Gilbert and his partner are so knowledgeable and won t pressure you to do extra things that your car needs like other mechanics. Wow, great experience. Had Hollis provide a second opinion on an issue with my BMW after being quoted a huge cost by the dealer. Hollis provided a same day quote for much less and I was all fixed the next day using OEM parts installed by a BMW certified mechanic. Nice guys, great service and a three year warranty.

Hollis is a first class repair shop, they are very thorough and complete. I trust with all of my BMWs and Hondas. They also use up to date methods like texting to make it easy to communicate in our busy world. I recommend them.

Brought in my E90 M3 to Gilbert to get rod bearings done because I wanted them done by a fellow enthusiast. Hollis Bros. do outstanding, professional work and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend.

Since new ownership began operating this shop recently, my brother and I have had two very poor experiences. First, we dropped off a Bentley and advise it was running rough - we thought perhaps it needed new plugs and brakes and the check engine light was on. They did not contact us with a quote and did not run a diagnostic to confirm the plugs were the issue. They just replaced the plugs and brakes and charged $10,000. (Which did not address the problem and the check engine light was still on.) Took it back recently and specifically ask to run diagnostic (surprising this needed to be specified when the check engine light is on) ... then received a quote for $24,000 to replace the vacuum line system. We will certainly be getting a 2nd opinion. We won't be using or recommending this shop in the future.

I m giving 5 stars because not only they did good job with fixing my secondary air but found what caused my secondary air pump to go out for second time which was bad relay fuse and other component that needed to be replaced to prevent from shorting life of pump.Since they fixed it, I had no more issues with pump.

As usual, my experience was very efficient and professional. Oh, and curtious. Gilbert and company took my car in on Friday and it was done on Monday for the price that they quoted on Friday. Recently found these guys while looking for a last minute alignment and oil change on my E92 M3. They took care of both of those things and I was able to pick it up same day and it is spot on. A lot of alignments I ve had have not felt perfect when I get back in the car but Hollis bros killed it. The steering wheel is dead center. They also have taken care of my dads supercharged E92 M3 and a few other of my family members cars. Wonderful work. Gilbert is super cool provides amazing customer service.

Dishonest and rude mechanics. Go in knowledgeable for they will attempt to gaslight you to take advantage. I look young for my age but as a 15yr veteran, I know when I am meeting spoken to in a condescending tone. Take your business elsewhere.

The team at Hollis Brothers Auto Werkz is very responsive, they offer reasonable pricing and they keep you well informed during the entire vehicle repair process. I would highly recommend for both Mercedes - Benz and BMW service.

These guys are class acts. Originally I thought they only worked on foreign & luxury vehicles, but I was wrong. They took great care of my F150 & I m very picky on where I go for my vehicles. Thoroughly impressed with the integrity of the shop and how clean it was as well. Will be back!

Front struts and control arms were replaced , rear brake pads and rotors were also replaced. Winter tires installed. All the work was done competently and on time.
