I had a check engine lights on for my 2014 Audi car. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough. They charged me reasonable. Very prompt on delivering the car. Definitely a go to place for old car repairs.

Mike, More Miles is a great place to take your car. The first time I used their services I brought my car in that I thought needed a new exhaust, but they had pointed out that it was just a little bit of a leak from the previous fix that I had done. So there wasn t anything for them to fix.. And instead of trying to sell me something else, they were very gracious, and Gave me all the details and then I was on my way. They didn t charge a thing for helping me to identify that issue And they were just so personable and caring throughout the experience. A few weeks later, I took in my other car and they were so good about making sure I understood everything that the car needed. And I m thankful that they did as I didn t realize that the noise I was hearing was the fact that the brakes needed new pads.It s just a great place to take your car! I will definitely be going back

This location of Mike More Miles is very well managed, clean and courteous. They are always communicative about the repairs and work hard to make it an enjoyable process. They are very respectful of your time and get your vehicles in and out as best they can.The only shop I will bring my vehicles to.Well done.

Normally I don t do this but I have to because I am pissed with the experience I just got from this place. I brought my mint condition car there to replace a belt and as I m picking up my vehicle I spot a dent and scratches the manager told me they couldn t have done but I know they did!!! He did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I also had a jeep they did as soon as I got that back I had line in my radio screen. Nice people but very careless I don t recommend I was so mad I brought it straight to a body shop and paying out of my pocket this car I don t even drive

Staff was very accommodating as we brought our Jeep in with no notice and they worked us in asap. Explained the issue, scope of work and likely outcome if we ignored or put off the repair. We had our Jeep back in less than 24 hours and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this shop and will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Mike More Miles.

Always have a great experience here. I had an exceptional experience when I had new parts installed and had a weird noise when I got it back in the same area where new parts were installed. Brought it back in, they diagnosed it and helped me out on getting it fixed at no charge. That says a lot about their integrity. I will continue to come to this location while I live in this area.

My van started overheating and needed a new radiator. They were very kind and thorough. They didn't charge me for extra things I didn't need. I appreciate the prompt response and help from these guys. They did great!

I am always pleased with the service here. I ve had the team at Mike More Miles work on at least three of my cars. I can trust them to tell me which repairs are the most important and which can wait. I know that if they tell me I need to get something done, I really do. Their prices are very fair and there are never unexpected charges.

First time customer I would ve appreciated having explained to me all that the technician was going to do with my vehicle, such as the inspection, the rotation of the tires filling all of the fluids, etc. When I saw the technician changing or rotating my tires, I stopped him because I only had Discount Tire touch my tires. The technician shared with me that since I was not doing the rotation that I would get a reduction in my price which did not turn out to be the truth because I was told I was getting the full synthetic oil change . I think there needs to be some communication between the front end and the back end to alleviate a customers distrust or just being uncomfortable in the situation.

Horrible work. Regret taking my car there. Took my car there for temp gauge going up. Within a year had to take it back multiple times and they installed 2 water pumps, radiator cap and temp gauge Still had temperature issues. New shop found the 2nd water pump from Mike s was also leaking and the radiator was cracked. But they also found that Mike s broke a piece off my timing cover causing a coolant leak. Mike s had shoved a bunch of silicone in there to try and plug it and never said a word to me cause it s a $2,000 fix. I could have blown my engine while driving. They put me in an unsafe situation. The new shop took video and photos of all the silicone shoved in there. I went back to Mike s. I m a short woman, and their 6 ft+ manager was in my face fighting with me about it. So unprofessional and threatening. They tried to say the piece broke off from wear & tear. Yet the other 2 sides of it were fine, and my car didn t fill itself with silicone. Then they said the piece broke off itself but they added silicone to fill the gap to save me money & should have told me. The owner finally agreed to fix the $2,000 timing cover not because they broke it but as a courtesy for my inconvenience . Yeah sure. The owner still refuses to reimburse me the cost of the water pump. He tried to say the warranty could have been transferred to new shop (no it couldn t) then I had him check date. It was past warranty but he said he could have called manufacturer and gotten them to extend it for him. Yeah sure. I shouldn t need 3 water pumps in just over a year. I filed a BBB complaint for the water pump but Mike s has refused to respond. Next step is a complaint with the Attorney General. Avoid this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great mechanics, Great customer service. Even though my car is old, the employees always look to save me money & never add on services I didn't agree to .Plus, I get a full maintenance update on items on my car that need attention in the future. Been coming here for years, everyone is very nice and explains things!Downside is, prices are now a lot higher than other places. Quoted 2x as much from them for new tires than what multiple other places were charging. Didn't seem justified

Chris, Kevin & all the people at Mike s More Miles Aurora are great. I brought my car in and they assessed the need and quoted a price for what needed to be done. When they were finished they l me know they were able to fix my car for less than expected. Joe is a straight shooter. Tells you what's wrong and explains why. They do good work, and even when I went back and asked them to change something I didn't like, they did it hassle free and with a smile. Great team here, they have my business!

I will say im a little disappointed. I didnt get a call till the end of the day Saturday, mind you i dropped it off the night before. the only thing that happened was an oil change. then on my paperwork it says that my the tire pressure on my tires were filled to specifications but i know for a fact they were low when i brought it in and remained the same PSI. Makes me wonder what else wasn't done. i received a quote for the other things to be fixed that seemed high. I took it to another shop and got a quote for 40% less.

I recently had an experience with Mike More Miles on Eola Road, and while the staff was generally pleasant and communicative, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing.Facing low engine oil, I decided to entrust them with an oil change, particularly because my vehicle required full synthetic oil. Following their review, which they assured me looked good, I left the facility with a sense of confidence. However, shortly after the oil change, I noticed my car was leaking oil, likely due to improper sealing during the service.Regrettably, I drove my car without realizing the issue, leading to severe damage to the engine. The trust I placed in them proved to be misplaced, as their oversight and negligence on Eola Road have left my vehicle in a nearly irreparable state.While I acknowledge their friendly and helpful communication, I cannot overlook the fact that their working staff's lack of attention to detail has resulted in a costly and avoidable situation. I cannot recommend their services due to the significant consequences of their actions on my vehicle."Since I'm unable to respond directly to the shared message, I'm including my reply here below."Thank you for your response. I appreciate your detailed clarification. I do recall our conversation on 10/30/23 regarding the car burning oil, and I mentioned changing the oil every 2500 miles due to my suspicion of a leak. However, it's important to note that the issue hasn't recurred since I got the car back after the other oil change from your shop, which raises concerns about the sealing process during that specific service.I must clarify that I don't recall being shown the specific part during our interactions. Nevertheless, my primary concern remains the potential sealing issue, and my intention in posting about the experience was to alert other customers to be mindful of potential seal leakage and to share my personal experience.When I brought the car in, I mentioned that I had acquired it a year ago and had been consistently changing the oil every 3000 miles. In the service report, it was reassuring to see no mention of leakage issues.

These guys have always done amazing, affordable, fast repairs to my vehicles. A family member of mine was going to the old Merlin shop that was here before, and started going here when it became Mike more miles I started coming here about 3-4 years ago with my Toyotas. Over the last year I stopped coming here because my car only needed oil changes so I was doing them myself, recently my car has had a few problems, a coworker backed into my car and broke the mirror off, I ve also had a creaking noise under my car that still needs to get checked out but my car dealership I work at has been so busy lately so I knew where I should go to get it done in a good time frame and done right, and that s here. I always recommend these guys to my family, friends and coworkers. I had no fears coming back here even though it s been awhile. These guys won t try to take your money or upsell you things. I trust them completely and will continue to come here whenever I need to. What an outstanding repair shop! Whoever owns this shop needs to make sure they never loose this team of advisors and mechanics, I still see some of the same mechanics from 4 years ago who have done my brakes, oil and other things. Mike More Miles most recently assisted me with changing out a license plate holder. A screw broke off while I was trying to change it, and I knew exactly where to go. Manager Joe had originally offered to help, when I was ready to change it. They were able to remove the screw, change the plate for me, and now it looks great again! Special thanks to Manager Joe, team, and Owner Chris for running such an inviting, knowledgeable, and affordable outfit. You need help, don't hesitate!

This is by far the best place in the area. They do great work at a fair price. I drive 35 minutes to take my cars here, even for simple things like an oil change. They don t try and upsell everything every time I come in. They tell me you have about 25-30% left on brakes. They will need done in next few months. The owner Chris Schultz is fantastic to work with, and so is everyone. I want to give a special shoutout also to Kevin who is front desk manager. He is always kind, friendly, and helpful and has been for years of me going here. He keeps you updated and if they find specific things wrong he always calls me and lets me know before they do anything on my cars. Great staff all around and nice friendly people. Took my vehicle is due to the engine light came on. They took my vehicle in, in a timely manner. Once they diagnosed the issue they explain the issue. Was very impressed with the great work and how personable each of staff was. I'll be taking my vehicles here from now on.Mikes more miles, had to take a look at my vehicle once more. The were very helpful with taking me through what they had found wrong. They repair my vehicle and as promised had my car back in record time. Thanks again.
