I recently had ordered parts that were shipped to Valley Honda Parts Department. Ethan was the one to help me with the order when I arrived to pick them up. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend his expertise and friendly demeanor!

I always feel like the parts department does an excellent job fixing any issues I ve had in the past, such as when I lost my keys last year in the summer of 2023, or even most recently this past month when the end of my key fob broke off. Ethan S in the parts department got me a new key fob fixed in under a half hour. Friendly and trustworthy staff like him make the dealership worth visiting anytime I have any issues with the Civic.

Not all parts departments are created equally and the parts department at Valley Honda is a perfect example of this. Everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful and a joy to work with. That said, Ethan Schulz has been one of the most helpful and knowledgeable specialists that I've worked with. He has helped me find parts that I have otherwise given up on finding, seriously the man has worked miracles. Ethan has guided me through some of the biggest head scratches my motor swap project has thrown at me. It's clear that Ethan is an asset to Valley Honda, and I look forward to working with him as my project evolves.

Ethan S. in the parts department was a huge help getting replacement wiper inserts for my civic. Much smoother, faster experience then other Honda dealerships in the area. Definitely coming back.

Ethan Shultz in the parts department was a great help. I need to replace my transmission fluid and he was very thorough with making sure I had the right type and quantity. It was my first time at Valley Honda for parts and he made sure I had what I needed and gave me his card if I needed anything in the future!

I m so thankful for this parts department at Valley Honda! Jozlyn did everything she could to help me solve a part problem that no other Honda parts departments in the area could figure out! Thats why Valley has been my first choice since day one!

Jose Barrera was wonderful. I spoke with him a couple times about an accessory and he was very patient and explained everything. He is a great asset to your dealership.Great person need more of those kind of workers in society today

I went to Valley Honda today and one of the workers named Jose, was the absolute best with me. Very helpful, kind, and with a smile on his face. He made sure I was taken care of and was on top of everything with my car. Best service I ve ever had! Thank you!

Ethan Shultz is the go to guy if you have any questions on Honda parts. He was very helpful in getting me the parts I needed for my Honda Pilot and answering all my questions. Will definitely consult with him in the future on any Honda parts I may need.

Took delivery of my new CRV today and had the pleasure of meeting Ethan Schulz total rock star and a pleasure to work with; set me up with the all weather mats and some touch up paint. In this day and age when it is soooo hard to encounter passionate, guest centric employees Valley Honda should value and appreciate this true ambassador that they have in the parts dept.

The parts team here is top notch. They source hard to find parts that are both OEM and aftermarket (if OEM is discontinued). Very knowledgeable about the layout on any Honda and they get parts deliveries in by next day. I worked most recently with Jose Barrera, who has been extremely professional and attentive!

I replaced a tire sensor on my own and just needed to have the sensor programmed, which consists of them holding their machine over the sensor on the wheel for about 5 seconds... this place tried to hustle me for $160. I went to a shop by my house and within 30 seconds it was done. This is why they call these places STEALERSHIPS. Avoid!!!
