Took my 2020 QX50 in to see why the windshield washer stream no longer squirted fluid on my windshield. I was just over the warranty point for miles. In Chicago bad weather, this is a must. After a huge cost for diagnosis (over $200) it came back with not one but both nozzles failed. Parts were to be ordered and I was given a cost. (pretty expensive in my mind) They repaired but also gave me an inspection report. Told me my brake fluid was contaminated, my coolant was bad and "Had" to be replaced, and a few other items. My car is serviced regularly and due to high moisture content I had a brake fluid flush (with new fluid by a very reputable service professional) and they also did a radiator flush with in the previous 6 months. I was continued with ultra high pressure tactics, but denied as I knew the real truth. I got in and tried my washer, my driver side just barely squirted and the passenger side never reached the windshield. I had paid over $500 for nothing! Immediately took it in, the advisor got the tech and he came out and argued that he fixed it and there was nothing wrong. I started it up and showed him in front of advisor and others. He got mad and left. Now, i had no vehicle as they took it in the back and said they would fix it the next day or longer due to parts. Come to find out... they took the nozzles off a used car in the lot and gave me back my car with USED parts and charged me the full amount (which i already paid). I argued and was told, we can order more parts but we don't know when they would be in. This was a few weeks ago, I have complained to the advisor and another person that called me to try and buy my car back. To this day, nothing. I urge you to think twice before taking your vehicle there. Advisors only want to up sale, their prices are double the hourly standards, the service inspection is pencil checked and they will try and scare and pressure into services not needed and the have zero accountability when the part they put in does not work. Plus to argue with me about the part working... my cars will not be there again. (I own a few MW Infinitis)

I brought my Q50 in for an oil change and received a complimentary multi-point inspection which included an inspection of my Automatic Transmission Fluid, which requires the lower engine transmission cover be removed. I was advised that the fluid should be replaced due to its condition. Today I was going to change my Automatic Transmission Fluid and once it came time to remove the lower engine transmission cover I realized that the front pair of bolts had been completely rounded off. I have not taken my car to any other mechanics or had any work done that would have required this cover to be removed. Unless I was lied to about my ATF being inspected, the last people to touch this cover was the Motor Werks Service department and they completely ruined 2 of the 4 bolts that hold this cover on. DO NOT take your vehicle here if you care about it because the technicians certainly don t!

The service advisor, Kevin Perreault was knowledgeable, accommodating, and prompt with communications, even though I did not have an appointment, the tire was fixed right away. I would definitely recommend the Motor Werks service department to friends and family.Service: TiresService: Tires

I left the car for service, the scratches were drawn with a marker ... the worst workshop in the district, shoe marks were left on the seat

Speedy and attentive car service. The waiting area is nice and clean with ample amount of charging points.
