They did a great job in very fast & professional manner. It took only 2.5 hours for them to install my cap and I am not sure why many Century T Class Truck Cap reviews show negative, but my cap looks extremely well on 2019 Ford F250 extended cab. Also, the gap between bed and cap is maybe +/- 0.25 inch and it doesn't look bad at all.

We went to Toys for Trucks and ordered a Lear cap for our Dodge Ram 1500. We dealt with Eduardo who was extremely helpful. The cap came in in less than 2 weeks, the day before my husband was leaving to go deer hunting. Eduardo was able to juggle their schedule to get the cap installed so my husband could leave with the cap on the truck the same day. We are having some paint work done on the truck in a couple of weeks and we figured we would not have the cap until after the paint work was done. Eduardo said he would take the cap off for us and store it while the paint work is done. This was a really great experience and Eduardo could not have been more helpful. And he has a really cute dog! Thanks for everything.

Excellent customer service all around! Don helped me pick out the right truck bed cover for my needs, they had it ready to install within a few days, and it was installed in 45 minutes. Love buying American-made products, and my BAK bed cover is incredibly easy to use. I've installed my own covers in the past -- I would go back to Tri-County in a heartbeat for all of the time and effort that they saved me. Thank you!!

Brought both my hotrods here for work. They did a 4 inch drop on my 68 c10 (Belltech kit, ordered through Toys for trucks)They did a full MSD ignition (digital 6al box, distributor and coil) on my 84, as well as new shocks.Ask for Lalo!Side note, not a lot of shops around doing drops, these guys can! (Or a lift)

Very knowledgeable, friendly, competitive pricing. I got a free truck cap for my Silverado and was looking to fix up parts that were missing or on their last legs. The gentleman behind the counter came out and was able to fix the rear window pistons for me and gave lots of information that I would have had no way of getting online about the cap. I will definitely be going back for any truck bed cover needs in the future.

Excellent and prompt service. Very few places near me that deal with truck caps, and so was great to find. Manager friendly. Mechanic did a great job on the installation and went over everything afterwards with me. Highly recommended. Will use them again for other services.

Great experience. I had been researching tonneau covers on the internet but was unsure if a folding or rolling tonneau cover was the way to go. The store had miniature models of many different styles to tryout and touch. Ended up choosing a folding cover per hands on and listening to the nice gentlemen who worked at the store. Looks great installed. Great price and I know if I have questions or concerns that I am welcomed back to the store so that they may be addressed. Would recommend this store to friends & family

I was treated the way people feel that they should be treated. I had quite a few questions and didn't intend to buy a top this day. The installer was the only person at the shop this pre-Thanksgiving day. He went out of his way to explain things-so when I asked "how much for what I want" the amount was 10% below my pre-visit estimate. The installation went smoothly and I am please with my ride.

Great place to do business for Truck Caps and accessories. Don and Jim do their best to make their customers happy, they're both pleasant and professional. Just bought my 4 th cap and bed rug ,,,,from their Aurora branch.I would highly recommend them to any serious buyer

Nice, job, on the Leer cap, wish there was a way to use the rearview mirror camera with the cap, but I'm still looking for a work around. The bed sled is going to take some getting used too, a bit harder to pull out and push in, but I'm sure I will I get used to it. Great job on the install, it was ready before you promised and all looks good.

His total of 8 other reviews are all lies.Family, friends, and other employees. That s it.These people, especially at the Aurora store are liars and completely dishonest. We made the mistake of telling them we were moving 2200 miles away during conversation. So they knew we could not bring the cap back etc.We got stuck with a leaking, badly fitted cap that has gaping holes that allow rain, car wash, etc. into. We tried to get DON to do the right thing, which would allow century to take back the cap, and we would get one that was actually made for our truck, but he declined. We stopped payment, but apparently these crooks know exactly how this works. In order to win against them, you MUST get a written second opinion, setting anyone who does that up for a possible involvement in litigation should this go to court. Obviously unable to get someone to lay their neck on the chopping block, we are out over $2000, and have a cap that was made for another type of truck and doesn t fit.We have two years to sue, and did learn that since the final decision was made since our move...we can bring them to court in Washington state. If they fail to appear, we win by default. So they can start preparing for that, as it is NOT over.
