I ve been bringing my Fiat to this location for a few years now and I ve always had an amazing experience. Easy to schedule and fast service. Both Chris and Gary are great at explaining the process and making sure that my car is taken care of. Was referred by a friend and would absolutely pass on this recommendation to anyone!

I went to Midas in Fox Valley Center recently and Gary, the service advisor, went the extra mile to check my vehicle out. He and his technician discovered that my car's brake lights were not functioning at all! This was definitely a huge safety concern which they resolved right away. Thanks to them for their excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.

Very friendly environment. They understand Hyundai oil consumption and are nice with keeping your oil full so your car doesn't cause more damage down the road. Ask for Gary on your next service appointment. What's goes around comes around! They will help you with all your needs

I've recently had another phenomenal experience at this location. Really great quick service with professional knowledge at very reasonable prices. Chris and Gary are always great to work with and i'm truly grateful for the team at this Midas location. They always provide top notch service and fit me in the schedule very quickly. I live in the area and have used them twice now and I would absolutely go back for future work and recommend them to friends or family.

I got my oil changed at Midas Muffler in Aurora today. What a great experience! Gary, the Asst Manager, helped me. He explained everything with great detail and was very friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this Midas for all of your car care needs.

What can I say about this place!?, I been coming almost every couple weeks for monthly car maintenance/oil change check ups, the people that run this place are very knowledgeable and friendly towards clients and their vehicles, chriss and Gary and team have been phenomenal and the experience here is one of a kind , strongly recommended this location for all your vehicle needs

Midas always does a great job! I ve been going there for a few years now and they ve always done good work. Gary has been great at explaining the process and answering all my questions when I take my car in. Also very convenient to book an appointment and the prices are fair.

They were trustworthy and truthful and helpful. They were fast and started immediately. They were honestly and prices were fair. I would recommend going there. It was the 2nd time that I came here for an oil change. Gary was very nice and friendly also.

I came in for an oil change. They were professional and helpful, let me know my tires were due for rotation and even added a coupon! They seemed like they knew their customers well, greeted people by name as they came in. I would feel confident bringing my car if any issues came up in the future.

Since 2019, I've had 5 of my family members cars and 1 fleet vehicle rotating at Fox Valley Midas for repairs and maintenance and EVERY time I visit this Midas Gary and the rest of the Fox Valley Midas team Have been ultimate professionals. Whether it's an emergency unscheduled walk in or a scheduled appointment Gary and the guys ALWAYS go out of their way to accommodate me and my family...and in this post Covid error of automation and B team service, that is saying a lot...These guys are TRUE A-LIST service providers. I have never driven away from this Midas with anything less than positive feelings about how I was treated and the grade A service and professionalism I was provided. The FOX VALLEY MIDAS team actually care about their customers, and it doesn't hurt that their prices do not break the bank...especially for the quality of service that they provide. I will continue to patronize Fox Valley Midas and recommend as many people as possible to this location...IF you want your car serviced professionally and properly...go to Fox Valley Midas...ask for Gary...these guys are awesome!

I always come to this MIDAS (Fox valley mall)For oil changes or whatever else I need. They are fast, efficient, straight forward and most importantly very honest in what they do. Highly recommended.Give them a try, and you won t be disappointed.

Gary and the whole team at midas in fox valley are exceptional. They are honest and provide good service. One thing I always look for is someone who is honest. They will not tell any recommendations if it s not necessary. I highly recommend them if you need service for your car repair and maintenance.

Can t say enough about this location. Gary is the service manager I usually work with. He s the best in my opinion. I never feel pressured to have any additional work done. Just tells me what he recommends. No pressure to have it done right then and there. Of course if it s a major safety issue he makes sure you are aware that it should be addressed at your earliest convenience. Never had an issue in the 3-4 years I ve been bringing my vehicles to them. Prompt service, repairs done as expected. Great shop. Won t bring my vehicles to any other shop.

My wife and I have had multiple cars serviced here for years and actually drive from Batavia just for the great fair service we receive. They do a phenomenal job and are always open and honest about everything. We often work with Gary who always knows how to keep things fun and always remembers us. I Highly recommend this Midas over any other service shops in the area!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is great helpful and informative. The guy named Gary that is normally at the front desk is incredibly patient and explians the work done and how it will benefit the vehicle. Can't say enough positive things about the staff

I brought my car in for an oil change. When they took off the previous sticker they damaged my tint and just put the new one right over the old one. I noticed it and brought it to there attention, spoke to Chris who was very dismisive and tried to place the blame on me. I was told that my tint was illegal, and that most people don't realize or come back to let them know. I understand things happen and would be fine with an apology, but instead I was written off and given poor excuses as to why it wasn't thier fault.Service: Oil change
