Very pleased with repair that involved a front bumper minor repair and paint. Overall service was excellent. Dealt initially with Mike and then Cary. Both friendly, informative, and professional. Timely updates and car was ready when promised. Took care of dealing directly with my insurance. Highly Recommended!

This was the second time I used Fix Auto for help. They explained what work was needed, how it was to be done, and how long it would take. They helped setting up a rental car. The car was in and out on time and the end result was great.

Met with Cary who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Received my quote the same day as promised. He was able to order the part and have my car in for the repair within a week. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto.

Their work was amazing!!They were always friendly and calmed me down after the accident.My car came back from the repair completely fixed, polished, interior cleaned, and looked like a brand new.They are the most trustworthy repair shop to entrust your precious car to.

State Farm suggested Fix Auto Barrington following a minor fender bender. Mike was my main contact and he shepherded the repairs from beginning to end. They made the car look like new. Did it quickly and even did some requested repairs for me. Efficient. Timely. Reasonable! Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience at this shop after my car had been side swiped. They were extremely friendly & helpful on the phone as well as in person & never made me feel rushed or silly about the questions I had. They had my back when my insurance company tried to dispute covering parts of the damage from the incident and really fought to make sure everything was covered under my policy. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle!Service: Body & Trim

My husband and I had a great experience at fix auto! I had never been in an accident, so I was a bit of a newbie when it came to insurance claims and John was super helpful. The repair took about 9 days and the car looks brand new again! The work done is guaranteed by fix auto for life (as long as I own the vehicle) which is fantastic. The dent in my fender was repaired below the estimated cost and beyond my expectations. The paint match is excellent, which is hard to do on a silver metalliic finish. Thanks to John the service writer.

We got into a car accident in June and had some pretty bad damage to our Mazda CX-9 2019. When looking for a body shop to fix the damages we were having a hard time finding anyone that would take us in sooner then a month or 2 wait. Thankfully fix auto was able to take us in sooner and from day one they were all very helpful and informative. It took about a month to get our car back which makes since with everything being on back order but not only that they make sure they do a well and complete job! They checked absolutely everything before they gave us the car back and the paint job WOW! Luis did an AMAZING job we have a red color that is hard to duplicate and we'll Luis worked his magic and it looked great! We will definitely keep them in mind for any other future work we may need on our car.Service: Painting

Excellent!!!! Needed a bumper replaced & didn't know where to go. A friend recommended Fix-It! I was thrilled to have a body shop I could trust! Good prices. Car was fixed on time. I took my 21 Silverado in to get fixed after I was involved in an accident, I had damage to my back driver side door and running board, they took the dent out and blended the paint in perfectly, I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely take my truck back there If i ever had any other damage to itServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Wish I could give 7 starts. Tony and Cassandra are amazing. They're open, honest, and there's no compromise on quality. I had to bring in my 2018 C300 for a major body work and they did a terrific job. Plus they helped me out with car rentals and we're extremely supportive. I worked with Cassandre at Fix auto Barrington, she was friendly and helpful. She had my estimate quickly. She assisted me with getting insurance involved. She set and appointment quickly, arranged my rental car. My car repair was completed quicker than expected. The repairs completed were exceptional. My car was returned spotless inside and out and also was sanitized. This is not the first time I have used Fix Auto Barrington. It is my place of choice.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately I was rear ended on my way to work but and the back end of my Expedition was pretty smashed up. I brought it in to Fix Auto Barrington and I can't stress enough how very professional they were and the communication on the progress of my car was very much appreciated. They did an excellent job on the body work and the paint looks flawless. Outstanding service and I highly recommend Fix Auto Barrington for all your body work needs!!

My car was in a small fender bender and insurance sent me to this shop. The owner and staff were great! Once I picked up the car, the owner walked me around and explained everything that was done, and made sure i was satisfied with the work. He also helped me address a few other issues with my rear suspension.Paint wise, they did a great job matching my quarter panel, so for paint, I would highly recommend.

From the first call until the end, Fix Auto was amazing! Cassandre was awesome ....with taking over the claim process, getting the rental car and keeping me updated on the progress. Very thankful to find Fix Auto Barrington to help out with my repair! They were able to get everything done faster than I expected, and gave me courtesy calls on about the repairs a few times. Being of a car enthusiast personality, I really wanted my insurance company to just write me the check and I would do it myself. However, I don't have the time to do the job so i had to wake up and realistically look around for the best service possible. I landed on this shop based on the reviews. I was not disappointed! Handled everything professionally! Made sure I was taken care of and Jim was even very patient with me when I was running late to pick my car up. They have skilled employees here and they respect your vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle and was driving off, i immediately noticed that my car was spruced up and cleaner than how I left it. This was way above my expectations. Will now always trust this place for work and will always recommend to friends and family if they ever need work done!

Everyone was very friendly in the office and Jim, the the owner was informative and helpful. The results of my repair exceeded my expectations and were done in a timely and professional manner. My 2009 Honda Accord looked like new when we picked it up and Jim agreed to fix a few minor problems at a very reasonable cost outside of the insurance claim. I had never used this business before but will definitely in the future should I need auto-body work and would highly recommend FIX AUTO OF BARRINGTON to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service in the area.

These guys did an amazing job fixing my rear bumper amongst a bunch of other things. Also included lifetime warranty with everything they replaced. Highly recommended!
