Once more we received honest and professional car repairs at Whitt Bros. There is nothing better than walking away feeling like you got great repair work at a reasonable price. Timely repair, very reasonable pricing, and honest suggestions. Will continue to use their services and recommend highly.

Easy to work with. Very thorough. Explanation of what the needed parts and work required was clear, concise and easy to understand. Promised completion day/time was on the money. Will do more business with them. I began using Whitt Bros in the mid-80s and remained a regular customer. When I bought a new car in 2016, I also purchased a Vehicle Service Plan. I found out (the hard way) that it wasn't for me. Visits to the dealer always resulted in "recommendations" calling for expensive work I didn't need. Now that that's over, I came back to WB for routine maintenance. I got right in, the work was completed in 2 hours, and it exceeded my expectations. Among other things, I asked for a 4-wheel alignment (as was noted on several of the dealer's Service Letters). Didn't need one. Saved a few hundred $$. With that said, WB found my battery to be on its last leg and they replaced it without being asked. I always rely on Whitt Brothers for good maintenance and repair at a reasonable price. They are friendly, professional and get the work done quickly - or, if they can't, they will tell you ahead of time, so you can choose another time to come in. Whitt Brother Garage has been servicing our vehicles for over 15 years. They have never disappointed us. The most recent service on the Lexus was no different. With almost 300,000 miles on the car, they offered us options. The work was completed as expected and the cost was exactly as we had agreed.

When my car finally died, I purchased a new car. It was under a warranty and that meant all care and up-keep was done by the dealership - so I had not been back to Whitt Brothers Garage for a couple of years. When the warranty was just about over, I had a problem that the dealership said was not under the warranty coverage. I was not sure I should do this repair, however my wife told me I should get a second opinion. I wanted an honest evaluation and remembered my years of trust with Phil Whitt and the Garage. So I called and made the appointment - man, it was like I had never left. Although, I did need the repair - I was so relieved to be back at Whitt Brothers. They did the repair for me and I still saved a couple of hundred dollars. It would be hard for me to leave Whitt Brothers ever again. Those guys are totally honest.

Another good experience at Whitt'sI purchased a used vehicle from a local car sales location about a year ago. Low milage good condition. I purchased a 3rd party waranty as I wanted to protect my investment. Fast forward a year. Driving the vehicle home a few nights ago it made noises. Took it to Whitt's the next day. After 20 years of servicing our family's vehicles Whitt's is our first stop. When I dropped it off I informed Mike of the car's problems and my 3rd party warranty. I left Mike the paperwork at his request. He called the next day. He told me what the issue was with my vehicle and told me it was not covered under the 3rd party warranty as he had called them so I didn't have to. He then informed me my Chey has a transferable warranty through Chevrolet and that if I took it there it would be fixed free of charge. I wasn't aware my vehicle had that. I did work in the industry for a time. Mostly as a tire changer and tech assistant. Long enough to know not all shops are this honest and helpful. Took it to Ron Westphal Chevrolet. Sure enough, all under warranty.Thanks again to Whitt's.

My truck was towed here, because someone recommend it. They charged for tow which was understandable, then they tacked on a $70 fee Just to inspect my truck to see what was wrong with it. They came to the conclusion that my truck needed to be junked. I removed my truck from this "mechanic" got a second opinion & they were able to fix it. I feel like they just wanted to profit off me. Watch out, get a 2nd opinion.

Great service, pretty fast turn around, and was at the estimated price, actually a little below. I had rear brake pads and rotors replaced on a VW. They also checked the status of the front brakes, and even replaced my license plate light since it was burned out.

A great place to do business. They are up-front and honest. I trust their work. Would recommend them to all my family and friends. The best service I have found for my vehicle. You don't find places like this anymore.

Whitt Bros to us is a neighborhood business and we made the mistake of going elsewhere when we moved into the area. The mechanics found what was going on with our Saturn while others were thinking we needed a new engine. We will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Whitt Bros. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Aurora area.
