I normally go here as I felt it was credible and the service had been quick and out the door. This last time pissed me off! I was told that I needed spark plugs wires and so forth(a tune up basically) that they can do for 450... along with other services that were needed. I passed. Took my vehicle to the dealer to be advised that no services were needed and tune up was not needed as this was done when I purchased the truck. Lying to obtain money for the business is very unprofessional. I am just glad I am in tune with my vehicles and know better as I see they will try to get over on anyone who they feel they can get mo ru from

UPDATE: 11-27-23 Came here to ask how much is an oil change if I have the oil: Same as if I did Not have the oil!11-8-22 Just called here again. The person answering refuses to give his name - I told him he MUST BE PARANOID. This place is up & down. Sometimes service is good. Other times the Manager acts like your a pain in his rear. Because the people change frequently - one time I could not get them to check my A/C refrigerant level.. So I did it myself! After I had the flush & Fill for the A/C done here.

I just want to say that angel and the rest of his staff did a amazing job. Knowing how hard we work and the last thing we want to do is stay late. Angel did something no one does and I thank him and the rest of the team for going that extra mile for me. I work very late and I don t have time to get a chance. Thanks a lot and I will continue to give you my business. 5/5 for this jiffy lube

This business states it closes at 6pm. I arrived there at 5:30pm to get a simple car inspection for lyft. I noticed they were scrubbing the floors and they turned me away cause they said that they were closed. If your sign says close at 6pm then you should keep receiving customers till 6pm not try sending me somewhere else.

I have visited the Jiffy Lube location off of Lake Street many times and never have been disappointed. Luis and his team are the best! Always willing to go that extra mile and I appreciate that great service. I pulled in on Sunday over Labor Day weekend right before close. I was concerned that it would be too late to do the work, headlight passenger side was out. Luis assured they could get it done and I wouldn't have to come back the next day. He showed me the coffee and the restroom if I needed it. The guys worked so well together and I was outta there in 10 minutes. It was fast and so convenient and this really matters to me in this crazy busy world. Thank you Luis to you and your polite and courteous team! Of course, I will be back! :)

I went in to get an oil change and was helped by Luis. He was the best, he had great customer service skills. Him and his team were professional and they did it in a timely manner. You can tell these guys are honest and hardworking and that will definitely keep around many many loyal customers. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR SERVICE:If I could give this business a negative star number I would, but the least it will let me do is one.Worst service I ve ever seen in my life! They do not deserve to be open. The karma bus is going to run them over. Do you not ever go to this place to get your oil changed.I called and asked for a quote on a synthetic oil change and was told that it was $86.99. When I got there I asked to make sure what the price was and was told the same thing.I then pull up a $15 coupon.They end up charging $15 labor for an effing oil change just to negate the coupon!!!I have NEVER been charged LABOR for an oil change and they NEVER mentioned it the two times I asked.THEN My husband called pretending to need the same oil change. He specifically asked if there was labor charges added onto an oil change and was told no.Then he proceeded to tell them, Oh ya? Well then why did my wife just go and get that exact oil change and you charged $15 labor?! Oh a woman. She s dumb. We ll charge her and she won t notice. I called them. I called corporate. I cannot stand dishonesty and being taken advantage of.I called corporate and the manager at this JL. He was so full of _ _ _ _! First he tried telling me it was taxes, then he tried telling me it was part of the oil change, then he said that the computer must ve put that on there automatically and he had nothing to do with it. He admitted it wasn t right, but did nothing to change what had happened. He said labor fees are just part of getting an oil change.I then let him know that if that were the case, why did no one else on earth ever charge labor fees for an oil change and WHY did they not say that the two times I specifically asked the cost and WHY when my husband specifically asked if there was labor fees they said no?!Hubby and I are LIVID and we won t ever take another vehicle there. TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!!!Service: Oil change

Great place, from talking to Cody on the phone , he answered all my questions before I made the trip in. Luis and his coworkers were very professional and very friendly. He explained everything as he went and why he had to take the steps he did. My coupon was invalid so he used a different code to give me a couple dollars off. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations I would highly recommend this place!-Thanks guys

They did a great job as always. I went for a new battery because my car kept dying. They quickly figured out that I didn't need a new battery and they fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Also they saved me around $70.

The technicians are very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable at this location. They provide estimated wait times and updates on how your vehicle parts are looking, and upcoming maintenance to be aware of. I have never felt pressured into buying a more expensive service or doing any extra maintenance. They offer if it looks like it's needed, but completely accept your "no". When I have had extra maintenance done, it's been done right. No issues at this location. They are transparent and professional.

These guys are great! I went for an Uber inspection and was treated with nothing but respect and kindness! The manager Luis was amazing! He was very knowledgable and polite. He made sure I knew about discounts that I didn't even know I had through Uber. I definitely would recommended this location to anyone!

Very friendly staff, very good service, but I was quoted $41 for a premium service oil change on my make and model over the phone and charged $70 when I was leaving the store. I went with the mid-tier recommended oil blend and no additional service like tire rotation. Be prepared to spend more than you re expecting to.
