This guy was great! Pulled in to see if I could get a free estimate and he immediately put her on the rack, pointed out to me exactly what needed done, quoted me a price (I haggled for $10) he shook my hand and got to work.20 minutes later, after another hand shake and smile i was on the road nice and quiet. You just rarely see business like that any more. I appreciated it.

Pulled my overheated car to Angel's shop and he immediately diagnosed the problem and instead of taking advantage of my situation he gave me a very fair price to fix. I've since taken my car there and each time I receive fair prices and super friendly service. Highly recommend.

Great job installing a cat back on my car. The kit I brought didn't fit my car, but they made it work and sealed it up with some of the nicest looking welds I've seen. Priced great and quality work.

Really impressed with Santis Mufflers the girl at the counter was friendly I had an estimate within minutes and the price was great! the job came with a 3 month warranty as well and only took about 30 minutes. thank You! my car is so quiet now i'm really happy.

Santis Mufflers did an excellent job on my car, 2014 Chevrolet Impala LTZ, he is always friendly & courteous. He even showed me what the price was for the part he had to order (catalytic converter). I would definitely recommend Santis Mufflers, you won't be disappointed.

I own a Toyota Camry and a Chevy Equinox. A while ago I brought my Toyota to Santis because of a loud noise. I thought the worst and didn't know what else to do. The guy treated me so fair and kind and did my exhaust job in no time. $400 for a muffler is the biggest joke in this world. It maybe costs $100. Labor is 30 minutes get outta town

Angel, Santillan the owner of this location and Santis Pizza on 733 Aurora Ave., Aurora, provided the worst service ever. I took my car for repair and paid his shop $900 for repairs. The day of repairs being complete he didn't give a receipt because his printer was down. I came back two different occasions and he kept trying to avoid to give a receipt. The third time he I visited his shop he gave receipt, except it was a list of parts replaced and no price break down. He also said he didn't charge me tax but receipts shows 8.25 % tax, and that's the only one price besides on the bottom of the receipt showing a total of $900 on the receipt.A few days later my car broke down again and I took it to another two shops and the two shops came back with the same results, that all the repairs done by Angel shop was NOT fixed properly and that the parts were used to repair my car.After that I called and stopped by multiple times to his shop and he kept telling me to come back or call back since his busy. Today I had my friend call him and he answered and he came to my car location and instead of trying to resolve the issue with my car and receipt, he said the car was repaired and to do what ever I wanted and that he didn't care.Just a recap-Angel Santillan uses used parts to repair carsAngel receipts doesn't show prices for parts and laborMy car broke down after being repaired at Angel shopOverall, DO NOT GO TO ANGEL SANTILLAN SHOP FOR REPAIRS.

TERRIBLE service!!!! I do not recommend this place at all. This place takes on jobs that they don t have the correct tools to perform the work.Bad customer service, the owners son and another employee arguing back and forth because no one there wanted to be responsible for the damage that was done by their neglect and not being knowledgeable on what they were doing.

They have no idea what customer service is guy who was there doesn t even speak english over priced worse experience ever waiting area doesn t have heat we freezes there for two hours i don t understand how a business like this still in business i wish i can give them 0 star if they are the last muffler shop in the world i will not go there horrible people
