My Jeep wouldn't start. I called my insurance for roadside assistance and Pablo came out within about 20 minutes. I went to get another truck and that one had a flat tire.I called back to see if I get Pablo to come back and help me swap the tires. I waited about an hour or so and he came back and by hand and with the tool he took off all the bolts from the the wheel and replaced with spare.In my book that is the best service he was professional and friendly he got the bill ready. What great service!!!Pablo you rock!

SCR towing helped me get out of a bind on New Years day when others were closed because of untrustworthy mechanics. I had to get my car out of Firestone because they damaged my car and it was undrivable. I didn't want to leave my car with people I can't trust, and these guys got me out of a tough spot. I recommend SCR towing if you need something towed in the Tri-City area or around the Chicago area. Great customer service and reliability.

I am so SO impressed with this company's response to my needs. My car broke down at 1030pm, and within 15 minutes of receiving the confirmation for my roadside request, Matt was there. He hooked my car up and brought it to my house and he was quicker than the timeframe he gave, which I was appreciative for. It was an extremely cold and cloudy night and I was on a dark road. I'm so appreciative of the promptness and kindness that Matt had when he was taking care of me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You guys definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Matt provided prompt and friendly service! He was at our home within 15 minutes of us calling our road side assistance program. He went above and beyond by dropping the car keys/note that we had left for the dealership in the drop box so we didn t have to drive there and back ourselves. Fantastic service! Thank you, Matt!

Do not use this company! SCR was selected for us by our insurance company. The technician needed our help pushing the vehicle out of its parking spot and while he was in the process of steering the vehicle the open door was backed in to a rock which we had discussed causing over $3k in damage. We were told we needed to speak with the owner to resolve the issue but he refused to return our multiple phone calls and we eventually had to turn the claim in to our insurance company. Horrible experience all around!

So thankful for SCR Towing. They arrived within the hour. B was curteous and friendly. I m glad to have the spare put on, so I can get my kids to school tomorrow morning and run to the tire store.

Yeah. Called progressive and they set up roadside and said it d be 90 mins. 55 minutes later SCR cancelled and didn t even call me, even tho they had my number. They contacted progressive and progressive then contacted me saying the cancelled and they didn t give or have a reason. I called them myself since I received their info along with the eta through text from progressive an hour before. I called and asked why they cancelled and continually got ignored. He kept asking if I ve called my provider. He finally answered after asking multiple times why it was cancelled and all he has to say was he never got the info on what kind of vehicle it was and they didn t have anyone available for a tow. I said, so you guys aren t 24/7? He was like we are......

Very poor...I had my car in their Lott for less than 24hrs but the guy still charged me 220$ to get my car out. It was super scratched up since I seen how they keep the cars packed like tunna. So Don't get your car towed here!

Bibiano was very helpful and friendly. He came to my help quickly and was very professional and clearly experienced in pulling a stuck car out! I am very grateful for his assistance and prompt help!

I had BiBi, suppose to be a tire change but it ended up being a tow... we had about 30 miles and he endured all my chattering with a smile! Thanks ! That way a bad situation didn t get worst.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Great service despite the circumstances. Car broke down and the guy came out to grab the keys before going to do a previous job. Even gave me a ride home. Made the car breakdown palpable.

Worsting towing company! My insurance set me up with these idiots to just cancel, because they couldn t tow my car to good year or discount tires because apparently they don t do that. I would never recommend this company for towing because obviously they don t do that. What a joke this company needs to be shut down.
