Rafael and Barbara were so welcoming. Barbara kept checking in on me in the waiting room, politely, throughout my visit. Rafael was so informative and walked me through each of the service options individually. He took time with me to build rapport and educate. I ve had so many negative experiences at other dealerships, he has changed my perspective about the Nissan Service Departments, and easily earned a customer for life. Very thankful to have had such a positive experience.

Mo was an excellent salesman to work with! Did everything in his power to get me the best deal and was very thorough making sure I understood everything and knew how to work all the features of my new vehicle before I left the lot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH MO AT GERALD NISSAN!

I was given a good rundown on the status of every vital part of my car so that I have an idea of what will need to be done soon. The oil change and tire rotation were done excellently as always. The staff are professional and helpful. Any work Ive had done there has always been completed on time even when I decide to wait. The waiting area is so relaxed and confortable. I've used my coverage for tire repairs and have had my car towed there in the middle of the night once. They have a system to take care of things and I know I'll be back on the road soon anytime I need work done. I talk to alot of people about problems with mechanics and dealers. I always tell them well that hasn't happened to me at Gerald Nissan!

My second time leasing from Gerald Nissan. I had the pleasure of working with Mo El Touny and he was absolutely fantastic! No hassle, no rush or pushy sales! He listened and understood and listened to my needs and DELIVERED!!!! I was not planning on getting a new lease today but couldn t refuse the deal Mo gave me! Definitely recommend him. I dealt with Adam and he was very helpful. Didn't try to sell me the car and listened to my questions and situation. His boss Bob did a little more on the selling side, but that is expected and went out of his way to answer some questions for me.

Great experience overall with this dealership. My sales person Jose, was quick to get to what I was looking for, we looked at some options and worked on a deal. Easy enough.Jose even insisted they delivered the car to my house while I returned my rental which saved me a trip and made life a little easier. They texted me when it was dropped off and I came home to a new car in the driveway. Well done!Thanks again!

Our experience with Gerald Nissan was top-notch! We were greeted enthusiastically by Randy Harloe who was able to explain the differences between a few different models we were exploring the options on. His knowledge and expertise helped us to choose the perfect vehicle for our family. The dealership had adequate inventory with a variety of trim packages and that helped us immensely! I love to see and learn about the difference packages to see which will best fit our lifestyle. We will definitely recommend Gerald Nissan to our friends and family for the excellent service and help from Randy, as well as the extra peace of mind with the Gerald warranty. In March of this year I was looking for a used car. Once I found this dealership I went through the reviews to see what kind of dealership I would be doing business with. I believed I had found a respectable, honest and helpful dealership - I was severely mistaken. I had made the decision to buy a 2004 used Honda Accord through the salesman Nate Berg. At the time everything seemed great and I was very excited to have finally found a car that would work for me, they even had me bang the gong which had me excited! The gong may as well have been singing out what a horrible decision I made. I had been assured that the car was thoroughly inspected by their garage. After blindly believing them, in May I was driving down a street when the car SHUT OFF AND THE BRAKES STOPPED WORKING. After reaching out to Nate Berg and Bob Smiley I was advised to call a tow truck. After a week of back and forth, Nate Berg told me to have the car towed from Chicago Ridge to Aurora and he would be able to further assist. Once I was there, I was brushed aside with no second thought given to me. The car was not even taken off the tow when I was told they did not have the proper equipment to see what was wrong with the car, so from the beginning I was lied to and my safety was put at risk. Thank goodness for Valley Honda who took the time to help and PROPERLY inspect the car. If you work hard and value your money and life please do not fall for these snake oil salesmen.ETC: Nate Berg reached out to me asking how the car was in March after he shoved me aside for new sales. I suppose if you want to give your money to people who only care about their bottom dollar he s your man & this dealership is just for you!

Mo El Touny was amazing. I had a wonderful experience and I always do. But this had to have been the best because I bought my dream car. I think I bought my forever car. And this was a significant purchase. I m on my way to financial independence since my divorce.And Mo made the process so smooth. As did the general manager and the finance manager.I can t thank them enough. I am for ever grateful to the Gerald family. I have always bought my cars here and I will always buy my cars here. Everyone here treats me like I m family.

He was attentive to our needs and to the little details through the entire process, even after we bought the car. He followed through on what he had promised to do for us.
