I put a nasty dent in my fender and took it to Paul for repair. He was very thorough in explaining what his approach would be to repair the damage. The work was done meticulously, and I can't see any remnant or artifact of the dent or the repair. I recommend him without reservation.

Paul is a true professional and an expert at what he does. His customer service (he responded promptly more than once over the weekend) is matched by his dent / door ding repair skills.Very fair/ reasonable pricing, friendly & prompt customer service, and high quality work - - what else can you ask for? Quite honestly, this is the absolute best place if you are looking to do PDR for your car. Paul, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations. My SUV is black so EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything can be seen. However, he removed my dent to the point that it looked like nothing ever happened. Price and service is top notch!

Absolutely the best debt repair I ve seen on my BMW.Paul is very meticulous and even found another small dent he fixed at no extra cost.I would absolutely trust him to do the best possible job with any of my cars .Could not possibly tell where this golf ball sized dent was and I m OCD about my vehicles.

Brought two cars on separate occasions and Paul met my expectations each time. He is a professional when it comes to PDR and was able to repair my dents and dings flawlessly. He was transparent and thoroughly explained the repair process and type of work he does compared to improper quick & cheap dealership jobs. Although I live an hour away, I am willing to make the drive out to Paul @ WAT for high quality work. I would recommend Paul to anyone I know that needs PDR.

Very Good service, got a few quotes around the area everyone was overcharging for a small dent. Paul gave me the best price and did a very good job. Finished within an hour and 30 min. Very friendly, if I ever have a dent again I m going straight to Paul.

Very professional and communicative service. Picked up the car today and it looks jaw dropping amazing. I think the PPF makes it shine way more than normal. You cant even tell the film is on there. In one photo I have my finger where the line is and you can barely see it. They walked me through the process and did a pre-install inspection with me to go over every detail. There was no cutting on the car as they have a specialized machine they use to cut the film to the exact dimension. Overall, I am very happy with the install. The film is also backed by 3M's warranty as well. I will definitely use their services again in the future. Thanks again W.A.T.Service: Paint protection

I brought my car in for Paintless dent repair on my drivers door just under my side mirror. I was amazed at how great of a job he did. you litterally cant tell were the dent was. I have used same service from other companies and you can always tell were the dent was, they never got it fully smoothed out, but These guys did. Would recommend highly. not only great work but very friendly. answered all questions and completed on time

I used Without a Trace Paintless Dent Removal to put on a Paint Protection Film (PPF) for my Tesla. I had an exceptionally great experience with Paul. He was flexible, quick, professional, respectful and very detailed. Prices really match the quality service. Couldn t recommend this business enough.

My Toyota Tacoma had a damaged fender and bumper and I used Without a Trace. They saved me money from using my insurance and they did an amazing job. You cannot even see that there was damage the car looks better than factory made. Thank you!

The best dent repair I've ever seen. Paul repaired an ugly dent on the top of the rear quarter on a black Porsche that I never thought would come out. He's the best.Jan 2024, Had Paul put Xpel on the front of a GLS580, Another exceptional job! Really the best there is, and I'm a car guy that looks at every detail. He also fixed a big dent on the rear of my fathers X7M, can't tell where it was. Like it was never there..

From day one the communication and customer service was amazing. Paul and his wife Maggie answered all my question and made the process easy. Had a dent on my fender in an area that made it very difficult to repair dents. The first place I took my car to wouldn't even attempt to remove the dent and then I found this place on Facebook I believe. Brought my car over and he did let me know ahead of time that because we're the dent was located, making it look 100% wouldn't be possible and I understood that, and he was still up to seeing what he could do to make it look better. When I came to pick up my car I was very pleased with the outcome. The part that couldn't be completely fixed because of where it was located is hardly noticeable now because 90% of the rest of the dent is gone so I would definitely bring my car back here again if need be.
