Long story short. Everyone knows the "used car sales man" term and I hated being in the position to have to go a car lot. My friend Chris at clean pest control told me go there and I was hesitant to say the least. But those guys really surprised me Daniel, Eddie, Rudy are great dudes and they will take care of you. Had a issue with my Tacoma and they completely went above and beyond with making everything smooth. I highly recommend the car store and every time I need a vehicle that's where I'll be.

From start to finish it was just seamless. I looked at a lot of vehicles online and The Car Store prices were unbeatable. The staff was friendly. Just a good experience as far as car buying goes.

RJ and Daniel were both amazing to work with! As a first time car buyer, they helped make the experience as low-stress as possible! There was never any pressure to make a purchase that I didn't want to, and we enjoyed fun conversations while getting through paperwork. Ended up driving home with a car I'm happy with!! Highly recommend to anyone in the market!!

I bought a work van from them a little over month ago, we test drove it and then drove it home, thought is was running great, only has 32,000 miles on it. Then we tried to put gas in it and we couldn't, ended up having to put a new fuel pump in it. Then after a week of driving it, we had to put an alternator on it. Now it has been in the shop for the past two week, because something is wrong with either the transmission or one of the modules. GM is trying to figure it out, because the code are not registering. For some reason it doesn't go into gear properly. This has been just a nightmare. They sold us a lemon for a high price. We have only been able to drive this car a total of about 1 week, otherwise it has been in the shop getting expensive repairs. Beware when buying from here, I feel like we were scammed.

Went to check out a truck, loved how it ran and how the business operated there. Danny was super laid back and told me all the benefits to the vehicle. Needless to say I left the lot with a new car. Danny was very knowledgeable about USAA/Navy Federal bank loan procedures and remained on the phone with my bank to ensure everything went through without any hiccups. Danny was the only sales manager there during the time of my purchase but somehow was able to assist 2 customers at one. This is a no haggle car lot, which wasn t a problem because all the cars were very reasonably priced. Danny s customer service was second to none, I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism, product knowledge, and being military/veteran friendly.

Excellent service! My salesman knew everything that I needed to know about the truck that I purchased. Great lessons on how to use it! Great advice as well. It was a pleasure buying a car from them!

I want to say thank you. Even though we didn't purchase a vehicle today, we were treated with respect! We never felt pressure to buy. They were awesome. I will shop here again when the time is right

I am not a huge fan of the car buying process, but I had a great experience working with Danny. He wasn't pressuring us to buy and we got a very fair price for my trade in. Danny took the time to get me the right financing that we could be happy with.

I've been to many dealerships. We went to look at a car, they were very nice & after we drove it, they showed us a Carfax.... If you're looking to try to negotiate and pay a lower price for a car, do not come here... As soon as we got talking business, & price, the attitude changed & we were were told "So you're shopping for the most expensive car for the cheapest deal? Even proceeded to say after we were walking out, "I'm not getting up to chase you guys" Really? That's not the kind of person/ business I want when giving my money to.

The car store has the best staff. Everyone there is really friendly. Rj was really helpful in answering any questions I had. What I really liked about them is they let you take your time to look at cars on the lot without pressuring you and let you test drive before talking about credit and financing. Their cars also seem to be really reliable. If you re looking for a new car I would recommend checking out the car store.

STAY AWAY. Not matter how desperate you are to buy a car never ever go here. Your car will die in a few months. And they have crazy interest rates, they should be in prison.

For me, this was a unique truck buying experience. Because of previous negative experiences with car salesmen and used car dealers, I have avoided used car lots when I needed a used vehicle. However, The Car Store, has worked hard to create a reputation based on transparency, no haggle fair pricing and integrity. RJ was a great salesmen to work with. He was helpful but not pushy and I drove away in a solid 2017 F150. Daniel, the sales manager, personally contacted me to overcome an issue that I had with my truck and made sure that the issue was fully resolved. Check them out if you need a good used truck or car.

Daniel and his Team at the Car Store were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I drove up from out of town, the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go and the paperwork had been started. Can't ask for better service to get in and out and be on my way home. Would recommend to everyone!

FANTASTIC customer service - Danny and RJ went above and beyond for me, even as a last minute new customer. I called Danny around noon - made an appointment to test drive at 4pm. Sent over my financing information - Arrived at 4, the vehicle was ready - I drove it - signed and drove off by 5:15pm. Best car buying experience I have ever had - their level of service, transparency, and laid back approach made it very easy to buy, and will return!

Just bought a used vehicle from this dealership and it was the best car buying experience I have had yet. Daniel is very personable, honest and not pushy like other car salesmen. Absolutely would recommend buying a car from this dealership! Great customer service!

I ve bought my first van from the car store and bought my sons car from the car store which was a Chevy Cruze sometime ago and had no problem with this car he still owns and drives, brought my youngest son here a couple weeks ago and got his first car here a Chevy Malibu had a minor problem with it, told Daniel and he got on it and fixed right away the same day I brought it in. This is a good place to buy cars, Daniel will work hard to get you an affordable loan for the vehicle you choose. This place is the first stop I go when looking to buy a car. Daniele and his team were fantastic! Extremely friendly personable. I drove 2 hours to buy a Ram truck from them. The wheel alignment was off(used vehicle) which they promptly fixed. I have waited 3 years to post this. I bought a 2018 silverado from them in 2019 and have had NO problems with it. When I got to the dealership I explained I was in a time crunch and they made it happen in the time frame I had. I will recommend this place to everyone that asks me where the best place to buy a car is.

My experience with The Car Store was great on every level. They were very responsive from the time of my first call. Daniel was very knowledgeable and easy going. Everyone was very polite right down to the person answering the phone. By the time of my second call the gal already knew my name before even telling her. Even when one small issue came up Daniel handled it very professionally with a great outcome.

The best car buying experience I have had to date. Daniel was easy going and made the sale as painless as possible. There was no pressure to buy the car or any other additional warranties or hidden fees. I'd recommend taking a look if you're on the market for a vehicle.

Couldn't make a deal here, but the staff was nice, not pushy. Honest about what was available and didn't try to push me into a vehicle that just didn't match all my wants in my price range. They really want you to be 100% sure and satisfied with your purchase. Don't hesitate to come here!

We went into The Car Store with a little bit of a hesitation, (after having a pretty negative experience at a different dealership, we put off our car buying for a few months). After leaving The Car Store, we were SO glad we decided to go in! The whole experience was such a positive one that we will definitely be back to purchase our next car!! We never felt pushed, or pressured, or felt as if we were being "sold" which is very rare when you go into any dealership. We asked to see inside quite a few different cars, and not once did we feel we were being bothersome. Daniel was awesome and very personable, which was refreshing. We got an awesome deal, and an even better car (for having very little credit established) and he even helped us find a cheaper car insurance plan than the one that we were using!! We are definitely spreading the word to everyone we know to check out The Car Store for their next purchase!

An amazing place to do business. The sales people were top notch, not overbearing and very informative. I never felt pushed and it was very relaxed in every aspect. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership
