I purchased my vehicle from here in July of 2023, and 5 months later I still haven t received my Title or License Plates. They have ignored my emails and lied to me on phone calls about the status of my title. They issued me dealer plates to drive around in and I have been doing so for 2+ months.Avoid this place and DO NOT purchase your vehicle from here. I do not know how Volvo Corporate allows them to still operate when fail to provide paid services.To add, Adam who sold me the car was fired 1 month after purchasing the car. This was likely due to the shady business practices he was pulling. When I showed up to purchase my car it was on a lift and I was never able to test drive it. I was stuck at the dealership for 5 hours and it took over 2 weeks to get the Volvo app activated because they ignored my emails and lied on calls.

If you are considering a Volvo, go here! The atmosphere is welcoming and sales team pleasant and pressure-free. Luke was a joy to work with; very friendly and knowledgeable. Sales management, specifically Dean and Ivette, were very professional and flexible. Finalizing the lease details with Andrea was easy and efficient. A really positive experience, highly recommend.

Been there few times for service, people are super nice and helpful, reasonable prices for some of the services they offer, very pleasant waiting area with high-end coffee,cookies and water , will come again
