Have been a customer of Riverfront for 35 years. They are simply outstanding to work with. Staff is extremely personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Dave, Corey, John and Vinnie made car buying/leasing about as enjoyable an experience as it can possibly be. I never feel pressured into making a decision. The service department is excellent. Albeit our salesman, John, owes us money (apparently) the experience was of the highest quality. Thanks to Mike from service as well who had the car looking brand new. We will definitely do business we these guys again, and recommend to friends and family.

The person scheduling me was very professional and friendly. Like every other dealership, they are booked out a few weeks, no biggie.Didn't feel great about my experience. At some point windshield washer fluid ended up in my coolant overfill bottle. I can't prove that their LOF tech made that mistake, nor do I think it's a huge deal...however 1 of 2 things is true, either they filled it up with windshield washer fluid, or their multi point inspection isn't as detailed as it should be because the dipstick in my coolant jug is/was bright blue which should be a red flag to anyone who has basic knowledge about engine systems.I was relatively reserved about letting them know my background in the automotive industry. Their responses were pretty weak honestly. At some point a service writer said that water doesnt really mix with coolant well and that it probably sat on top and then was pushed out the relief at the top of the jug. The service writer said they would knock 10% off.I own a fleet of ram light and medium duty trucks that always get service at a dealership. As a business owner, I understand that technicians (really all of us) can make mistakes from time to time. In my opinion, it's the response to those mistakes that make or break a customers experience. I expect to get between 350,000 and 400,000 miles out of our cummins trucks. This dealership will not be partnering with us in that endeavor.

First time purchasing a vehicle here and I will definitely be back. I enjoyed doing business here with River Front and Tracey was very helpful with my new vehicle purchase. Pricing on the cars and trade in was fair, the buying process was easy, and I left with a great deal on my new to ME car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing a new Dodge Challenger from River Front. Vanessa, Faith, and Dave were incredibly helpful answering all of my questions. They quickly found the exact vehicle I was looking to purchase - color, options, etc - and were able to save me some time and money in the process. Dan did a great job of working with me on my trade, going over all of the Challenger's features, and ensuring I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. Finally, Marilyn made the financial process as quick and easy as possible. I highly recommend River Front for a new car purchase!

We were so thankful to have stumbled upon Riverfront. A welcoming environment was created as soon as we walked in the door. John was so helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable. It was so appreciated that he was not only familiar with the vehicle but familiar with how to make the purchasing process smooth since we were registering the vehicle out of state. Vinnie did amazing at talking us through our financing and warranty options. I would hands down make any future purchases at Riverfront.

Looking for a new family car decided to get a dodge Durango. All the people that worked there and with me were very nice and professional. It was a great experience. The car was clean and looks great upon delivery. I was showed everything about the car and even helped me set up all the apps and everything. The finally selling point was getting the hat. Service was good. However while in the waiting room I found discounts for oil changes. They told me they always offer an oil change package at a discount, but I had no idea. They already checked in my car but didn t start the work and wouldn t reduce the price, said it was too late. It was basically a BYGO so I would have saved a decent amount. Other than the price and unwillingness to work with me everything else was ok.

Incredible experience! Bob Walker took great care of us throughout the entire process. Hospitality was immaculate. Bob was personable and honest. He earned bonus points for being incredible with our three younger children, too. In fact, everyone was super kind and the kids were complimented several times on their behavior and quiet demeanor. Which was extra awesome and certainly reinforced their ability to hang nicely on throughout a long day. Marilyn was excellent in taking care of the paperwork and the financing portion, also very personable. Overall, super satisfied and impressed! We left with an immaculate vehicle and very happy that we chose River Front. HIGHLY recommend!

First and foremost incase you don't want to read this whole review, i would highly recommend this dealership (especially the used car department) from any other i have been too.To start, Mr. Rob on the sales floor was very helpful in finding a vehicle that fit all of my needs. I would like to mention that he did not come off as your typical pushy car salesmen which promoted a positive experience.Vinny, the gentlemen who handles financing and extended warranties provided great insight into maximizing my benefits from the packages and plans offered. He did not try to up-sell me on services that were not needed which was a pleasant surprise. when i have questions on my coverage post purchase, he has been very helpful in providing clarification and support.Special mention to Frank, the used car manager at RiverFront. In my experience, Frank focuses on the satisfaction of his customers, not just the sale of a vehicle. He has gone above and beyond to support me with issues that the dealership in all reality, was not liable for. This spoke volumes to me for his helpful approach and management style. If you ever have a problem and can't seem to find a resolution, id suggest to speak with Frank.Lastly, the service department. I have been a frequent visitor as of late due to manufacturer recalls, oil changes, cracked exhaust manifold, and a recent minor accident that damaged my wheels. Although dealing with the insurance/extended warranty company "Ally" has been a bit of a hassle, the technicians at River front have been helpful in navigating these obstacles. Keith, Bob, and Brian (and one more gentlemen who's name isn't coming to mind) have been very understanding and easy to work with given the circumstances. Renee in the office is very pleasant to speak with and has been a great help with providing insight and assistance.To close this review off, this is not the first vehicle that has been purchased from this location, and it will not be the last. I am loyal to this dealership due to the experience i have had with them. I would recommend anyone to check this place out if you are in need of a vehicle.. Because even after the sale, they will continue to take care of you.

I needed to have a recall repaired and I had no way of getting home. River Front has a courtesy car that drove me home. The young man that drove me home was friendly and courteous. We had a nice conversation during the trip. They offered to pick me up too! Great service all the way around!

We purchased 4 vehicles from them. Not once were we pressured into a vehicle. The sales department asked the right questions.Being knowledgeable they were able to build a vehicle that suited our needs. If they didn't have that vehicle in stock, they were able to locate one. Financing was easy enough since they deal with various lenders to get the best rate possible for us. Going above and beyond to keep a customer happy. All 4 of our vehicles are service at their facility. My wife & I are greeted promptly in the service lane. The service advisor goes over any scheduled maintenance as well as any concerns we may have. They do offer shuttle service or alternate transportation if we needed. They have a waiting room for those quick service needs that may come up. Another thing I found interesting was the Parts store/boutique that they have (definitely have to get a Christmas List going and give to the wife). The Service Department notifies us via text ( phone or email if you prefer) when our vehicle is ready. Weather permitting we also get a complimentary car wash. We feel comfortable from start to finish with River Front Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and this is why we give it 5 stars. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointed overall with the way I was treated with this dealership, I ve gotten one follow up call since my first time walking in before xmas. I showed my interest by calling and explaining what I had going on, on my end and how I wasn t trying to waste time. I tried to negotiate for over a month, and the new sales manager would rather lower the price on the car every other week than try to negotiate a deal with someone who was ready to take the car off the lot.

All smiles leaving Riverfront in my beautiful Jeep Compass! I was very nervous to go to another car dealership after an awful experience I had at another local Jeep dealer (*cough* Dempsey). I told them about the experience that I had there and that I was weary of being scammed again. But the moment I walked in, they made me feel incredibly comfortable and were honest and upfront with me. My salesman John was very friendly, upfront, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They do not try to sell you unnecessary add ons they are not pushy about purchasing a warranty if you don t want to. Marilyn from finance made sure I understood everything she was explaining and helped me finance in a way that worked for me. Dave and Mark were also very helpful and kind, both on the phone and in person. I highly. highly recommend this dealership and they ve definitely earned another lifetime customer! Had service done replacing exhaust manifolds on 2019 Ram. Mike in service department dealt with extended warranty company and repair was covered. I had appointment for 11:30 on Wednesday, dropped truck off Tuesday, Mike called at 12:30 Wednesday letting me know my truck was ready. I have dealt with many shops over the years with my vehicles thinking the dealer charges more. That was wrong, I will always bring my Ram for all service to Riverfront, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient!

The service department is really bad. Set up an appointment 2 weeks ahead, bring my vehicle in on the day of the appointment and it never gets touched. They never even looked at it to see what the issue is. Had to set up another appointment for 2 weeks later to address the same issue. Maybe they will at least look at it then.Suggest finding a better service department or mechanic to care for your Jeep vehicle.

Had my truck in there for service thru another dealership. A 2 day job turned into a month long disaster for me. If I could give zero stars I would. The service advisors are rude and hardly ever around. Got my truck back yesterday to find out as soon as I park it I have an oil puddle under it. It never leaked when it was brought in for service. It was literally in for a check engine light. Never again will I ever bring a vehicle there. Worst experience ever.

As an out of state buyer, the process was hassle free. I was able to reserve the vehicle I desired with a deposit initially, then secure it by paying in full. The entire experience was excellent and I'm loving my new truck!

Service dept is great. Renee treats you like family. Extremely nice and helpful., Mike is very thorough and helpful. He s my usual advisor there, They communicate well. I ve also worked with keith when Mike was gone. He is the service manager I think. He went out of his way to correct some things on my jeep I thought would be an issue without me asking. I drive past two other dealerships since I ve moved because they are far more helpful then other dealerships.

Sit back this is a long one. First let me say, I ve always had a positive experience when coming here for oil changes and any express services. Usually in and out in roughly an hour compared to the Naperville dealership that took 3.5 hours for an oil change. I bought my car from John and he s a great guy.However, that was until I had the pleasure of working with Brian in the service department. You don t have to talk to Brian for more than 2 minutes to know that he s never experienced a single human emotion before. This man was the most condescending person from the minute I walked in the door and said hello.I explain to Brian I have a transmission issue and my car is skipping between first and second gear and I m just looking to have some diagnostics done. Brian says, pff uh you mean slipping? Alright Brian, yea you got me. Brian then asks me what I m going to do in the meantime. I tell him I m going to wait it out (since that s what I indicated I was going to do on the website and not knowing how long it would take). Again, Brian scoffs and says uhh are you serious? Yes, Im serious is that a problem? I ask how long does he think it ll take. Brian shrugs and just tells me he doesn t know and could be all day. Ok Brian, I ll leave. I get arranged with a shuttle and go home.I get a call about an hour before close from Brian who tells me they did not have time to work on my car (I get it it s busy) and asks me if there s any way I can leave it there for them to work on it tomorrow. Well considering I have to work the next day, I asked Brian if he could give me an estimate of what time he thinks my car could be ready. That s when he decides to drop the bomb on me, Well it might get worked on tomorrow but no promises it s pretty busy. Whats the point of making a reservation online? Was the plan to just hold on to my car for 3 days until someone can stick a plug in it and read the codes? I have no idea but every second having to speak with Brian has completely turned me off to Jeep so much so that I don t think I ll ever be buying another one.In conclusion, 0/5 stars.
