Honest work at an honest price. Fast, reliable. Came in for a locked up wheel bearing and was done in a day. Definitely recommended.

I always like to take my Cadillac here bc they are honest and humble people I never feel like they are over charging me and they always leave my car running like new . My family and I have been going to them for like 10 years now and I won't take my car anywhere else

I have been going here for years now. Juan has been good and fair in all repairs so I'm always happy. I like this place because I do not feel like and getting ripped off like when you visit other major auto repair shops. They always work with you in payment area - always willing to flexible with payments. Thanks Juan;

I've brought my Chrysler 300 here for multiple repairs and have had no issue whatsoever! Juan is professional and always let's us know of any other issues with the car. It's the only place I'll bring mine, my grandmas, or my husband's car to get any repairs done. Truly a great shop!

Had them degrease my engine and swap out a serpentine belt on my 05 CR-V - not exactly the easiest vehicle to do a belt on because a reservoir is in the way and there's very little clearance, and they did it all in just under 30 minutes and got me out the door. Good stuff! Will be going back for further work in the near future.

I would NEVER go to this shop again I took my car to them back in end of April of 2021 they took 3 weeks to even look at my truck quoted me a price I told they to get started on repairs this was for a timing belt on a 2010 gmc Acadia they took a month on my truck I got it back and less that a week the check engine light was back on over the next few months my truck was in and out of there I would have took it somewhere else but the parts were under warranty and I really couldn't afford to pay another shop to fix it. They tried to tell me my parts came defected 3 different time from the GMC manufacturer I finally got my truck back in mid October yes that's right mid October 2021 just for me to end up on the side of the road 3 hrs from home with my entire family due to there neglect repairs and when I told them what happened they refused to claim responsibility paid over 5,000 for repairs and am now left with no vehicle at all. These people should be in jail for there crooked repairs!!!!!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I was being quoted for over $1500 of work for services I didn't need from National Tire & Battery. I took to them and they were honest and my parts didn't replacing, just lubrication like greasing the ball joints. They are honest and don't charge that much.

I've been coming to this shop for about 3 or 4 years now. They've serviced 3 of the car's I've had and have always provided great service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place all the time just make sure you have time or able to leave the car overnight because they tend to always be busy!

Learned of this shop a couple of years ago, we have used them at least 4 times, always the most affordable, quote matches the repair, honest service, and issue is always fixed the first time. I referred to my family and they have used a couple of times even to tow for repair. If you are looking for affordability and honesty, you have found your shop!

Don't even bother coming here. They'll keep your car for weeks and "call you back" but they never do. They'll charge you some heavy prices and not even fix the problem, on the contrary my car has come back with even more problems. Or they'll fix it and the "fix" would last about a week-month by when your "warranty" is over. Its a scam to come back and charge you to fix it.

I had faith in them and they did a great job for me and my family until I had a recent issue with them unfortunately, a person's word a trust in this world ,even when you run a business is what keeps those doors open, and although my business won't close their doors they have lost me as a customer . I really liked them and I thought I could trust them .

Probably one of the worst shops in the area you can take your vehicle to. I had one guy tell me a quote for engine issues I go the next day and was told a way higher price. I already had some work done with them not the greatest but again needed it does ASAP. I should have learned from the first time but i figured since they started it might as well finish with them.I was also missing change and small items from my car not the end of the world BUT your suppose to trust your mechanic right ? Original went for small engine issue end of the day was told I needed a new engine. Not saying that they re doing SHADY practices there but I also don t doubt it.

Honest, staff is extremely nice. They have worked on my truck for many years and it has over 295,000 miles all thanks to them. I highly recommend Orosco Auto Service.

Probably one of the best and inexpensive auto repair shops in Aurora. Carlos is an honest mechanic and will get you and your car going without braking the bank. Highly recommend.

Took my 04 F150 for timing chain replacement, they did a good job for a fair price, I did shop around quotes. Their lead times can be long but that wasn t an issue for me.

This place is a scam. I took my car to get it fixed. I advised the people I talked with that it might be a water pump, or head gasket. I had it towed to the location on friday 10/13/15 and they advised me they would check it out on monday 10/16/15 and call me to advise me what the problem was. I never received a call back, and when I called they said my vehicle was ready for pick up. I never authorized any repairs to my vehicle. Needless to say I ended up paying $500.00 for a new water pump that was broken or so they say. I got my vehicle back on 10/16/15 and drove to St. Louis on 10/18/15 to pick up my daughter. When I was driving back my vehicle overheated and became un-driveable. I parked at Advanced Auto-Zone, and they employees advised me that my vehicle was leaking antifreeze. This was the same problem I had when I took my vehicle in.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THEM!!!! I took my car in to get it fixed they didn't end up fixing the problem had to get it towed back to them. Then after that it took them a week everytime i called it was hell call you right back but never once did!!!! I picked it up a week later to be told the problem still happens to call them if anythings wrong... well duhh you just said the problem is still there! meaning they kept my car for a week and didnt do shi*t to it... then to top it all off due to being stranded with my children in the car i forgot to take my daughters overnight bag in my trunk before it got towed. they ended up stealing her iphone and her baptism bracelet but left her clothes but took her phone and jewelry come on now really stealing from a 5 yr old piece of sh*ts. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place spent $500. And ended up with still a broken car and my daughters phone and bracelet stolen... IN OROZCOS I DO NOT TRUST AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER

Don't bring your car here. Customer service here is the worse. Brought my car back like 5 times and in the end nothing was fixed and more things were broken. Decided not to bring it back and go else where. It was money thrown in the garbage. Never coming back.

Not a good place to go such a bad experience they over charge and just mess up your car will never take my cars here again. Take your cars somewhere else
