The techs and managers are very attentive and professional, from the moment you enter their lot they welcome you and help you answer any question that you might have in regards of your vehicle maintenance. They do a good job advising/recommending what your vehicle needs and it s up to you if you want for them to tale care of it. I will highly recommend you to have them take care of it since they do run specials for example I went for an oil change with a full synthetic oil and they also had a special for tire rotation service for $29 + tax but they have a special where they give you $20 off for a total of $9 + tax. Other places they will charge from $39.99 to $59.99 + tax. Long story short, I usually do my own oil changes but there is times that I just have a lot on my plate that I don t have the time and this place goes above and beyond to take care of my vehicle there for I will continue to come to this place for my oil changes. Great job guys, continue providing the same type of service and you will continue to be successful!

I was in line at a quick lube place with a long wait time so I called the Jiffy lube near there. They were super friendly got me in and out of there quickly and went way above and beyond in their service. I would highly recommend their services. Oh, and the price was right!

Probably the best Jiffy Lube I've been too. Staff was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The car wash was a nice touch. I will definitely be back to this location!

I drive way out of my way to have my cars serviced here. Excellent care - caring technicians who always take the time to listen to my concerns and requests for service details. That is so helpful to me . I do my best to maintain cars and couldn't do it without you !!

I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for YEARS, I understand my vehicle needs synthetic oil and the cost is significantly higher, however, the service has dropped to an all time low. The Service tech didn't know the makes or models of the vehicles he was calling out to come up and pay. When I did get called to go over my oil change, he said my cabin filter needed to be replaced EVEN THOUGH I had just paid the premium on my last visit. To top off my coolant is another fee. I always looked forward to the service I receive and leave with my vacuumed interior and windows clean, since $80 is a stiff price already for the oil service, but was told they don't do that anymore. I am not sure if the reset is in my glovebox, but they had opened it and the contents were all over the floor of my car like it had been ransacked. I was disgusted with my visit and considering going elsewhere where my loyalty is appreciated.

First I bought a new battery, with warranty. Battery died again and left me stranded. Had the car again towed to Jiffy lube and was told this time it was the alternator. Witch fried the battery so no warranty pay over a grand. Car worked fine for a few weeks, then died again had it towed. Now bringing told it's the starter, which may have burnt up because Autozone sold Jiffy Lube a sub-par alternator, so I had to wait for Autozone to get them a heavy duty alternator made for my car. Meanwhile they don't do starters so I have to take it somewhere else. Maybe stick to oil changes instead of acting like your full service. Actually has turned out to be a short caused by faulty wiring done during new battery. So now I have to pay extra for that. Employees, Manager Hector is very nice tried to be accountable but really spent a lot of money for nothing and my wife and I are both handicap and on a fixed income. Spent around 2 grand and back to being unable to drive the car and have to wait to fix it until we get social security check. Yuck

Did want to fill this out but you sent it twice so here you go!Windows were not washed, floors weren t vacuumed, odometer service signs weren t reset, liquids weren t changed on my car as the receipt states. On top of all that whoever drove the car out of the dock decided to steal a baling device out of my car. Definitely not going back.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Had to comeback twice but that was because I didn t have everything I needed for my Lyft inspection. Definitely is my go to place.

Stopped in for a top off and leak check. The leak check found that the people who changed my oil last didn't put my oil filter on correctly and that was why it was leaking. The place happened to be the same Jiffy Lube I was getting the topoff and leak check from. I checked my oil level the next morning and it was still 1/2 qt low. Kind of disappointed.

Are usually use the dealership but found that this was less expensive and I did not have to wait for an appointment. I will be doing that again in the future. Services that I wouldn t have done in the past I did on this visit because I could see the value in doing it. They actually bought my dirty filters to show me versus just tell me that it needs to be done. The waiting room was comfortable and the service is quick.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Got an oil change and tire rotation, they work efficiently and did it quickly. I used a $20 coupon for the tire rotation. Coupons are online, friendly crew. I'll definitely go back for my complimentary adjustment on the rotation. Side note, I asked them to vacuum but they forgot. It was late in the day and a Sunday so no worries. Absolutely recommend this location.

Agreed to tire rotation and was then told that it wasn t recommended because one of the lug nuts broke off. I asked what was going to be done to fix the problem and was told discount tire might be able to help. I figured since Jiffy Lube broke the lug nut they should be responsible for fixing the broken nut, though that appears to not be the case. Seems since the new owners have taken over the service has gone down. I ll be looking for a new place to service my four vehicles.

Wish I remembered the guys named who helped me this past Friday 12/08/23 he was a rockstar. I am not an easy sell but he was persistent. Upsold Airfilter and tire rotation.Then found me the savings on my oil change to make the difference. Would have bought a car wash if I had the time. Excellent salesmanship across the board.

Giving zero stars. Couldn t post without having one-star. Dropped my vehicle, waited 30min+ to then be told they couldn t change the oil because no bottom plug. Machine to extract from top isn t working, and to try back in a few weeks. Waste of time and poor communication.

I haven't been here before. Wow they have great customer service here. Right away they approached me and knew my car well enough to let me know that my oil change would be a little more then their normal price. My car takes 5w40 and most places don't care it in bulk so it comes from the bottle. It was still cheaper then the dealer. I think it was like 75.00. Not bad especially because they, check tire pressure, all fluid levels, as well as vacuum and wash the outside windows. They also listen when you show concerns about not over filling based on what a computer tells them it should take, unlike Pepboy's ( ya I called you out Manny, Moe, and Jack). They did however over filled it. They asked me to come out and look at it and then took a little out to make it right. Thanks guys for check on what the customer is requesting, Instead of just blowing me off and saying you checked it...

The service was great. However the price has just about doubled since my last oil change. Cannot go back for that price. Local Toyota dealership was cheaper. Better to do DIY. Local Walmart has oil for a quarter of the price. Did not justified the $144 I paid.

Since being taken over by "Corporate", the prices were way too high. Our Jiffy Lube has gone from a very nice community business to a very, cold corporate business. They did a nice job, but the down home feeling we used to get has been replaced with just getting the job done quick with no frills. Very disappointed that they no longer vacuum the inside of the car. The Corporate prices are astronomical compared to the prices in the past. I don't believe I will be returning until this changes.

They are courteous, but the prices have gone through the roof!I just paid $75.99 (before taxes) for the same oil change that I paid $44.99 (before taxes) in 2022!

Was a bit disappointed about the oil change on my sons 2014 jeep Cherokee . I was not asked what oil I preferred nor was I told about any issues if there were any? Not like it used to be!!

A staff member offered a tire rotation promotion but after examining my tires showed me that my tires were in good condition and no need to rotate. I appreciate honesty and not misleading people to pay things they do not need. This shows that they care about the customer and respect working class people. Fernando and Gavin were super friendly and helpful, they helped me get the error codes my van was indicating. The service and staff at this Jiffy Lube location is always great. I was there Sunday 8/13 for services and go to this location often. Every single one of these guys work hard, professional, nice, and really take pride and care about the work they are doing. If I owned a company, I would hire every one of these guys. Price for wiper blades was almost $40.00 per blade, almost $80.00 for two to be installed. Have been going to Jiffy Lube for years, but after the price gouging they have lost a customer.
