I recently had an exceptional experience at Napleton Hyundai dealership in Naperville when purchasing a Genesis GV80. Brice, my salesperson, was absolutely incredible. Buying a car is usually daunting, but he made the process incredibly easy. Not only was he very helpful, but he also seamlessly transferred everything from my old car to the new one and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived to make my final decision. My salesman Vasae couldn't have been anymore perfect!! He sold me on the car that I was only INTERESTED in and got me a great offer for my trade in. He explained anything that I felt even slightly confused about and made me feel safe and educated on my new purchase! I came into this dealership a little last minute with intentions to only look at a vehicle since my situation made it a bit difficult for me to get a vehicle as i needed desperately,upon my arrival i was greeted by the friendly front desk staff and immediately taken care of by Vasile and in no time i was looking and test driving the vehicle i was scheduled to look at..Mark, Vasile, Brian and a few others from this amazing team made a very easy and non-stressful transaction and worked with me to make sure i was taken care of in the best way possible! I was honest with them on what i could and could not do as were they;They did everything they could to accommodate me, answers all my questions, make sure i had the best rate possible as well as the best payment plan possible for my situation!I highly recommend this location whether you're looking for a new or used vehicle, and a quick process!Will definitely make my way back to this dealership for future purchases.

We had a fantastic experience. Joe Williams did an amazing job once again. We went there once to get my daughters first car, and his service was terrific, but we went back for a trade in and a new car, and he hit it out of the park once again. He gave her a good deal and got everything worked out, and she drove home in a brand new car. His service is impeccable and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. In the future, I hope to go back to see Joe for any other needs. Deb in finance once again did a phenomenal job getting things done, making sure our needs were met in the financing and payment stages.

Excellent experience with Brice. We had a ton of questions and had to see everything multiple times and he was thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. Sooo I purchase a used vehicle.. granted there are going to be a few minor flaws anytime buying USED, however I couldn t be more satisfied with my purchase! The guys here are fair and the price was great! Loved my experience and I recommend this place to anybody looking for a new car!

Don t waste time and ask for Brice as soon as you walk in! I was actually surprised to find out he wasn t one of the managers - not only was he extremely professional but he made me feel, for the first time ever, that the car salesman actually wanted to help me and not just sell me a car same day. Full transparency I ended up buying my genesis at a different dealer - only because I was looking for a specific year and color and Naples on didn t have it - but man was I impressed with Brice and wish I could have closed out the search with him. Wanted to at least shout him out in a review and hopefully help someone else have both a friendly and hassle-less car-buying experience. That guy will take good genuine care of you and their service center can actually be trusted.

Recently bought a 2024 Hyundai Kona. The salesperson, Dan was very nice and accommodating. After the purchase we noticed a discrepancy on the final breakdown. We called the manager, Ray, and discussed this issue. We were refunded the amount. Ray was very apologetic and intentional while working through this. You could tell he wanted to make the situation right and help us feel better. After dealing with Ray, I can say it was a very pleasant experience and that there is a very thoughtful manager working at this location. I am appreciative because buying a car can be stressful and sometimes overwhelming, but Ray rectified the situation and I am overall very happy with the service we received.

I ll start by saying my salesman was very nice and polite but my experience all together was not great. I knew the car I wanted. I wasn t shopping. Went to trade in and purchase I was there for 5&1/2 hours the first day. They just received the car so it still had to go through their inspection. Which was fine I didn t want to take the car that day so they didn t have to rush. They rushed and skipped steps so I took the car that day but I was asked to bring it back in for them to finish. When I did it was another hour and a half out of another day. When purchasing they offer weather tech mats for 400. All they do is order them for you. I d understand the mark up if they had them and you received them same day. Save yourself money and do it yourself cause I could have saved over 150 dollars ordering myself. I was told it comes with mats and trunk liner. No trunk liner. All in all not happy. Giving 2 stars cause the man I worked with was friendly and polite. I d buy another car from him. Just not at that dealership.

Absolute worst attempt at trying to get a trade-in. If I wasn't in dire need of a cheaper car, I would have walked out upon being greeted by a very rude, impolite man named Chris. My experience at the dealership was characterized by a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Upon arrival, I was initially greeted warmly by Shannon, with whom I had made an appointment. However, the encounter took a negative turn when I was directed to another individual named Chris.Chris's demeanor was rude and impolite from the outset. He did not introduce himself or engage in any form of conversation, instead barking orders at me and other staff members. Despite my attempts to initiate dialogue, he remained unresponsive and spent an extended period seemingly struggling with basic computer tasks.Eventually, another staff member intervened to assist with uploading my information. Subsequently, I was shuffled between different individuals without clear communication or explanation. Chris's behavior continued to be abrasive, causing discomfort not only for me but also for the other staff members present.Feeling unsettled by Chris's demeanor, I voiced my concerns to another staff member, who then brought the matter to Shannon's attention. Shannon apologized for Chris's behavior and redirected me to Brian Anderson for further assistance.After the test drive, Brian Anderson initially appeared helpful and committed to finding a solution. He even accompanied me to my car, expressing a desire to rectify the situation. However, despite his assurances to follow up the next day, I did not receive a call from him. Instead, I received a call from Chris, whose phone manner was similarly rude and unprofessional as the day before.

When I say harassment and aggressive sales person this place is it. I came in to inquiry about getting a new vehicle soon and the sales person I got first off didn t come off as friendly at all and seemed to not want to be bothered then after the test drive and everything he starts going over numbers and then starts to become aggressive with me purchasing after constantly telling him no and he would not give up. I appreciate the driven sales skill but it was too aggressive. I was there all day because of this and also when declining the offer several times and telling me he didn t know the apr until I sign all the paperwork and go into financing then they will tell me..hmm seem sketchy so finally leaving the dealership this same week I m getting a bunch of calls and constant emails after telling them I declined and I got a vehicle elsewhere. Then a week later I m getting loan notices and noticed on my credit report they ran my credit not just 1st or twice but 5-6 times with different carriers when I specifically asked not to run my credit multiple times the dealership I went to to get my actual car did not run my credit multiple times and respected me thinking about the purchase wasn t pushy and very friendly this is why I went with them instead. I do not recommend this dealership unless you want to be pressured and your credit ran through !

WORST car buying experience I've ever had in over 25 car purchases. Do NOT believe the advertised price on used cars, as they do not include the mandatory $1200+ 'LoJack' add on or the costly fake 'paint protection', nor the $350+ 'documentation fee'. The used car salesman asked me 'what they had to do to 'close the deal'. I offered the EXACT PRICE the car was advertised at online and was told 'no'. I then asked for $1000, $500, $100, $50, anything off the NOW $1400 higher-than-advertised price- nothing was given.In addition, while waiting in the lobby, a manager was heard literally screaming at a group of employees in a glass enclosed front office- for 5+ minutes! While customers watched and listened. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing for all involved. No wonder every employee we encountered had the 'smell of fear' and an air of uncooperativeness about them.So.... falsely advertised, falsely asking 'what they can do', horrible atmosphere = worst dealer experience in over 50 years.

I ve had very poor experiences with Alex. From wait times to attitude to dishonesty. Not only did I have poor experience with Alex, I also contacted upper management and have received no help or compensation for the damage done to my brand new vehicle by the people in the service department. I came in for 2 services and waited for 3 hours just to get back to my car and realize only one of the services was completed. I rescheduled and came back a week later and once again 2 hours and I got the call that my car was done and ready for pick up so I made my way back over to the dealership where I was told to sit in the waiting room and someone would come get me. After 30 minutes I was now late for work and It was discussed that I needed to leave for work multiple times with Alex assuring me it was almost ready. Almost ready was an hour, at this point I took it upon my self to go in the parking lot and see where my car was. As me and my fiance walked up to my vehicle we saw Alex rubbing my front bumper with a dirty microfiber towel and rubbing compound. They damaged the paint on my car and were trying to cover it up and not tell us about it before they were going to release the vehicle back to me. After initially being caught hiding the damage he scoffed then told my fiance it would be hard to prove the damage wasn t there before. This car was brand new and he really tried to make it seem like he had done nothing wrong and then blamed it on the porters working instead of taking responsibility for his own actions. If this is the expectation of how their workers will act on a daily basis it is truly disgusting. This has by far been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a car dealership and I will not be returning or recommending anybody to this location as upper management and the service department has done an atrocious job handling the situation.

I financed a used vehicle from this dealership and the car has been causing me the same problem since I got the car, I ve taken it back to certified dealers since I ve owned the car and they have all sent me away doing nothing and finding no problem even though I ve complained and continued to take it back but without a indicator light they have not been able to find or properly diagnose the problem long story short i finally took the car to a transmission specialist to inspect it and the problem has been the transmission all along . I ve also had several oil changes where I ve been told the car has been out of oil which doesn t make sense to me considering the fact there is no leak turns out the car has been need of a motor since the day they sold it to me I m furious concerning this because I still have a car payment and I purchased the extended warranty the dealer sold me that doesn t cover any of the costly repairs because they only cover a small portion of the repair because of the blue book value of the car. I have no proof of this but I feel like the dealer knew exactly what was going on with this car prior to selling it to me. I ve already been through a bankruptcy and have been working diligently to repair my credit and this car has been nothing but a problem since day one. I ve spent thousands on rentals while it s been in the shop many times and I m at a point where I don t know what to do. I need help!!! The dealership told me to contact Hyundai to see what they can do but they are limited because the car was sold to me at almost 100k miles and they only warranty 100k miles my finance company wants me to either let them repossess the car or hold the dealership accountable for selling me a car like that the car has now been in the shop 3 weeks and I m 2 weeks behind on my car now because I don t know what type of situation I m about to be in. I m typing this with tears because it just doesn t seem fair and I m outta options.., I need some help!

While on the hunt for a nicer used vehicle, I came across one here that ticked most of boxes. The dealership was nearly an hour and a half away but I couldn't find anything that matched what I needed/wanted closer. I called in to make an appointment to come in and look at it this past Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. I arrived with my dad around 2:15pm and met with Yosimar, he was very nice. Let us take the car for a ride. We did a pretty thorough test drive and came back for the "fun part", to discuss the deal. It really wasn't that bad, however, it's been a while since I've purchased a car from a dealership, apparently it is part of the deal now to have some additional items and fees become your responsibility. After some back and forth we were able to come to an agreement that worked for us. Unfortunately, they were very busy that day and the wait to meet with someone in finance was extremely long but can't fault them for being busy. The best part was after reviewing with my credit union, they valued the car at more then I paid, which is rare nowadays. So I definitely feel like I got a great deal and I am very happy with car!

Our experience was EVERYTHING! I walked in not knowing if the car I found online was even the car I wanted. Jordan was absolutely the best! He set me up in the car, not even a hint of pressure, and let me feel my way through the car at my pace. When it came time to end my first visit, he left the proverbial door open for me. I drug my other half back the next day for him to look it all over, no promises to sign papers either. Their stock is clean, well presented, the staff are friendly, not pushy, welcoming, and their facility (even being under construction) was clean, modern, and comfortable. I can t thank them enough. I will be stopping here first when I need another car in the future.

SAFETY 1st My daughter purchased a black 2018 Hyundai Sonata on 3-6-23(4months ago). The car stalled in the middle of the street with her kids on 7-24-23 We called the dealership & fought until they sent for the vehicle the next day (they tried saying 5 days without loaner). She is double certified with both warranties so the sensor they said was the problem was covered. She was called to pick up the car and given an estimate she didn't ask for telling her she needed rotors, brakes and brake system bleed too the tune of $1097.00 We are very aware of the WEAR & TEAR & what isn't COVERED! The issue is they knew the brakes & rotors were bad when they sold the car which the manager Derrick was off, adam was on break another manager tried telling when a porter drove it nothing was wrong with them but when I drive it's a totally different story & very UNSAFE! He also had the nerves to tell me he was doing her a favor by getting the car in & fixed right away, who talks to customers that way but they pride themselves in customer service.... ummm no !! No way she should be responsible for changing these brakes after only having the car 4 MONTHS & with the sensor this car is a problem already. Seriously makes me think about how many hard working, single parents, loving families, fixed income individuals, self employed, or disabled tax paying consumers are they doing this to To be talked to like I'm an IDIOT while being screwed over is sick and disgusting just bad business. They don't care about the consumer their families nor kids safety DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE SAFETY 1st ALWAYS
