Normally when I come in it is just a casual purchasing experience.I was greeted when I came in but I was left speechless with the customer service Salvador gave. From in-person to on the phone, a true asset to this store.Most people who have no car experience wouldn't know the difference.I have over 10 years of working couters at AZ and Advanced, giving credit where credit is due.

Good experience. They didn t have the part I needed, but worked with me to find alternatives. (Spacer stud) Truly make a concerted effort to accomplish the task.

Rude employees they wouldn't sell me a part I'll never get parts from this store ever again from here I found my part 30 miles away $10 dollars less por services they don't earn any Stars

Genaro was incredible with helping me today and truly went above and beyond. I needed a bulb replaced for my headlights and when I was unsure what bulb I needed, Genaro went outside to personally check himself in the freezing cold. He immediately found the headlight I needed and ultimately replaced it for me, again, in the freezing cold. Amazing customer service and he single handedly assured that I wont be shopping at any other auto parts store in the future. Thanks a ton Genaro!

I have a car shop, hobby. Oak Park Parts. I buy all my local parts from O'Reilly. This store or the warehouse. I guess I should set up an account.

Horrible customer service. Tried calling to check on an order and was on hold for ever. Someone came to the phone every 2 minutes stating I'm caller number one please hold. After 15 minutes, I gave up and hung up. Went to pick up the order yesterday, but it wasn't ready. Decided to call today and all I got was please hold. This is unacceptable!

This Aurora O Reilly location needs some serious training in customer service! After failing to address the brake drums we dropped off and having to pick them back up to take them somewhere else, their employee was beyond rude to my senior citizen husband accusing my husband of copping an attitude just for asking about getting his brake drums from the back. There was more, but this kind of verbal attack towards anyone, let alone a senior citizen, is unacceptable!
