirty. He continued to claim that it was washed inside and out, at which point I made him look at it together. He started apologizing. I left angry and went to wash the car at a car wash. This year I dropped the car off for an oil and filter change and a few hours later I got a video that they spotted a leak. When I went to pick up, he told me to wait because it was just coming out of the car wash. I sat down to wait and asked for the bill anyway. He said he can't give it to me today because there will be a change after the leak ( unexpected charges). 15 minutes later he called me and handed me the key. I went up because I was in a hurry for an appointment. While traveling I noticed that the car was dirty and dusty. I was convinced of this when I went down and looked at it. I spoke to him on the phone later. Again apologies and promises of a discount on not washing the car at the regular price of $350.How to be sure they did all the work after these lies!And I got the bill by email right away. I'm considering switching to another dealership or even car brand

I purchased a brand new 2021 Cayenne GTS from Barrington Porsche, and it was a great experience. I continue to have the vehicle serviced at Porsche Barrington and the service is excellent! Kevin Sutor does an outstanding job and always takes care of me.

BEST car buying experience ever! Sharon Lee is a pro. From the very beginning she was responsive and informative. Because this was an out of state transaction, Porsche Barrington handled all of the tax, title and licensing making the transaction very smooth. Love the One & Only process the entire transaction literally took less than an hour. If you are in the market, give this dealership a try ask for Sharon Lee. She will not disappoint.

Let me preface this review with some info on me. I despise buying cars. DESPISE it. It takes forever. It s a constant negotiation and argument. It s just a pain.However, I am so happy that I found Ryan Proffitt (great name by the way) and this gorgeous Tesla that I purchased from him and Porsche Barrington. Ryan and I had multiple phone calls, dozens of texts, and constant communication for a full two days prior to me even arriving at the dealership.He made me an offer in my trade-in which was incredibly fair, he priced out the car, and did the entire financing and prep process before I even showed up.Upon arrival he was courteous, helpful, and lot of fun to chat with. It s rare to find someone genuine who is trying to sell.The entire process from arrival to signing for the vehicle took less than an hour. And this all happened while the dealership was super busy. They walked me through the best way to put down my initial payment, they offered better rates than I was able to fine, and Ryan helped me with every question I had and every step of the process.This is the first time I ve ever been able to rave about a car buying experience. Thank you Ryan, and thank you Porsche Barrington. I will absolutely be back and will refer everyone to your team.

Purchased our Land Rover from this dealership and by consultation by our sales person RYAN we purchased the extended warranty. Needless to say AGAIN, It was and is complete trash. For 5 months we have been trying to work with this dealership to have my Land Rover Engine repaired to resolve this issue. Never mind the payments for this vehicle we can't drive and the continuous payments of the warranty that's garbage! This SHIESTY dealership claims no responsibility in selling consumers BOGUS extended warranties. It doesn't matter if its the top of the line warranty, it's TRASH! Well it's Class Action Law Suit time. If you purchased the Nissan Extend Service Agreement from this company. They know it doesn't cover anything that would protect the consumer.Contact the State Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. It's time to put a stop to the sell of this USELESS WARRANTY.We am still waiting on a response Mr. Dealership Manager. So silence is your answer to rectifying this issue? But instead you throw your salespeople under the bus!If you purchased this trash, join the Class Action Law Suit against this dealership and Nissan. I just took delivery of a Porsche Taycan 4S and it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had from beginning to end. Ozzie Nieves was my salesperson and he was so helpful, honest, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. They have something called One and Only where you were with one person across their brands and that person closes the deal with you right there at the desk - an hour all in. No walk to the F&I office for a hard sell of window etching, insurance, and other annoyances. They did everything they promised and my wife and I couldn t be happier. I highly recommend Motorwerks - and I have no affiliation or have received no compensation of any kind.

As a first time Porsche buyer I was not sure how I would be treated buying a lower-priced used Porsche instead of a more expensive newer one. But as soon as I began interacting with Skyler all those concerns went away. He was hands-down the most helpful salesman I have ever dealt with. It was absolutely worth the eight hour round-trip drive for the service we received. It definitely felt like no stone was left unturned to make sure we were happy with the entire process.

I purchased a 2022 Porsche Taycan GTS from Porsche Barrington. Elvijs Rusins was the sales person. I bought several cars outside of California. I have never experienced such detailed communication and outstanding customer service which was provided from everyone at Porsche Barrington. Elvijs arranged window tinting and the transportation to California for me. The trade in value for my Mercedes was above whole sale market. I would purchase another car from Porsche Barrington without any hesitations again.

Tried to buy a Mercedes Benz G63 AMG. Negotiated a bit then came to an agreement. I then told the salesman Skyler Standafer to send over the Purchase agreement. He emailed me to send proof of insurance and a payoff quote for my trade. I did both. He then calls me and says that they sold the vehicle to another party who offered ask. Completely Bush league. We had a deal in place and they sold the car from under me. Beware these guys are unethical.

Porsche Barrington.... WOW. waited two hours for a phone call back about inventory on site; no call back..... call back and talk to "Alex" what a POS. Have you ever wanted to spend a 100K plus on a Porsche and had some @$$hole hang up on you?!?!?! WOW. Clean up that side show PORSCHE BARRINGTON. WON'T be getting my business. But just FYI to quality of the people working that.UPDATE.... called Porsche Lincolnwood.... with in less than 10 minutes; confirmed inventory (not a 2 hour wait with no phone call back), and set up test ride. See you tomorrow. Lincolnwood

Rating service experience. Extremely overpriced service department. Close to $1,000 for oil change, wiper refill and cabin filter for a 10 year old car. Friendly people but horrific pricing for basic service.

Top notch experience is what I always get when I work with Kevin here at the Barrington Porsche location. He is very knowledge, honest and gifted at his craft (he really knows his stuff!!) Buying the Porsche was fine Everything that followed was horrendous We still haven t fulfilled the terms of the contract but after 5 trips and multiple calls I have given up AllI received was excuses The typical once the vehicle was sold they didn t care Would probably have cared more if I spent more money Was very unexpected

Horrible best describes my experience with Porsche Barrington. I was required to go through an ID verification process as a condition of purchase. I paid a deposit at the request of Ryan Proffitt, salesman, with the understanding that he would mark the car sold . I discovered the car was sold, just hours before leaving St. Louis to pick-up the car. To make matters worse, my deposit has not been refunded. I would avoid this dealership at all cost. I can t believe this is the type of experience embraced by Porsche, as it is the antithesis of a luxury buying experience.

My wife and I went to Porsche Barrington last June to order a new car. Our sales associate Boban was very friendly and informative. He helped us through the ordering process, and kept us updated on status throughout the build and delivery. We were very happy with the service and buying process and will be repeat customers in the future.

Bad service. Go elsewhere.Went to do maintenance on 2014 911_50 last year. Took me a while to find a service advisor in the service department. Once found (after 15-20 min), he was helpful and assisted with scheduling a date. Spent $2K, it went ok. Called and emailed last week. Twice. No response. Called today, spent time on hold. Someone took a message and told me that the advisor will call me back. No call back. Can't even get a quote for $4K+ service?! Need brake pads, brake rotors, new tires, oil change. Thank you, MW.
