We are super excited about our new car!Honda Odyssey Touring is the best decision for big families.Finally our little dream came true with MW Honda!Week ago we went to Motor Werks Honda and made the best decision. First of all, there are very friendly and supportive people there. Second, there is a huge list of cars, and car that we were looking were also there. Third, we were serving by wonderful manager Alex, whowas so helpful and did his job great. He knew all answers to our questions and helped to get the best deal.We got a good experience working with our manager and after couple hours bought the car that we were looking for.Highly recommend Motor Werks Honda and Alex, as a manager who works with Ukrainian costumers.P.S. Starbucks coffee there is SUPER Delicious!!!! By the way, company presented the opportunity to get it for free while you are the costumer. It s so thoughtful)

Very smooth and efficient transaction. After getting bombarded with emails and texts from dealers, it was refreshing to have a really honest and straightforward email exchange, then a conversation, then a meeting with our client advisor Enrique from Motor Werks Honda. It was probably one of the most transparent transactions I ve ever encountered. The price was reasonable and very clear no twists and turns. They even went out of the way to keep a promotion that expired by a few days. The whole thing was refreshing. Usually your stomach is a knot and you re cringing going into the final transaction. Took a little longer because we were trading in so they had to do their diligence. Overall, I left feeling surprised and shocked at how easy that was. They ve really changed the game here. It s not the old school hassle anymore. We re really happy with our new Pilot and even happier with the entire experience.

We purchased two new vehicles from Jim Rubey at Honda Motor Werks and can t say enough about our great experience. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the transactions. We felt that the prices were fair and we were not getting ripped off like most other dealerships. It took a while because we bought two vehicles at the same time but he handled it with ease. I would highly recommend Jim and Motor Werks of Barrington.

After going to numerous car dealerships and being lied to by many "reputable" dealership "salesman" and "finance managers", after wasting so much time and energy, I found Motor Werks Honda. I'm grateful to have met Kurt. I was completely stunned at how simple the process was and how fast things went. They are not your traditional car dealership. They have reinvented the way car buying should be. No haggle, with honest pricing. I used Google bard to research the 2020 Nissan Rogue I purchased, and I uploaded the details to Google bard and I even put the website in and Bard looked up the car fax, and checked the price for me. Even Google Bard said the Nissan Rogue was appropriately priced. The condition the car was presented to me in was immaculate. It even had a red bow on it. I've never been treated this way before and it was a special experience for me. Total time was roughly an hour. The dealership can look intimidating to anyone who's never been in a dealership with high end cars like Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes. They don't just sell the high end cars and have amazing deals on cars for everyone and every budget. I wasn't buying a 2024 Porsche, I was buying a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and he didn't treat me differently. Kurt treated me with respect, and was so polite. The entire experience didn't feel real to be honest, but it was. The document signing process is streamlined by using E-Docs. Granted, there were some forms I had to sign but it was all very easy to understand and straightforward. Kurt took his time, and explained everything to me. He was patient with me, and didn't mind that I wanted to read everything. This experience was honestly the most amazing car buying experience I've ever had. I will only be buying my cars from Motor Werks going forward.

I had good experience purchasing a new Honda CRV. Sydney Moore was the sales person who helped us in purchasing the car. I was very much satisfied with his service, he never forced us to purchase at any point of the sale. He was polite and patient in answering all our queries though we took almost a month to decide and close the deal. I highly recommend this dealership and Sydney Moore.

I recently purchased my 2019 Honda HR-V from Jonathon Martinez at Motor Werks in Barrington. I m very happy with the entire transaction, everything from the initial online inquiry to the signing of the paperwork went smoothly. Jonathon answered all of my questions and ensured I was given the best customer experience. I didn t feel like I was being pressured into any unnecessary fees or extra charges. I've only bought a car at a dealership one other time in my life, and the experience at Motor Werks was much better. Matt Korzatkowski was my Client Advisor and he made the car buying experience a relaxed and comfortable one. They were the closest dealership that happened to have a purple 2024 Honda Civic in stock and my vehicle was nearing the end of it's life, so I checked this place out. I appreciated that Matt worked with me even though there were hiccups with my trade-in (through the fault of my own, not Motor Werks). The complimentary perks in the exclusive Motor Werks app you get access to after purchasing make it more unique than other places I've seen. Matt also makes it clear that if you ever need anything post-sale to reach out to him directly, which is reassuring to know. I can't say I had that experience the last time I bought a car. We are from out of state and found a vehicle we wanted to purchase. We worked with Enrique Aramburo and it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. He was extremely responsive, got us pictures/videos of all the areas we wanted to see immediately which was really important since we were not able to see the car in person. When we got there the car was in the exact condition that he described. He was on top of all the paperwork and we spent less than 30 minutes completing the transaction. He was very knowledgeable about the process for an out of state buyer. They must have an amazing detailing department as well because the used car we bought was spotless inside and out. The full gas tank was a really nice touch as well. Really happy with our experience here and will happily drive the 3.5 hours here again when its time to buy another vehicle.

We had great car buying experience at this dealership. You can easily see how the Motor Werks treat their employees differently from other dealerships. We worked Guillermo and Rad, Guillermo was very helpful, knowledgeable and always smiling. He tried to get our new Honda CR-V car sooner.This was the first car we bought from Motor Werks and we feel confident that they will treat us well during maintenance visits. Because of the quality of their employees and them trying to help you at the very step of the buying process, we recommend them.

Our family needed to replace a car that had a bad transmission. We chose Motor Werks because we had heard the sales process did not involve haggling. Matt Korzatkowski was our sales rep, and he was great to work with. It was easy to arrange a test drive, and we were able to purchase our preferred vehicle the same day.We did have a maintenance issue with the vehicle a few weeks after the purchase. He worked with his service department to have this issue corrected promptly. The repairs only took a day and a half, and in the meantime I was provided with a courtesy vehicle. Because of the ease of purchase, and the way our maintenance issue was handled, I give them five stars and highly recommend Motor Werks, as well as Matt K!

EDIT 04/12/24: Unfortunately I have to drop my rating down because I went in to have service replace 4 broken lug nuts (this service was agreed to upon purchase of my vehicle) and I left with nearly ALL of my lug nuts stripped and broken. I had to buy a full new set myself and have my trusted mechanic put them on. Would not recommend coming here for service, they are not very friendly and are so jammed up they rush through jobs. I would have said something right away but didn't notice till days later when I went to fill up on tire air.Tom got me in my new (to me) Focus ST. I love the car and my experience at Motorwerks was amazing. You don't need to show up in a suit and tie to get respect and great customer service. This dealership is the nicest and fanciest one I think I've ever been to. Tom and his management team helped me through the entire process with ease. Purchasing a car is quite the process but Tom very much put me at ease (unlike other dealerships). Motorwerks has a free to customer Starbucks that occupied my time while the financing team worked thoroughly to get me multiple offers. If you need a car I would highly recommend Motorwerks. Tom, Jim, and the entire team at MW Honda took a stressful process and turned it in to one of the biggest accomplishments I've made recently. I was treated with respect, taken care of thoroughly, and made to feel welcome. My ONLY gripe is that they will not budge on price. But their vehicles are priced well, so not a big deal. Motorwerks is the best. I hope I can make alot more money soon so I can come buy another car from them

Stopped in MW on a whim to look at some Honda Passports. Tom was the first one to walk up and see if I needed anything or questions. Was not pushy or hovering. The whole process from start to finish was easy and painless. Was able to do most of the paperwork over the phone and out within 45 mins. Tim was willing to answer any and all questions. Still answers my texts on any questions with the car or Motor Werks.Would highly recommend Tom and Motor Werks.

The Car purchasing process has a bad rap, but Alyssa made the whole process as easy as it gets! She is extremely personable - and she is dedicated to get you in to the car of your dreams! Her energy fills the room and makes the whole interaction process totally enjoyable! I was legit in the showroom for not more than an hour. The preliminary business we took care of via email and text - I knew exactly what I was walking into which completely removed the pressure - not to mention Alyssa s energy is contagious so you are bound to be in a great mood! :-)Alyssa went above and beyond to help me and because of her time and dedication - I m sporting my first brand new car! Cannot thank her enough for her time and exceptional service!

Recently purchased a Honda True Certified vehicle from Motor Werks Honda. Our client advisor Jonathan Martinez was great and he made all the process hassle-free and we drove back the purchased vehicle (we had not paid yet at that point). The fact that we were going to pay cash did not bother them at all. The car has been great and we do not have any complaint so far.Since the purchase process can move very quickly, I suggest that you be ready to drive back on a new vehicle (license plate, trading in, etc.) if you are thinking of buying a car here.

I worked with Johnathan to see a used Lexus GX and Honda Passport. While I didn t end up buying either vehicle, the experience was 5 stars. Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure work with. I was extremely impressed with my experience and ifI was in the market for a new car, Motor Werks would be my first choice. My experience dealing with Motor Werks Honda was far and above better than my experience with other dealerships in my car hunting. All communication was clear and prompt. All my questions were quickly answered. Guillermo picked me up at the airport coming in from out of town to pick up the vehicle. My vehicle was clean and waiting on the showroom floor. I appreciated the one person approach where I wasn t handed off to the cog in the chain. I would totally shop with Motor Werks again.

Alyssa was an excellent salesperson at MotorWerks. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. There was no-pressure in purchasing a vehicle and I never felt rushed. They ran my credit 6 times when I bought my car. Six. Times. Not once did they tell me. The ONLY reason I found out was because my credit card gives me a weekly report and I saw it then. Safe to say I was shocked and my credit score took a massive hit. They make it seem like they re not like the other scummy dealerships because they don t work off commission, but they re just like every other dealership. A bunch of scammers. Matt is the one who i worked with.

I can not say enough good things about our car buying experience here. My husband and I were in a rough situation after being taken advantage of by a different dealership, to say we were nervous about going through with purchasing another vehicle is a massive understatement. We came in last minute on a holiday weekend and were treated very well, everyone was super helpful and the process couldn t have been easier. They did everything in their power to help us out as much as possible and got us into a new car, they really saved us from being stuck in a bad situation. The process is simple and extremely transparent. We are extremely grateful for their help and I will recommend them to every friend and family member looking for a new vehicle!

After visiting several other dealerships I was thrilled with the caring people and no pressure assistance in selecting the right car at Motor Werks of Barrington. Peter Seaverns helped me to get a fair financial agreement that is better than any of the other dealerships I visited. I highly recommend him and Motor Werks to lease or purchase.
