The place is very good and fast, the only problem is that you have to be careful because they don't change the filter when they do the oil change. There are 2 times that I notice and I decided not to return. Be careful

BEWARE, this place is a scam. They will mess your car up and go on about their lives. This company doesn't deserve any stars. Customer Service is horrible. I went there a year ago for an oil change. Mechanic forgot to plug my oil the next day on my way to work my motor locked up. When I made it home, the driveway was full of oil. Was told by Anthony the manager that Rick, the owner, would go half with me to fix my motor. I have been without a car for a year. If anyone knows who owns the building, please comment back.

The his review is for my brother! He went to this location for oil change gets down the street and noticed smoking from his hood and they forgot to put his cap on his motor and antifreeze. He goes back they inform him they don t have them and maybe he came with out caps on!! They continued to yell and tell him to leave that they have other customers and to come back in the morning. Another manager came out very loud and cursing telling him to get out or they will call cops! My brother told them to call them he is a paying customer! So when the police get there they told the owner to calm down and magically the caps appeared and were put on his car. This could have ended up so bad! I m telling everyone I know don t got to this place bad business!!Service: Oil change

Just moved from Elgin to Montgomery a few weeks ago. I was referred to Super Lube by a Friend who is a customer there. Awesome experience! Very professional, prompt, honest service. Price for my oil change was perfect. I always opt for Synthetic oil, which can be pricey, but no complaints from me.. Super Lube doesn't rip you off, like other places.. I didn't even have to exit my vehicle, which was pretty cool. They had me in and out of there so fast. I highly recommend this establishment.

I would have rated a zero if I could for the simple fact that they didn't add all the oil they were supposed to and they almost messed up my car. I feel like just because I'm a woman I was taking advantage of thinking I wouldn't look under the hood at the oil, I'm not going back lesson learned

Super lube is small neighborhood family owned business. It has been opened and operated by the same owner for over 15 years. They are honest and keep their word. I HAVE been a customer there for many years. There hS never EVER BEEN ANY PRICE GOUGING OR MIS LEADING. THE OWNER RICH. GUARANTEES HIS WORK AND HIS EMPLOYEES WORK. SENIORS HEADS UP!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC THAT WILL GIVE YOU A VERY FAIR PRICE TO HAVE ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS TAKEN CARE OF WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK GO TO SUPER LUBE. HE ,DUSTIN AND ALL THE GUYS THAT WORK WITH THEM ARD THEIR TO HELP. P.S. THE BEST REWARDS YOU CAN GIVE THEM IS TO DO WHt I am doing, just spreading the word that there still is a fair and honest guy in town. Oh yeah, and plus they really enjoy home cooking surprises. Very nice and helpful when I really needed it. My tire was low on air and my light on the instrument panel was on. It was very cold and I had not gotten any service there but the man helped me anyway. I feel bad that I did not get his name. I hope that this review helps him as he went out of his way to check all of my lights etc. Kudos and 5 stars to you my friend. I will be there for service when needed and I will make sure I get his name this time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Oil changes are good & fast. Other repairs on cars aren't. I recently had to go get a part next door at O Rileys that i was waiting on from them to get delivered for two days!! After i picked my car up i noticed that the top of my door lock was broken off. The repair guy immediately said he didn't do it. He offered to fix it after he saw the look on my face, but he wanted me to buy the piece. The customer service that i experienced the last two times on my car was TERRIBLE. I'd rather pay more somewhere else if the customer service is better. Needless to say I won't be going back!! NOT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE!

I was in a panic, on my way to work and my car started to shake and shimmy. Pulled into Super Lube and Jason and his staff immediate assisted with trying to figure out the problem. Very honest, and professional and priced fairly. I am definately recommending this shop to my friends and family. Thank you Jason and staff for your honesty, hard work and dedication on getting the problem solved. Way to go.

I went 3 times to try and get an oil change here. It was 25 minutes till closing time but they said they were already closed. Most likely because it was super bowl Sunday so I was understanding. I went the following morning and I was told they were out of oil. They were waiting for oil to be delivered. I was told to return later on that day. I returned later on that day around 5:30 and they told me they wouldn't have oil until the following morning. How can you run an oil business and have no oil for a whole day. I wasted a lot of time and gas going back and forth. That's why they say you get what you pay for. Sometimes it's better to spend a little extra money to get the job done right.

I went in on Saturday to get an oil change. Now, the sign out front says "oil change $19.99". I pulled around back and 3 or 4 guys were standing around inside, I said I wanted a basic oil change. The guy quoted me $64.99 and could give me a $10 coupon, and says my car needs synthetic oil. 1. No it does not. 2. They were trying to rip me off. I will never ever go back again.

Very friendly staff. Service was fast..bout 10 mins for an oil change. They didn't have my wiper blade but found one for me at auto zone next door and put it on. Will definitely be going back

Stay away from this location went for oil change and they messed up my car now I have to pay $180.00 and they are soo rude so if you can go somewhere else

Dont normally review things, or go to quick lubes, but i felt this place needed another opinion.I got the high mileage OC and a manual trans service, gear lube not syn. priced to about $90. not bad.Service was quick, i had my daughter with me so i wasnt hoping to stick around too long. In and out in good time.Techs were quick and informative. I was low on trans fluid (which i saw with my own eyes, since i was basically staring at him since they raised the car) and the technician informed me anyway.i was satisfied with their service.

These guys r fake mechanics.went for an oil filter leak and left with an oil filter leak bcuz they dont listen 2 there customers. I told them wat the problem was and they insisted that it wasn't the filter its a main seal problem lol. 2 make it worst these goofys didnt put my oil cap back on.everybody there need to b drug tested.went next door 2 meineke they got me a new oil filter prolem solved.shout out 2 mieneke staff they A1.

Don't let these gorillas work on your car. They give you the sales pitch on things you don't need. i.e. told me my air filter was filthy. I had only just recently replaced it. Check engine light came on during my morning commute today. Pulled over, popped the hood only to find that the chucklehead never placed the cover back on the air filter housing let alone snap the clamps back on it. Good thing I checked. I SHOULD KNOW BY NOW...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

In February 2014 had a chirping sound under my hood. Took my car to these guys, tech diagnosed it as the tensor pulley. He said he could see it wobbling. I OK'd the repair. Returned the next Saturday for the repair, tech says he doesn't see the wobbling but the bad news is that the alternator is bad. I had the alternator replaced for $475, after which I found out that a bad alternator does not chirp like birds caught under a hood. I sought legal counsel, but there was nothing I could do. This all happened in Feb. 2014 It is now July 5th 2014 and I still have the chirping sound under my hood. When it rains the sound is terrible. I am a single mom, my husband passed away three years ago. I know they took advantage of me because, I knew nothing about cars. I have learned my lesson. I will always do my research, get a second opinion and I will never go back to these guys even if they paid me. Also, they had two BBB complaints filed against them just in the summer of 2013. For a business this size this is a warning flag.

The only place I go. I moved out of Aurora , and still drive back there for my oil change. I didn't move to far, but there is many places closer to me but I still prefer this place
