After speaking with salesperson Ethan, I felt confident in placing a deposit over the phone on my selection. Ethan just made the decision so easy for me. On 11/01/2023 and after some further negotiations, we agreed on a deal. What an awesome experience. No hassle. No arguments. Quite the opposite. It s was actually fun. I went there with a purpose and that was to buy my dream bike. Guys like Ethan Alfredo, Justin Ron and the staff just made it a pleasant transaction. All were very helpful and knowledgeable. Just met all my recommendations. I can t thank them enough for their help And I encourage any and all who wish to make future purchases to do so at this location. Just a bunch of great guys. They know there stuff.

Gary was the absolute sweetest and cutest man to help us ! He was so kind and honestly very down to earth about his experience being a motorcyclist ! We got the coolest helmet and can t wait to get the scooter from them!! He also has the coolest goatee in the world and that s a fact.

Echoing a lot of what s been said in other reviews, I was super impressed with the friendly team and everyone I met here.Starting with Ricardo, my guy! He really helped make the sales process easy, relaxed and REAL. Thank you for the help!Mike in the finance department, Alfredo in sales, Caden, Justin, Gary, Katie - everyone was great to work with and so nice. I appreciate you all making the whole experience that much better.I came all the way from Naperville to this dealer not knowing that I would have one of the best purchase experiences ever.A lot of 5-star reviews may seem over the top, but trust me, the DSP team will take care of you. Thanks a million!

If you re looking for a motorcycle/other vehicle, DSP Motorsports is the best dealership you could choose. These people are so kind and extremely efficient. Most of the hard stuff was done over the phone, and when I actually went in to purchase my Honda Rebel, I was there for a very short amount of time for it being such a busy Saturday. Plus, they delivered it to me for free! I am extremely grateful for everyone here that made the experience of buying my first motorcycle so easy and enjoyable. For the names I can remember, thank you Danny, Ricardo, Gary, Justin, and everyone else that helped me. I will be coming back for sure!

Daniel was great to work with, patient in answering many questions from this first time bike buyer. He was respectful, clear in communication and able to demonstrate how things work. He did not pressure me, and I appreciated DSP willingness to hold the bike, with my deposit, for over a month, reserving 1st right to buy. I was even happier when the larger Kymco scooter I REALLY wanted was marked down more, so I could take it home. Jeff was also very helpful with jacket questions."

The reviews here made my final decision. They are not wrong! These guys are a first class professional family business.This started with my first contact on a Sunday morning when their Sales Manager followed up with an inquiry I made on Cycle Trader at 10 p.m. the night before. First thing the next day! Not one other dealership did that.I thought they were really open and transparent in the sales process. I could be wrong. I don't think so. I looked at a ton of dealerships trying to get the "best" price. At one stage Alfredo told me they'd like my business and will be a great dealer for many things, but they have to make some money on the bike. I may be alone in this category, but I cannot tell you how much I respect that.When I came in to buy the bike they had it all ready and clean for me and they were ready for me. They didn't try to pull any last minute scams. Everything was as agreed.They also took me on a "roadmap" walkthrough of the dealership and introduced me to all the departments and people. Surprisingly, everyone seemed genuinely interested and happy to meet me.Finally, I liked how they went through the bike with me thoroughly. I've had a lot of "well, you're familiar with this thing... Have fun!" walk throughs and this was not that.I could have shaved a couple bucks off the deal elsewhere (not much). I placed some value on the quality of the dealership figuring I'd own this bike a long time. I'm really glad I did.[I've been in the motorcycle world 30+ years, own a stable of motorcycles (many purchased new), this is my 3rd Goldwing, and this was the best dealer experience I've ever had.]

Looked online at their inventory was really impressed with the amount of bikes and colors. Called and spoke with Daniel and was quick to get a quote together on two Groms. (Teaching my girlfriend how to ride what better way to share the experience). I found a cheaper price further south but the Manager was quick to matched that dealers price. Saved me a trip and earned my business. Very happy with the communication and professional environment. They even stayed open a few minutes later so I can ride both bikes back in one night!! Will definitely go back!!

I can t say enough about these guys. Mike, Alfredo, and Daniel all got me set up to an insane degree. Worked with me on price, showed me anything and everything about the bike, made sure I was 100% squared away before signing a single piece of paper. This is gonna be a great riding season and DSP made it happen. Already sending someone their way to check out another Rebel 1100.

Easy to deal with. No games. I bought from out of town and needed my bike shipped. The shipping company showed up with a trailer that wasn't gonna work. They called me right away and didn't release the bike. This shows they really care about the customer and doing what is right. Even if it is more work for them. GREAT JOB.

Went to go buy a crf110 from DSP and all I could say is every single person was just so nice and helpful! They were ready to help with any questions I had. They even stayed past closing time to make sure I get my purchase same day . Best dealership/shop for bikes and jetski s! You won t be disappointed. I will be buying bikes and sending people over to buy . Thanks again DSP

This place has very good service. The employees there really do care about the customers to the highest regard. I remember a salesman Ethan, specifically, who was a tremendous help. Also very respectful, professional, and considerate when it came to finding the affordable price for a fantastic product. I was able to find what I was looking for fairly quickly (thanks to the diligence and care provided by the staff) at an incredibly affordable price.I would like to thank this dealership, and also specifically Ethan, for EVERYTHING. Truly wonderful service you guys, thankyou!(I would come here over any other dealership btw. It is that good.)

I asked them to give me their best price on 2023 Goldwing. They gave me a price that was better than every dealer in the Midwest area.In addition, they put on my additional equipment in four days. (Over the Thanksgiving holiday) I ordered the Eq on Saturday evening and they were finished and ready to deliver on Friday evening.Then they brought the bike out and taught me how to load and strap it down in my trailer.My sales person (Mr. Ethan) and the DSP team gave me phenomenal service! They are friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to care about my comfort and safety.Because of these things, I am a customer for life!!

I recently visited DPS Motorsports in search of a motorcycle, and even though i didn't make a purchase this time, I left with a great amount of knowledge and a positive impression of the dealership.From the moment I walked in, the staff at DPS Motorsports were welcoming and eager to assist. I have never gotten such a wonderful customer service in the 20+ years I've been riding. And I m not even a customer of theirs, just called them about an air filter for my motorcycle. Gary gets a A++ for his ability to attract new customers. I won t think twice about where I buy my next Motorcycle. Thanks for the top notch experience DSP!

These guys invested serious time finding me new tires online for my KLR650. I thankfully found a new HJC Helmet that fit me also. 3X. Had to order the Matt Grey color helmet though. Love these guys.

Just bought my first bike there and the staff is amazing started of with Daniel who got me set up and explained everything I needed to know regarding the purchase maintenance and workings of my XR150L he passed me over to Michael Tinnell at financing fastest process ever had a Lil hiccup with the bank but Arturo came in and put the last nail in the coffin overall best experience you'll want to have when you buying your first bike.Didnt feel pressured at all the answered every question I had being a new rider and all. Excellent in every single way they set that bar so high I don't think any dealership can come even close.Thanks!!

I find this business's staff consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in sharing knowledge and expertise. Products and services offered by this business are of tremendous quality to the local motorcyclist, in my opinion, and I am not aware of any other motorcycle dealership nearby offering something comparable to its VIP Program. I do not recall any negative experiences at this business at the time of my review.

"I purchased my very first NEW bike, 2022 Honda Shadow Aero, and haven't had a motorcycle in over 30 years. The WHOLE team was fantastic! They are ALL very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and work well as a team. From my sales associate Dan and Caden, to Justin and John in parts, to Sam in service, and Craig in finance, everyone worked as a team! They brought me to every department, introduced me to every department member, and really made me feel like part of the family. I will buy from them again in the future. "

First off I d love thank everyone at DSP for being overly welcoming, friendly, and helpful! Me and my buddy went in looking to purchase a couple Groms or Z125s. Nick helped us both out and ended up selling us both our perfect bike! He was as friendly as could be and very enjoyable to be around. Process was smooth as could be & honestly enjoyable. This is a dealer where you look forward to going. Caden at the front was also superb in helping with paperwork, delivery, and any other needs! The parts and service guys go above and beyond as well! The parts guys Tyler & John are super helpful! Gary in service has been so continuously helpful even after purchasing the bike. This is my first brand new bike (and my first bike for the road), and all of my needs I will return to DSP! Here s to the start of a long lasting sales relationship! Thanks DSP!Update: Bought a second bike just months later. The process was just as fantastic and easy. I d like to thank Nick, Alfredo, Dan, & Craig for making it a super smooth process and taking care of me as usual!! They make purchasing a brand new bike hassle free and fun! (PS you should really buy a supermoto from here you won t regret it)
