Ernie Bonilla at Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville was very attentive to the wheel alignment on my 2018 F-Type, and three associates complimented the Jordan 13 s I was wearing. I will be back on April 10th for a brake fluid exchange.

The staff at Jaguar Naperville are very professional and courteous. Stephen from service was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me with my Jaguar F-type R battery replacement as well as my wheel alignment. Let s see, the customer service level within the service department needs work. Upon first dealing with service advisors, the service and attention are standard. After that, meaning duration and follow up are not the greatest. This location is neighbors to many other car dealers and YET, service takes a nosedive. Overall my experience with this location could stand improvement with communication and treatment of customers. Perhaps try the notion at Patrick is, The business will come regardless.
