Coordinated with a sales rep for over a week. Gave them a 3-4 day notice when I would come test drive a specific vehicle I was interested in. 20 minutes left of the 2 hour drive to the dealer they call and say they loaned out the car after they knew for 3-4 days I was coming for a scheduled appointment. Very disappointed with lack of professionalism.

got my car in 2021- there s has been nothing wrong since. i always am so satisfied with the service department whenever i come in! they make sure to do everything to make sure my car is safe. (i know nothing about cars) although i do knock one star because last time i was waiting- i could hear workers in the sales department screaming and yelling at one another- swearing at each other & that s not very professional. at least close the door.

I've purchased 3 of my last 4 vehicles here. Bian is ALWAYS great to work with. I also use ther service center. Great help and great people to work with!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been taking my vehicle for oil changes since we bought the car in 2017. When I went to do the oil change this year they left the oil cap off and all the oil spilled all over my engine. I took it in and the only thing they did it was another oil change after that oil change my engine light turned on and now I have to pay for the damage they did caused to my car. Good thing I had the protection warranty but still have to pay for another oil change which I just paid for one 2 weeks ago. I m so frustrated because they won t take responsibility for what they did. The only thing they said is I m sorry .Service: Oil change

Brought a car in for a warranty repair with proof and pictures from my mechanic that they denied and they texted me once about additional work that was needed. I called back asking for Nate and they said he was unavailable and would have to call back. Did not receive a single call for a week. Warranty work was not done as they could not prove it there after they rejected the proof and pictures from my normal trusted mechanic. Instead they wanted me to do over 3000 dollars of work. Some of the work may have needed to be done but they refused to do the warranty work on it because they couldn t make a quick buck. If I could rate them zero stars I would as this is the second horrible experience I ve had with them over the years.

Property is on a lot too small for a car dealership. Difficult to find customer parking. Staff standing around inside.Sales person was engaging. However, procedures were not in place for proper communications within the organization. Told them I wanted to put down cash to hold vehicle for two days Salesperson told me a credit card was needed then didn't return promptly with my card. Instead eventually had me sit down with financial person who handed me my card AND paperwork, and told me to sign.It was a switch and bait! I was signing purchasing and loan papers when I didn't want to, nor did I have time to do that on that particular day. I was not asked how many payments I wanted to make but was slotted into a plan lasting many more years than the vehicle would.When I went back to pick it up there were more problems with requested accessories. And, it took almost a week to get a receipt for the initial deposit, which I'm still not sure why I had to make.In addition, sales person was whiny about not making enough money. YIKES!! Not somewhere I would recommend to anyone.

My first visit I waited 2 hours for the oil change which was required to be done there because of a problem with the pistons. Wrote a review and they apologize and say they ll do better. Ended up having to bring it there for the piston repair. I get a call from an a hole getting loud with me saying he s been calling and calling and left several voicemails. Only I received plenty of calls in that time period and no voicemails. I dropped it off Tuesday and it was a 3 day job that they finished this morning. So why the calls before? I think he must have got me mixed up with someone else but my only 2 encounters with these clowns were bad one s. Next time I m forced to go to a dealership I ll just drive to Naperville instead.

I had an issue with my truck and was told in confidence... twice... that it was covered under my warranty... so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the next Monday first thing in the morning... after I dropped my vehicle off and was already back at home I received a phone call from a different employee telling me that it was not covered... also spoke to the manager about what was going on ...he didn't have much to say... not even very apologetic... i told them to go ahead and fix the vehicle since they already had it torn apart a bit... later in the morning i was called telling me the truck was done...which it was done right but when I got there to pick up the vehicle NOBODY said a word to me besides the lady at the counter that I had to pay almost $600.00... you would at least think the manager could have greeted me or acknowledged that i was there ... NOTHING was done to make me want to work with them again or recommend these guys for anything... very disappointed...

Shop mechanics recommended that I should bring truck in for oil changes based on my engine's run time and not the mileage I put in. I work out of my truck and I run the engine in idle for hours everyday.
