Although the prices are so good, these people will try to pull a fast one on you. I took one of their cars into Merlin where my cousin works for an inspection. This car had four BAD tires, and multiple oil leaks, I told the dealership I'll buy it but I want the leak fixed they agreed. Before I bought the car they said "we inspected it and no leaks" They ask tried to add "hidden fees" when the bill of sale was faxed. NEVER EVER GO HERE!! He will tell you " I'm so honest it's a good car I promise" SLEEZY SALES PERSON !!

THIS AUTO PLACE IS RACIST! IF YOU NEVER BEEN TREATED AS IF YOU WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND A COMPLETE IGNORANT-THAN THIS IS THE PLACE TO EXPERIENCE FULL BLOWN DISRESPECTFUL OWNERS!!I tried selling my car to a nice gentleman named Kevin(he was great-just doing what his bosses told him to do-don't kill the messenger!) and he made me an offered that I did not take. The next day I messaged him to let him know that I would take his offer and he said he changed his mind that he can give me $50 less than his original offer. Meanwhile I waited to see if anyone else would buy my car that was parked in the streets on a better offer.Two hours later I messaged Kevin and told him that I would stop by to close the deal. Meeting was set and we finally sat down to close the deal. The tittle was under my mothers name but she had signed the tittle over to me.The seller line was signed by my mother and the buyer signed by myself.Kevin told me he had to check with the owners and came back to tell me they could not buy the car off of me. I explain to him about the form available to do corrections and he said they were not aware of any forms. I said ok, got up and thanked him and was getting into my car to leave when he came out and said the owners could buy the car but the form was going to COST THEM $95.00 and they could split the difference with me! So they would be knocking off another $50!!!!So me I just wanted to sell the car because we have 3 cars in total and did not need the one we were trying to sell so I agreed.He then showed me the for and I immediately said "this is the form I was telling you earlier about which is the Illinois auto title correction which cost nothing because I've sold another vehicle like this before a couple of years back!" He then said "well that's what the owners are telling me" I asked Kevin if his bosses new English because the two times that I wen in they were present with Kevin and never spoke a word to me, not a Hello, not a can I help you, instead they looked at me up and down and ignored me. And let me tell you I am not your typical or regular Hispanic girl! I have personality and character! And know how to properly approach someone.Anyways, Kevin said they spoke English. I then got up and told them they were trying to rip me off twice. And thought that just because I'm Hispanic does not mean I am a stupid ignorant person.I rather go elsewhere and sell my car for a cheaper price than have them take my dignity. And so I did. I sold my car for $100 less but I'm glad and happy I was not there Ginny Pig.Please buyers, review your options and research your car steps to a better purchase or a better sale.Thanks. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!!!!!! I do like my car (2008 dodge avenger), but there are some kinks that of course they would never tell me about. On the highway from about 50-65 mph the car shakes, but it is fine 70+. My tire pressure sensor light is also broken, and they wrote in the warranty they would fix it. I took it in, waited 8 hours, and it was still broken and they sent me home. I never took it back because I don't want to deal with them anymore.I also went back this past weekend to pick up my plates. Not one person asked how the car was or anything. They just asked for a last name, gave me my plates, and sent me on my way.

This place sucks, i bought a car here and drove it home the next day the break lines were leaking had to get them replaced then i go to a car wash and (they put plaster on rust spots on both sides and painted over) they car wash washed off the plaster and there was a hole in the air conditioning compressor and those are just some things that what was wrong the car this place covers up alot stuff instead of fixing things i do not recommend anyone to buy a car here.Obviously if it used there is going to be some problems but come on many people complained about similar things wrong with a vehicle something is wrong.

Horrible people, horrible service, and horrible over-all rating. Do NOT spend your money at this place, EVER. There are better places than this. I bought a car from here a few weeks ago and they took forever to mail me the spare key (which is useless, due to the fact that it does not contain the chip needed to turn my car on). They might have nice cars, but I promise you that you can find that same car somewhere else for cheaper and better condition than here.

Bought 2 cars from here 1st was a mazda6 2006 had it for a year until i got in a accident.2nd car is a 2011 Volkswagen jetta had it for almost a year now no problems..Your buying a used car so problems may come up but they work with you to fix it.

Just bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata about 2 months ago from them. Our salesman, Rolando, was awesome. He helped my husband and I a lot. We have definitly discussed buying a second car next year and this will be the place we are purchasing it feom, no hesitation. Ty to Rolando, his son and the rest of the staff there.

Grate place! pass by it all the time, dealership looks nice and clean. My boyfriend bought a car from this place about a year ago and has not had problems since ! $$$$

I just purchase a 2007 Dodge Charge this past Friday..And Gus was a good sale person to work with...I notice some noise coming from the driver side wheel..He told me to bring it back in on that Monday..Not only did they fix the problem..they also put front new brake pads on the car..I will definitely come back to purchase another car from New York Auto Sales .
