I bought a 2017 ford fustion and there was issues when I got it and I told sales guy he said no that s how they drive and 6 months later trans went out after 3 different trans they finally replaced it and not even a year after that same issue and they put a junk yard trans and forums out there broken trans mount and engine mount when I took it to be looked at somewhere else. Find out they sold me a car with with a recalled transmission. I was definitely taken advantage of and paidOver 20k for that car and haven t even had car for 3 years.

I needed a front license plate bracket for my car, and they were so friendly and understanding. I inherited my parents' car and brought the car back from another state that didn't use a front plate, so I needed to get one. They installed it and gave me a great deal. I even had tears because inheriting a car, especially my parents' car, was hard It barely had any miles, and they were shocked how vintage it was. Thanks for making my day!

Gerald has the best service department ever. I stopped there without an appointment because a warning light showed on my dashboard. They fixed the immediate problem so I could get on the road & helped me set up another appointment so I could continue to keep my older car in top running condition.

The entire staff goes above and beyond at Subaru. From my sales person all the way to their service dept. Very grateful I chose to buy my car here in September. Highly recommended.

Emily D one of the car sales associates, is one of the best I ve ever delt with. I did not end up buying a vechile but she did help out tremendously. If anyone in the area is looking for a ford I wouldn t hesitate for a second to stop by and chat with her!!:) 11/10 experience with her

The go-to place that seems to always have the parts when I need them.Ordered up a wheel stud and lug nut.Was at tire shop, and they cross threaded the stud.So after seeing this, I called Naperville/ Aurora Subaru parts dept.Had them pull the parts, and I was on the way for the purchase.I swapped out the bad part with the new, and within two hours of calling, I was done.It helps with having a reliable parts counter at a dealership that gets it done the first time without the runaround.

i finally gave up a 1999 ford escort cause of issues, hated to, rented a outback wilderness edition and fell in love with it, rented another one, same auto different color, loved it. got in touch with Emily Dihlmann via the gentleman who dropped off my repaired vehicle and bought a used one, near new! 9k miles! its awesome! love it. Emily helped me so much! so accommodating and so helpful, all of the staff there in north aurora at the Gerald Ford dealership were so nice i forgot the names but didnt meet anyone less than professional, the lady working with the official paperwork was nice, all of them were, i have zero complaints. i would gladly recommend Gerald Auto Group to anyone needing a vehicle. Emily Dihlmann helped me alot i would recommend you ask for her there. thank you.

(here for service)Polite and friendlyQuick admit.Comfortable waiting space.coffee and wifi (expected but nice)simple snacksDid purchase my vehicle here. Still paying it off, so routine maintenance is a requirement. Time we tell if I continue coming long term.
