We ve been coming here for years. Recently we thought an alternator was bad, Firestone had quoted us thousands of dollars to fix it (since it was so close to us). We brought it to Jose, and they found it was only a fuse that went bad and replaced it. Best auto works around for sure.

I had a short in my wiring. They took my truck right into their shop. It was hard to find the short, but they stayed on the job until they found the problem. As it turned out, the short was my fault because I screwed a step into a wiring harness. They did not make me feel bad about it. They were VERY reasonable in the charge. I would recommend anyone to use this company. Very friendly staff and knew what they were doing. I will always use this shop for my truck. I have complete confidence in this company.Service: Electrical

I took my car to this shop for new brakes, they were informative and so kind, especially when I had to run back to my house to get my other card! (Embarrassing) Super sweet, swift and hardworking! Everything works great! 10/10 would recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Ask this company to check my truck out and the top guy kept insisting I need a wire harness . Well took it to another shop where it was just fuel filter clogged! Wire harness was $1300. Like come on that would have been a expensive misdiagnosed mistake. I do not recommend

I had Universal Diesel Works do head gaskets and a mess of other repairs/ maintenance on my 2006 6.0 F250. These mechanics did an amazing job of doing the repairs the correct way and did not cut any corners. These are very professional and experienced technicians who know exactly what they re doing, especially when it comes to powerstroke diesels. They answered any questions I had, welcomed me into the shop to show me and explain why they were replacing certain parts etc. and did the repairs in a timely fashion, and returned the truck cleaner than when I bought it! For the amount of work this shop did I was charged a very fair price, and it was very apparent they went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. This was my first experience with this shop and it will NOT be my last. If you own a powerstroke diesel, or any diesel, and are in need of repair, you owe it to yourself to check out this shop. Nothing but impressed and happy! Huge thank you to the team at universal diesel works for reviving my once worn out 2006 6.0, I cannot thank y all enough.

My vehicle arrived on a Wednesday to have the cab roof light replaced. This shop is completely unprofessional. Before I even brung my vehicle there I was told the light was in stock and they could replace it no problem. Scheduled an appointment to have it brung in. They still have my vehicle as of today July 5th and no light has been replaced. The guy keeps saying you can come get it! I have been expecting for the work to get done. I was told I would be called on several occasions. No phone calls. Then when I tried to pick my vehicle up! No keys were left. I was told the guy with my keys went home. A lot of games have been played. I seriously wouldn t recommend taking your vehicle here. People have lives to live and income to make. We expect for the work to get done. I keep getting the run around. Oh today the light should come but I don t know. I mean you told me you had the light in stock! Google states there hours which isn t accurate either. They didn t answer the phone on Saturday not one time! It has been an absolute headache! Yes I also clicked air conditioning because that was supposed to get done as well! This shop is a joke!Service: Air conditioning

We can t say enough about how great their service is.The guys in the shop are very helpful. They don t over sell and their quick to finish maintenance and repairs. We dropped a truck off this morning and received a call within a couple hours that it was ready to go. I have a 2015 freightliner cascadia, they replaced my carrier bearing and pinion seal. They did good work quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll be back when the next thing breaks on my truck.

We ve taken at least 10 different heavy duty and light duty vehicles with various types of issues from diesel head gasket to diagnostics related issues that dealer couldn t find. I DONT RECOMMEND this so called mechanic shop they dont keep good contact with customers and dont talk to you about whats happening with your vehicle and used my full tank of gas to drive back and forth to a transmission shop a whole different building that i dropped the car off at that was supposedly fixing the car and when i got my car back a whole month later after i needed it multiple times and they ve promised my car would be done and never was i pick my car up and there was still problems with the car so ive had to leave it with them back again 3x after they said my car was good to go. g

This company is very unprofessional I've called several times for estimates they never return calls. This company is more geared towards diesel truck repair and not for the average customer with a car or SUV.

This shop charged my mother alot of money to do a diagnostic test. Something that other shops do for free. They quoted her one price and then when she got there it was even $20 more than the quote. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

Lived upstairs there when Meyer Material owned the property. Rented there for 15 years. Live bands occasionally in the warehouse. Nice to see they still have the porch covering I built.

Not very reliable had tractor their for 5 days before they even started working on it instead of being honest and saying they were over booked finally when it was fixed less then a week later same issue I took it for started again so I honestly feel they didn't do anything took my tractor somewhere else after that

This plcece socks I took my truck into this place to change the radiator that was the only problem with the truck I don't know what kind of professional mechanics are this if you can call them professionals they changed like professionals but they do a poor poor job I won't recommend this place to my worst enemy from 1 to 10 rhis place is a 4 next time I rather do the job myself then to take it to these guys they charge $100 an hour and they take their time to do a little stuff to all the truck drivers out there or owner operators I recommend you to think twice before going to this place
