The professionals at Petit Auto Care have been servicing my personal vehicles and fleet vehicles for years. From routine maintenance to diagnosing complex problems, the Petit Professionals have been able to meet my needs and then some! Luke Petit goes well beyond the call of duty to assist me in making educated decisions about repairing and maintaining my vehicles. I have always enjoyed prompt and courteous service at a more than reasonable price. Most of all, I know that my loved ones are traveling in vehicles that have been cared for by the best!

Hands down, Petit Auto Care is the best of the best mechanic shops around. They treat customer vehicles like they were their own. They're honest, fair, and very reasonable. If you're looking for routine maintenance, a badly needed repair, or high performance enhancements to your street rod or 4x4, call the guys at Petit Auto Care. They're that good! The owner, Luke Petit is an ASE certified advanced specialist. He has instructed advanced automotive computer diagnostics at Waubonsee Community College and is an experienced racing mechanic. His specialty is complex diagnostics.

I have taken my cars to Luke and Paul for over 20 years now. They are the best mechanics I've ever known. Luke has gone so far out of his way to help me out of troubled spots over the years, I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, their competence, and their ingenuity in solving problems other shops couldn't handle. You will not be disappointed in their performance.

I have known Luke and his family for over 25 years and there is nobody I trust more with my cars than Petit Auto Care. While I like to do as much work as I can by myself, the diagnostics equipment, training, and specialized tools required for today's cars is too much for the home mechanic to keep up with. It is comforting to know there is someone nearby that you can trust to take care of your cars even better than you can yourself. You always get a fair assessment of what is needed now and what will be needed in the near future without worrying about being upsold to repairs that are not needed.

I moved to the area in 2015 and when a car issue came up, i was dreading finding a new mechanic. I spent my time researching a few shops and took a chance with Petit. From the very first phone call Luke and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast forward 2 years, i've had to take my car there a few times. They are always quick to get the job done and at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

It isn't too often you find truly honest and reputable people in the auto industry. Well I found one in Petit Auto in Aurora. After receiving word from a local dealer I may need a new engine, I could not get my car out of there fast enough. I had it towed to Petit and could not be happier with that decision. Not only did Luke and Paul fix my car but they did it for less than the estimate. Customer service is what it is all about and they exceeded my expectations. This will be the place for all future repairs.

I can't even begin to say what a fantastic auto repair shop this is. I've taken my vehicles here for 23 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Petit auto care is fair, trustworthy, reliable, and honest!! I love these guys. They are awesome, and it's such an honor how they support our troops too!! Love them, love them, love them!!!

I've taken both personal vehicles, and fleet vehicles (cargo vans, etc) to Petit Auto for years. You won't find more knowledgeable, and honest auto care professionals anywhere. Petit Auto won't gouge you, and aren't looking to "up sell" you services, they simply want to provide you the best possible service at a very reasonable rate. Petit Auto does it right, because they love what they do, and value their customers. If you're looking for quality auto care, and professionals you can trust, Petit Auto is the place to go.

Luke and Paul have handled my car repair needs for years. I find them both to be highly qualified in expert car repair. They tell me what I need, (or don`t need) . They don`t try to sell me anything else. And they do it at a fair price. Thanks guys!

My car died yesterday while I was at lunch. I was a mess to say the least. I called Petit and spoke with Paul. He was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. He back by yesterday afternoon with the problem and said it was fixed. I m amazed with the treatment and care my car recurved and how quick he was to fix it. Will definitely be back if needed.

Excellent customer service. The repair was done the same day I dropped my car off. Luke was very knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my car in for any other repairs I may need in the future!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I have taken several autos to Petit and the results have always been good. Don't waste your time and money going to the local muffler and brake shop. Get it done correctly the first time!

Every time I pass through town I make it a point to stop by and say hi to Luke and Paul. They treat you like family and will fix your car like it were their own. Even if I have trouble when I'm out of town I can call and get help over the phone. They are my go to mechanics!

My husband is the ultimate "do it yourselfer", however, when he gets past oil changes and brake jobs, he is done. Thank goodness we can turn to Luke and Petit Auto Care. He never lets us down.

Ok - so I ve taken many vehicles to be fixed here - Luke may be able to work on older cars , but a 2010 or newer he doesn t know how to work on them . Go somewhere else

I appreciate that it's difficult to read negative reviews, but try to understand that 1) Google reviews is a forum for all kinds of reviews, not just positive ones, and 2) some people have, indeed, had negative experiences at your shop.
