If you live here in Aurora, this shop on 1301 n lake street is the best place to go when ur Dealership is to busy for you. They diagnosed everything with this new used car a bought, gave reasonable prices for everything, and took me to have a look under the car so I can see. They even gave me a ride home so I didn t have to wait the 3 hours at the shop till my SUV was ready. Very professional and Nice people who works there. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.

I have taken my car to this location for oil changes, tire services and repairs. They have always saved me money on my foreign suv. They have provided me with video and personal consultations before repair work is required. I am not an expert in this area and as a female I trust the work and love the customer service every time they have made sure that I understand what s happening. I drive an Audi and the work is better than the dealership. The dealership s are not selling car so they are increasing the service cost I was forced to shop around for better quality prices/service and found it. They have a customer for life with my family and friend s

AMAZING! was recommended this place by my neighbor and he knows all the best places in Aurora and he was right again! Vicki at the front desk is an angel and made getting new brakes painless and as cheap as she could! Now my car is safe again- will be coming back again!

I have nothing but great things to say about the service and people at Meineke Car Care Center. Tyler is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with understanding what was going on with my car. My car was repaired in a quick time frame and cost was reasonable. Took my car to meineke and they did an amazing job the customer service is the best and they explain everything in detail. For me I love the fact that they do there jobs with love to make sure that their customers are very on the road. And will try to accommodate you if need be.. Everything was good however I did see oil n hand prints all over the front fenders keep in mind its a white suv so it's pretty noticeable. That kind of makes me not want to do that again w my car. Oil inside my door handle as well.

Ed and Tyler provided great customer service as they were able to fit me in to thier schedule on Saturday! They did an oil change, new rear breaks, new rotors, and inspected the noise my car was making. It all was done in one day! Much appreciated as the repairs were long over due, due to financial reasons. They gave me updates as far as what they found was wrong as well as pricing. They were very considerate and spoke to me about different options/ routes to go about fixing the issues example fastest way to get the repair done, most cost effective ect. Loved the discounts I was mailed and was able to apply to my total! I also loved their credit card deal of zero interest for 6 months!Thank you! Thank you Meineke! They did a great job. I like using coupons so hopefully you all are friendlier when people want to save money. I won t complain about the $45 oil change tho. I appreciate the great service.

I came in on a Saturday close to closing. I was in desperate need of an oil change and the engine light was on. They worked me in right away and eased my mind about the engine light. The owners did a great job diagnosing the brake issue on my Toyota and fixed it quickly. They checked in a few days later to make sure I was happy with the work. The pricing was right where I thought it would be. I will definitely go back here for any future auto repairs. I highly recommend this location!

I was very impressed with the Meineke team in Aurora. My car had been making noises for a couple days, I was able to schedule an appointment Saturday night for Monday at 8am. I dropped my car off and within a couple hours they called with their finished diagnosis. Their prices were in line for the services provided (I had to get all new brakes and a new bearing in front). The car drives like a brand new car now. I got a text 3 days after the service to make sure everything was still working well with the car which was a nice touch. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the Aurora area.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Great customer service. They were able to get my vehicle in right away and had parts available. While replacing ball-joints they detected another issue that needed fixing and was going to take a little longer to repair. I explained I was in need of my car asap and could not wait for the added repairs they offered me a loaner! Very pleased with the work Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Time, and time again this place has provided me with excellent car service. They go far beyond any other car shop on lake st, and they always have all the tools they need to get the job done, effectively and in a timely manner. I had a check engine light on in my car for a while, and had no luck getting rid of it. I went to several shops including those on Lake st and spent hundred s of dollars only for the light to come back on in a week or two. I would then go back and try to get it fixed, ( but you have to know the difference between small shops and professional shops) the small shops will give you the price sure but they will also give you the run around, and get to your car when they get to it. In other words they don t make it a priority. At Meineke you will never have that problem once you walk in Alfredo makes you feel at home listening to all your car troubles so he can find the best solution for you. The mechanics are just as professional Ray one of the car techs there always explains to me in detail what I need to get done and why I have the problem that I m having with my car. Also he tells me what else I will need in the future to avoid those problems before hand. This place should always be at the top of your mind when thinking of where to go. It s like the saying goes you pay for what you get. And here my money is very well spent. Thank you Meineke for the excellent customer service and for the timely repairs I appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you at future oil changes and any other car needs.

I found myself in a bind (brake problems) on a weekend while visiting from out of state. Being previously unfamiliar with Meineke Car Care Center I first tried contacting other auto care centers to no avail. Thankfully Meineke was able to take a look at my vehicle as soon as I was able to get it there.Vicky and the team kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had.After fixing the problem I had with my brakes, they actually found something unrelated (broken engine mount) and now my car is running quieter than it has in years.Obviously it's never fun when your car needs significant repairs, but I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Meineke. I've gone to this shop about a couple years for oil changes and everyone has always seemed nice... Today, this all changed...1. I was told the last few times i came for an oil change that I would need a new oil pan 'soon' since 'someone' used an oversized plug which stripped the threading. I thought this was odd since 'they' have been the only one dealing with my oil changes for the past two-three years.Since my last oil change with them a few months ago, I've noticed oil leaking under my car and as busy as I am, finally decided to check my oil level a few days ago and saw that it needed oil and I figured I might as well get my oil pan 'changed' since this is what I was told before putting more oil. MEINEKE MUST'VE THOUGHT I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM FOR THE OIL PAN but I decided to take my car to another mechanic and to my surprise, I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY OIL PAN, NO LEAKS, NO OVERSIZED PLUG!! So they did not tighten the plug to make it seem like there is a leak because of the threading issue.2. Also, the last time I was in for an oil change, all of a sudden, BOTH of my tail lights were out... and I noticed, while sitting in the lobby waiting for my car, that all of the other customers in there waiting was also being told that they also needed tail lights! Now that I thought back to it, it sounds like a gimmick. Of course, these people were not all in there at one time, but I was in there long enough to hear them tell this to at least 3 different ppl in addition to me.Your experience might be better or worse, but just wanted to share mine in case it helps another person being lied to. This is the reason why it's hard for me to use BIG named mechanics. NEVER again.
