Terrific. How else do I describe it? Sarah stuck with me through trial and tribulation. Six months it took to finally get the trailer I had been chasing for five years. Called tonight and talked with (ANDY) if its not Andy I apologize. However, he did an amazing job trying to source and airbag part number for our Diesel Repair Shop when we had an emergency truck and trailer here with a busted bag. Greatly appreciate the follow through, friendliness, and drive to actually help!!! Thank you so much!

Great place ,wonderful service and great people !I needed to replace my trailer bumper, I m on ELD ( electronic logs) so time is very important and these guys got me in and out with in 3 hours,( mind you they had to cut off my old bumper , weld the new one on and they painted the new one .Everyone else in the area Aurora,IL had a two day waiting period.These guys are the best and I have been driving for over 10 hrs and it s hard finding good people and service like these guys!

Bought 2 trailers from Sara at ILOCA. First one was a New 2023 Fontaine Step Deck. The Second one was a used 2020 Fontaine Flat Bed. Bought it sight unseen. It was everything that Sara had promised me it would be. If you are in the market for a trailer, I suggest you call Sara at ILOCA.

Came here to get replacement parts for our 2019 CIMC Vanguard reefer trailer. The guys here are very nice and helpful. Parts are priced cheaper than what I can find online. This will be our go to place from now on. They do repairs too but they are very busy and backed up, otherwise we would've had them do the repairs.

Mike, we have returned some trailers but never received invoices for any of them, can you please send today if possible, thank you?Please send invoices asap?Anybody want to respond to this ?Kenya, can you email me all of the invoices or at least a statement of our account from February to current date. We are billing our customer and not sure if we have the invoices and/or amounts to do so.Anything on this, I need to bill our customer, thank you?Hey still nothing on this?As I mentioned before, we are trying to bill our customer. It s amazing, you guys ran the most extensive credit background I ve ever seen but fail to send of few copies of some invoices, why is this so difficult ???Enuf said.

DO NOT trust this company!! They have zero customer service skills and I ve had the worst experience with them. They will pull you re credit putting an inquiry on your report regardless of how many times you tell them you are no longer interested. This company will just waist your time. Take your business elsewhere! P/s Jim is the worstClearly you would rather spend all your time responding to reviews rather then fixing the real problems. You're mentioning all the success of your company but writing long essays on all negative reviews it's not going to keep you successful for too long! How about trying to reach out to the customers and actually figuring out what really transpired and what the reason is for them to write a negative review. I had also referred a friend before my complete experience and well he s also unhappy with your companies customers service, another unsatisfied customer get ready to write another long unhelpful response. Something successful companies do is strive to have satisfied customers your company should try that!

Every time I ve been into the shop or the service center, I m greeted quickly and am able to get back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I don t understand these reviews about the credit check complaints. ILoca didn t give you bad credit. You did that to yourself.5/5 stars. Would highly recommend.

My company reserve a trailer, when I arrived for the pick up they told me to wait them to fix air valve, and it's more then one hour waiting!why they didn't fix it when we call them for reserve!!!

They are nice until you close the deal. I bought a 2017 Vanguard Trl. In 2016, brand new. 3 mont later I noticed uneven wear on tires. Called Iloca and got appointment. When I came there they told me it needs Alighnment. But before that, two different mechanics from different shops told me this is bushing problem, not alignment. Anyway, I dropped trailer and Iloca spotter took it to the shop. 1 hour later I received it back. When I asked person at front desk to give me a alignment measure report, he said We don t give to customers those reports Sounds very strange and weird to me. I think, they did nothing to my trailer. Although they charge me for alignment 138$. Trailer is 3 months old. After that I met many drivers who have Vanguard from Iloca and they are suffering from the same problem. I told all my friends and I'm telling you, guys: don t by Iloca trailers, or you be fooled as me. I spent $$$ to replace tires and fix the problem. Iloca s warranty is on paper only!

I find they're biased towards people of the unvaccinated stature to me a little bit rude it would be nice if in this day and age people wouldn't press their emotions on other people's daily goings about!

Had the pleasure of dealing with John Krachtus (Director of Outside Part Sales) & Steve (Technician).John was very polite, knoweledgable, & answered all of my questions. It is rare to experience this level of customer service in any industry, so it has to be acknowledged. He goes above & beyond. A class act in every manner!Steve was the technician that performed the service. Extremely professional, thoughral, & skilled. He did a very nice job for me. Again very clean top notch mechanical work!Both guys have been with the company for a very long time, their work shows... They earned my Buisness. A+

This place is charging $100.00 to get an estimate for a repair. Estimate will simple given to the insurance company, it would just take 5min! what a waste of time to go to this location. If they charge $100.00 for an estimate, I can't figure how much they would charge for a repair. Good luck guys!

What a RIP OFFi lease trailer for a year and a half they charge me 1300$, for a tires wear and one of the tire was almost brand new but still measurement was pretty much the same for all of the tiresAnd is nothing you can do about it

I don t know what some of the others are talking about on here, but I ve never been treated better by a company. Always willing to go above and beyond to take care of my trailer needs. Any minor issues I ve had were taken care of in a friendly and timely manner. I will always use ILOCA for any of my future needs.

I have to say that II have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Iloca. The trailers I rent from them are above standard and are very clean and we are very proud to pull an Iloca trailer. The staff is amazing and as helpful as can be. Mike in the rental yard has save our company more times than I can count. He has gone above and beyond for me. Treat people with respect and the will be the first to help. Thanks Mike for all of your help.

ME no like it!!! So we normal people travel like 40 miles just to find that equipment priced at 10K/2006 requiring work for 3-4 K to be even legal to put it into work.....is totally not worth the effort! How delusional should a salesperson be to deny the obvious condition of a trailer and graciously drop the price with $200.50 cents!!! There's something wrong with people that are in this "flipping" business, wait I know whats wrong with it...! There' s no ethic or consciousness as long as the $ flow!!! I totally dislike this type of approach, where we'll just put a price-tag and pretend that its worth it... without even negotiating the price, despite the fact that the "product" is not really at value.

Do NOT buy anything from these people. I made this mistake. They are nice until the deal is closed, after that you simply become a trash. What i went through with them is a horror, cost me a lot of money and aggravation. Bypass this place!

Rented a trailer for 6 months (double coin tires aka Chinese garbage) was charged wear and tear 2100 for absolutley no wear at all on brakes and tires!!! Stay away you've been warned!!!

do not buy vanguard trailers.I bought two trailers in august 2015, and now, one year later after 90k miles, I have to replace 5 of 8 tires on each because they all wear uneven.edit: I dropped off my trailer in your shop two months ago and picked it up 19 days later, and all they did for almost 3 weeks is to re-torque the wheels, and said that's gonna fix the problem, but it didn't. Tires still wear uneven, and now I have to replace them.
