Absolutely fantastic car-buying experience. Our salesman, John, was very helpful and informative. We were able to look at, test drive, and purchase a vehicle in a unique low-pressure sales environment that is far superior to other dealerships. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We had an excellent experience at Motorwerks Cadillac buying a 2024 Escalade. My husband and I came in late Saturday night and the staff was extremely accommodating. Even though they were about to close, Izabela and Jon pulled the car inside next to our vehicle to show us all the features. We had to leave that night but came back the next day and Niram had the vehicle pulled inside and ready to test drive. He was great to work with and taught us about all the features of the vehicle and perks offered from Motorwerks. We worked with Izabela to come to a deal with our trade and Rich helped us with our financing. Overall we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with our 5 month old and would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Just purchased a Lincoln Corsair from this dealer and my experience was excellent. My salesperson Sal Senato was the key to my wonderful experience. Right from my initial phone call inquiring about the vehicle, he was helpful every step of the way. Thank you Sal for being just a down to earth person and making my purchase an easy process. Worked with Geno, made the sales process overly complex. Had to ask for a purchase agreement 3x and kept sending us a screenshot of the website. We thought ok, maybe he is new...we would cut him some slack. But then he kept messing up the sales tax calculation. We have purchased many cars in the past from other dealerships, and this is by far the worst service and follow up we have experienced.The texts Geno sent us after our purchase are unprofessional and show his lack of knowledge. He sends us a long-winded awkward 2 paragraph text on why we should be grateful and lucky that he sold us the car because him and another sales man�were competing to�sell the�car. Then a day later he says that they messed up the sales tax. We live in lake county and they are saying we need to pay for cook. That is not true, it should be where you live and where you are registered. He then goes to say that my husband and I don't know which county�we live in. I know�know�what county�I live in! I know where my property taxes go to! Then he demands a copy of a tax bill because he claimed that our address is in Cook county. I send him a copy of a LAKE county tax bill, and then he goes on saying that that isn't enough proof and that we are going to be stuck with a cook county tax bill.� If you choose to buy from this place make sure you double check the numbers because they are incompetent. We want a call from the the GM immediately to right their wrong. I'm not sure in what scenario someone can give us the run around and continue to call us liars over and over again. We provided them everything they asked for and still they are telling us that we need more documents AFTER we already registered and paid for the vehicle in FULL.

Walked into the dealership for the first time and was greeted by Samuel Hutter. He gave me a very solid cup of hot chocolate and showed me a lot of nice cars. He sold me a hellcat at his last dealership that I ll be trading in for a ct5 black wing soon!

My wife and I were exploring different car options and had an outstanding experience at the Motor Werks Cadillac. We were immediately approached by Niram Maroukel and he was awesome. He took us through several options and was extremely patient while we were determining the best option for us. He provided all the essential details and established all our discounts and incentives. Niram followed up with us after our visit, identified additional incentives and even send us the updates docs electronically so we didn t have to make an extra trip.I would highly recommend working with Niram, he is very attentive and great.

Motor Werks was amazing!! I arrived looking for a car at the end of a day and Ivalin still worked with me for hours to find the perfect fit. I had one issue with a plastic bit on my car after I left and when I called Ivalin he had it fixed within hours. Everyone at Motor Werks was extremely helpful and great and I will definitely look to buy here in the future. I am loving my purchase. Highly recommend!

I absolutely cringe when thinking about buying a car. The back and forth, the runaround, all the time wasted .well not at motor Werks. Met w Greg the salesman and he immediately got me on a test drive .got back, did a little negotiating and I was on my way with my new car. From Greg, to the sales manager, to the finance guy .i was treated w 5 stars of respect and they never tried to sell or shove anything into the deal that wasn t negotiated up front. I honestly will stop here first when my wife looks for a new car.

Their sales specialist are professional & good in communication. Makes the buying process easy. They have a part-time finance manager, Claudio. He needs to be trained on customer service. Speaks egoistically. Probably have one of the sales specialists train him. No wonder so many of their cars sit on the lot for a long time.Also, they have a wax permaplate charge of $2000. LOL. Found it the hard way that it's nothing but a sham. Check on the internet before yall decide to pay for it. Other dealerships (BMW, etc..) sell the exact same wax & insurance as an option from $300 to $900.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a car from this dealership, specifically my experience with my sales professional Niram Maroukel. This was my second experience purchasing from a dealership and was super excited. Niram was available for any and all my questions & concerns. Great experience - knowledgeable, no hackling or pressure, honest. The whole team - from sales to finance. Claudio Timoftica finance manager made it easy and quick. This is how ALL dealerships should be.

Purchased a 100k vehicle that needed a complete detail as well as some maintenance items. Expect very low trade in values for you vehicle. Not very pushy which is nice but had to go back and forth over stupid add on accessories and fair trade in value for my vehicle.

Bought a used 2022 Cadillac Escalade. Sales person was Ivalin Nikolov. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle's features & history. Was able to answer any questions I had. Wasn't pushy during sales process and was considerate when discussing optional add-ons. Vehicle was in tip-top shape at pickup with full tank of gas. Best experience I've had in a long time purchasing a vehicle.

Just want to say Greg Barone best sales person I ve came across. I appreciate all his hard work for helping us find the right vehicle for our family. Very knowledgeable person. And cannot say how lovely my experience was at this dealership. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is very pleasant to talk to and their concern is not to sell something you won t be happy with. Sal got me a Cardillac Lyriq with the price I want and traded in my Tesla for better driving experience, Tesla is best in technology. Cardillac has the luxury and smooth ride , steering and handling. Ask for Sal, he will work with you.
