Great service and value! Brought my vehicle in to have the trans fluid changed on my Chevy silverado with 100k miles. They went ahead and tested the fluid first and said that it really didn't to be changed but they found that one of the lines to the trans oil cooler had a leak. I had them replace both lines to the oil cooler, change the trans fluid and also change the rear differential grease. I was impressed with their service and it was done at a very reasonable price. Frank and his team are dedicated and stand by their work. I had a transmission replaced with a part straight from the GM that ended up failing 6 months later. Frank went out of his way to get the replacement part covered by GM. His staff have kept me informed during the whole process and were very apologetic for the issue. Would definitely go back here as Frank stands by his work.

Frank will take care of you. He and his team impressed me with their knowledge and expertise, friendly explanation and a clearly-described, fair assessment. His advice to gently drive the aged transmission on my rusty $3000-value van to its eventual demise in a year or two, rather than a replacement, was a great relief. Thanks Frank!

We had a great experience with Superior Transmission in Aurora. Our SUV was leaking oil and our mechanic said the vehicle needed a new rear main seal. This is a major repair that many shops can't do. To replace the seal either the engine or transmission has to be completely removed from the vehicle. Superior was competitive on price and did great work. Frank is very knowledgeable and very fair. We'll return!

At first, Frank was all nice. I had couple issues with my vehicle I brought it in, and they diagnose one problem after another. The major one was a transmission rebuild. They took 2 weeks for the first time and then I experience yet again, transmission problems and this time it took 3 weeks for them to complete it. They treated me like I didn't know. every time they diagnosed with their computer; it didn't read what the other mechanic diagnosed. I told Frank, that they needed to fix the transmission because I can feel that it was not right. He refused to fix it because he didn't feel that it was the issue. will a week later the transmission light turn on and I couldn't drive it? Thank God, it was still on warranty. Anyway, I do not feel that they are competent and reliable.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Auto A/C replacement, Transmission repair, Auto windshield replacement, Wiper blade installation

HIGHLY Recommended. My daughter's car broke down on the interstate and we had it towed to the dealer. After hearing the outrageous charges, we contacted Frank at Superior and explained the issue. Frank sent a wrecker to pick up the car and had it repaired immediately for less than 1/2 the dealer cost. Frank kept me up to date and clearly explained what they planned to do and how much it would cost. Very professional!! Don't hesitate to bring your car to Frank at Superior.

I was just recently given the run around and quoted unbelievable amounts of money to have some diagnostic testing done on my vehicles computer and transmission by several other shops. Frank and the guys over at Superior Transmission took care of me immediately and when all was said and done I was told I owed NOTHING. These guys are hands down he most honest, professional and all around best shop I ve been to. I ll be sending my vehicles and family vehicles to them for as long as they are around!

When we moved to Aurora, I was afraid we wouldn't find a mechanic as good as the one we had in our old neighborhood. But then we found Superior Transmission, which is even better. Frank is an honest guy, and his mechanics do great work for great prices.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

No exaggerating. These guys know their stuff. They have rebuilt 3 commercial transmissions for us on one ton trucks. The highest mileage example currently has 230,000 miles since rebuild and still operates flawlessly. They are also very reasonably priced. Can't understand how they do it.

Brian and the guys at superior transmission in Aurora are amazing! I had an issue with my diesel truck and they rebuilt my trans in house faster and more affordable than anyone I know. At the same time my wife's van had a major trans leak. We hauled it to superior on a Saturday and they were just locking up, but Brian knew I needed my car. "No problem" he says...opens back up and himself and another guy stay an hour late on a Saturday. And had me back on the road. I asked what does that cost? Brian's reply.."Don't worry about it". These guys are phenomenal!!

I stopped into Superior transmission, because I had big problem with my transmission,I had a different company take look it ,and not only I think the price was ridiculous I don't think they knew what was going on with my car. Frank at Superior after he explained in details about the problem I had they fix the car in very little time,this guys are professionals they are very friendly and definitely I would send all my friends and family to this shop for any ripe of repair Thank you guys!
